Vader replied concerning the list, "My own technicians will take a look at this and they will report you every flaw that MUST be corrected, is that understood? Good... Now go! Kalin escort her out..." Vader said strict.

Kalin bowed as well to his master.

"As you wish, my lord." He said in a polite manner. He never addressed Vader as his master in the presence of others. They could never know about this relationship, but little did Kalin
know that Finn Sundara already knew about this.

Leaving the chamber they walked side by side. Kalin tried to get more personal information out of her,

"So you represent Kuat Drive Yards, you like your job? Are you pretty good at it... You seem to be enjoying it, looking at the way you act..." He said slightly sarcastic.

She laughed, "Of course I'm good at it, but then again I'd be good at anything I put my mind to. I walked into Kuat's office just over a week ago, told him I was the one for the job, he gave me a test, I passed, then he sent me here to deal with your boss." She grinned as she walked with a swing to her hips, "If I want something then I get it. Plain and simple." She said before pausing, she wondered why Kalin was following her but decided to keep up with it, "So blue eyes, do you know somewhere good where I can feed myself, I am famished and I'm not accustomed to this place. Nice don't get me wrong darling.... But I expected more of it is all." She smiled, "So you got a name, blue eyes? Your boss mentioned it but it's escaped me..."

"My name's Kalin... That's all you have to know.." He said with a smile not to be rude. He didn't want to give away his last name.

"I know a restaurant in the senatorial district. It's called "The Naboo Queen", in honour of Queen Amidala... I know, I know the name sucks. They even replicated her apartment for it. But the food there is nice enough. It's pretty expensive, but the Empire will surely be glad to pay the bills for us...." He said grinning knowing this wasn't true.

"And you always get what you want? Impressive... You just came in the office of your boss and said 'I want the job' and you got it? Maybe I should try for a job there if it's that easy... I can be pretty persuasive too..." He said sarcastically.

"I have my ways..." She smiled, "I've always been good with persuasion."

When they arrived at the restaurant Finn was barking orders to the young waiter, "Table with a view please, eastern view on balcony, water, jawa juice at the ready, bring menu's and be sharpish..." She said as the waiter led them to the table before she sat herself down, "Hmm, nice enough..." She said as she acted not so impressed.

"So blue eyes, what exactly do you do? You Vader's son or something?" She laughed slightly.

"Luckily not... I just... fulfil his wishes... I think that should be enough for you to know." He said

"And could please stop calling me blue-eyes. It's so cliché. I thought a girl of your standards would have more 'class'" He said with a grin teasing her, though there was a part in her that also wanted to annoy her.

"The food is good enough. And if the Empire wasn't so greedy I could have brought you maybe to somewhere of my 'class', something like the 'Duvro cuisine'. It's one of the most expensive restaurants you can find in this district. But I bet not even Kuat would compensate their employers to dine there..." He said with another grin.

"As long as your hunger is satisfied... We shouldn't complain, my lady... After all, that is why we are here. Not to enjoy luxuries we couldn't afford ourselves..."

"I prefer to do both..." She grinned, "Take everything, give nothing back. And concerning what expenses Kuat would be willing to cover for me, I'll just have to spread my wings and see how far is too far, but they're all such sweethearts and so am I, so I'm sure they'll forgive a little expenditure." She laughed, though inside she did not feel too comfortable. In one sense she was thrilled to be with Kalin again, but she was having to act this way and she could tell he didn't like it. Though if she was honest, she was glad he didn't like it.

"And what are you talking of class darling, you do have beautiful blue eyes so it suits you rather well. It's either that or goldie locks, and I don't think you'd love me for calling you that." She laughed while sipping on her jawa juice.

She looked out over the horizon, seeing the Jedi Temple in the distance which brought back a lot of memories for her but she couldn't help but give a brief smile before she got herself together, "So, you seem like a courteous one bringing me out here. Keep this up and I'll see to it you get a promotion..." She grinned jokingly as of course they both knew that was impossible that she could do that.

"Sorry to disappoint you, but I'm taken, so you can leave nicks as goldy locks or blue eyes behind, it won't work on me anyway." Kalin said again with a grin.

"Why such curiosity in the Jedi Temple? You like looking at ruins? Or do you have a certain interest in Jedi... Traitors to the Empire. Well that would be dangerous if that was true, wouldn't it, my lady..." Kalin said provoking her.

"You also don't seem like the type that likes to share things with others. 'Take everything, give nothing back'... I know you represent Kuat Drive Yards, but does that mean you have to hold yourself to such 'low' principles too?" Kalin said shaking his head, disapproving her words.

"An interest in Jedi?" She laughed, "No more than the next person. It's a nice building though, they should turn it into a super mall or something, rather than just letting it sit there and crumble. What a waste, what a waste.... And concerning Kuat, I will get what I need to out of them, I serve their purposes and they shall serve to benefit my career prospects." She grinned, "Well see how things go, but if they go my way then..... Well, I don't want to spoil any surprises." She grinned.

She now knew that Kalin was testing her but why she wasn't sure. Why would they be wanting to keep an eye on some stuck up representative of KDY? Well no matter what she was going to have to go along with it.

"Where is that blasted waiter.... Oi!" She called out, "Excuse me but we have been waiting here for quiet a while, may we order please?!" She said exaggerating, "I'll have a 24, 36, 11 and a side of..... 6. Chop chop..." She said clapping her hands as she signalled him to hurry up.

"Well I shouldn't be too judging. Though I work for the Empire I always had a certain admiration for the Jedi, for what they did as defenders of the Republic. Personally I don't care if they ended up to be traitors to the republic. You got to think of everything they did for this galaxy before that. They wouldn't have waited a millennium if they were all traitors to take over the republic..." Kalin said honestly.

"Besides I also have a certain interest in some of the old designs like the Jedi Interceptor. It was a nice design by Kuat Drive Yards. I would think that Sienar Fleets stole that design for our Tie Fighters. Personally I would still prefer one of those old Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor. Vader used one of these babies for a while, though due to his armour he wasn't very comfortable with it..."

Kalin sensed she used the Force to grab that glass. She summoned it with the Force, though she pretended it was just luck. Though Kalin didn't admit anything yet and played dumb... For now.

"Really, if Kuat Drive Yards is the best in building ANY kind of ship... Then why is Sienar Fleets building our starfighters now and not you? I mean I already said I admire the designs of the Eta-2 Actis-class light interceptor, but almost every Tie fighter seems to surpass that design, especially Vader's prototype. He is MUCH more pleased with it rather than the interceptor that was built for him. As I said he wasn't satisfied with it at all..."

She laughed, "Well I think considering the ships that we supply for the Empire, I think we need not fret that Sienar makes you a few crafts.... They focus on that, we focus on the bigger picture. Don't get me wrong, their crafts are 'fine' but we could easily do better than that..." She gloated as she finished the last bite of her salad, "Well, that was adequate. You seem like a nice young man, think you'd take a girl from out of town around 'the' town?" She grinned, "I hear there are some beautiful spots to be found here but I have no strong young man to show me around..." She grinned, "I know you said that you're 'taken', well I don't see her around so what she don't know, she won't fret over." She scoffed, "Waiter! Cheque please..." She said before standing and readying herself, "I'll take the cheque, blue eyes, KDY will cover it." She said as she handed over some details and began to strut her way out of the building.

"Well if you could do better, why don't you prove it? Built a starship that is superior to the Tie... Surprise us, impress us with your superior designs!" Kalin said sarcastically.

As they left with an air taxi, Kalin asked her what parts of the planet she would like to see,

"I'm not sure what else I could show you from the Senatorial district. The Palace district is kinda grim, so I wouldn't take you there. Coruscant has become very grim in the last years..."

"Well I just might take you up on your 'proposal' Mr Thalis... I'll speak to Kuat of Kuat and we'll see what we can arrange." She grinned, "Coruscant doesn't seem that bad. It has it's impressiveness I suppose, though you should see Kuat, it's a wonderful sight to see." She smiled as the airtaxi flew them through the skyline of Coruscant.

"Anyway, what is all this then hmmm? Is it normal for a.... Well, whatever you are, to escort someone like me around like this? Don't get me wrong I appreciate it, just if I had known that agents of the Empire were so courteous then I would have done something about all this long ago." She laughed as sat back in her seducing pose as always.

Kalin grinned, "I knew it... You ARE Ayanna! Nice disguise dear... It's almost flawless, but even with your Force abilities you can't hide from me. And besides you made one mistake... I never said my name is 'Thalis'. Yet you addressed me as 'Mr. Thalis'... You should be more careful by covering yourself, my sweet, what if I was Vader? You would have been killed on the spot!"

Though Kalin was happy he was in the presence of Ayanna again, he also felt annoyed and angry that she was being so careless.

"What's the point of acting like a representative of Kuat Drive Systems anyway? What are you trying to achieve. I guess this is what Qurhon spoke about. I mean he said you just suddenly 'left' without notifying anyone and giving no reason why... So tell me what IS the reason?!"
