Title: Finn Sundara & Kuat Drive Yards
Description: Adventures on Kuat
Ayanna Nyx - September 21, 2008 09:59 PM (GMT)
Ayanna felt great regret at leaving all her friends behind, none of them knowing where she was going or what she was going to do, but she knew it was for the best. She had to be brave, as brave as Kalin was being with all of his struggles. As brave as Qurhon was for believing him. But she had to do something at the other end of the spectrum.
She travelled aboard a commercial freighter, leaving Naboo long behind and on route to Kuat. A system she had never been to before but knew a lot about. And it was on that fruitful planet of machinery and wealth that she was going to start something potentially dangerous for herself, but that was the risk she was going to have to take for the sake of others.
As soon as she arrived, the first thing she set into her mind was to dress as one of them, as she certainly did not blend. And so, dressing herself in a white attire that was similar to what she had before but in the Kuati style, she found herself easier to blend in, which was what she needed. Both her precious lightsabers were well hidden and out of the way, for it was far too dangerous to be seen as carrying a weapon like that, here of all places.
She found herself at the Head Bureaucracy Outpost of the planet, the one place she needed to get into to enable her plan to work, though she already knew her plans were slim at best but she was never one to overlook a challenge. Though she decided to use a Force technique that she was a little familiar with, though she had not needed to use it in more than a year. Something that she had inherited from her mother but was difficult to keep up. From the air she stood in, she seemed to disappear completely. Her body gone to those around her but in actuality she was there still, just having bent the light around her so that she seemed to be see through.
She headed into the building, which was filled with thousands of people sorting out business and going back and forth. She had to keep her eye out for she needed an advanced terminal for what she was about to do. She waited there a good few hours, feeling her body weakened at keeping this up, but finally she saw a window. Someone who left his terminal and immediately she took her opportunity.
Typing frantically, she entered in every detail that was needed: Birthplace, birth date, parents, their details, security details, education. She paused a moment before typing under that section 'Political and Economics Degree with Honors in Communications'. She smiled to herself at the very thought of it, then the list went on: next of kin, address, gender, species and then the most important thing, a name. She thought again, trying to think of something out of the top of her head, and a few seconds later it came to her. She typed in the name, and added the necessary links to that of her parents. But they were not her parents, these were not her statistics, these were that of the woman she was going to pretend to be, the woman that did not exist until this very moment. Finn Sundara. Who was about to make her next stop at the Kuat Drive Yards.....
Ayanna Nyx - September 22, 2008 01:07 AM (GMT)
With now a new name and new identity, she went about making sure that every relevant detail about this new being that was 'Finn Sundara' was entered into every relevant system, whether it be for education or merely residences. She had everything covered for any eventuality. But she was far from out of the woods at this point. She had to present herself differently, walk differently, even look and sound differently. She glanced to her reflection, it was different than it had been before but still too similar, she had to look as someone else. People already saw such a change in her since she became a Jedi, well now she wanted to be invisible even to them if possible. After many hours, she reappeared with a great sense of change. She was dressed in something she would never normally wear, draped in golden metals and brass that she would normally not be seen dead in. Her hair was encapsulated in golden metal just as the rest of her body. But other methods had to be taken, her face would take care of itself. Many people throughout history were able to fool those around them, even loved ones, dependant on how they spoke, how they walked, how they carried themselves. And she would have to change all of these things in order to do what she had planned.
Even with the aid of a voice changer, invisible and placed over her neck, she sounded as another woman, one with a deeper and more rich voice than her light and pleasant one. She felt ready to continue, though this was only the beginning of her journey.
Knowing very well that Kuat Drive Yards had a ground base on the planet of Kuat itself, she made her way right to it. Walking with a swing to her hips that she would have to get accustomed to. She walked into the building and to the receptionist who looked a little baffled to her.
"Can I help you Madam?"
"It's Miss, darling." She grinned, "I'm looking for a job actually, I have all the credentials, blah blah, etcetera etcetera, just need to find something useful to do with them." Ayanna grinned with her knew twang in her voice.
"Well em.... We don't usually take people in off the streets, you should really try through one of the agencies or through the universities." The receptionist said rather confused by this woman.
"University? But I just finished all that sweetheart! No no, agencies? They take forever, and no one who really deserves a job gets one." She smiled playfully, "I'm a girl who goes out and gets what she wants for herself..... And do you know what I really.... really want?...." She said in a seductive manner.
The receptionist stared shocked and also blankly at her.
"An interview...." She grinned.
The receptionist finally blinked, "Well, eh I don't know who I can get you in touch with, I'm only in contact with the foreman who come to make material orders."
"That's fine, direct me to one, I'll make my way from there." She smiled with confidence.
"Well, it doesn't work that way....."
"It never does darling, but there are exceptions to every rule, and believe you me, I'm the exception...." She said as she stood with a more confident posture, as though she thought there were no person in the galaxy above her.
As the receptionist was unsure what to do with her, a constructions manager walked past the desk, "Oh em Sir, there's this.... Well this...."
Ayanna immediately jumped into this role play and stretching out her hand to shake this gent's hand who had no idea what was going on, "Good afternoon Sir, Finn Sundara at your service, your newest and brightest employee!" She grinned.
The man luckily laughed at her forwardness, "Oh is that so young lady?!"
"It is indeed..." She said as she walked forward, "You here just now to take me up to that big ringy thing in the sky to give me a good tour of my new workplace, and then you were going to wonder what you ever did without me." She grinned.
The man looked to her, unbelieving of her nerve, "What was the name again?"
"Finn Sundara, darling."
He looked to the receptionist, though she merely shrugged her shoulders before he looked back to her, "Walk with me, I'm not promising anything!"
"Neither am I...." She smiled which only made the gent grin back at her.
"So I'm assuming that you have qualifications?" He asked looking to her.
"Of course! How could you ask me that?!" She laughed, "Top of my year, Politics and Economics degree and honors in communications!" She boasted.
"Oh I can believe the communications part especially. You've got a nack for that!" He laughed.
"Why thank you, darling. You have been awfully rude though...." She said cheeklily.
"Oh? And why is that?" He said sarcastically.
"You haven't introduced yourself to me, terrible manners...."
He laughed out loud again, "Yes indeed, terrible of me. I'm Pana Tallon."
"Pleasure." She smiled, "Now where am I going to be working?"
"I never said you were getting anything yet, young lady." He said shaking his finger, "I said I wasn't promising anything."
"But then you would be loosing out on the most influential person your company could have ever employed, how could you live with yourself then?" She said with playful innocence.
He laughed, "I would have to find a way I suppose...."
"No you wouldn't, you would be thinking of how you let me walk away, allowing me to be employed by another great firm...."
"And what firm is greater than Kuat Drive Yards exactly? I can't think of one..." He laughed.
"The Empire perhaps?"
"Well we have enough links with politics and the Empire. Kuat Drive Yards heads are in charge of this entire planet, this is the most influential business in this system." He said, boasting a little himself.
"And that is why you need someone like me. Who better than the most influential person for the most influential company." She smiled.
"Uh huh.... Common then..." He said as he led her into one of the shuttles that was making one of its rounds to the wheel that was around the planet.
Ayanna could hardly believe her luck, but it was not easy, she could hardly believe her own words half the time, and also the voice change made it extra stranger. But the act was working. When they arrived she was startled by just how enormous the shipyards were. With Star Destroyers, star fighters in their docks, being either upgraded, built or r"paired. This was the core of the entire Empire Starfleet. She only wondered what position she would be able to get herself into, for now....
Ayanna Nyx - September 22, 2008 01:20 PM (GMT)
Though she had managed to get herself this far, she knew that it was going to take a lot of luck for her to get any position of relevance in this company. As Tallon had already said, Kuat Drive Yards had a large reputation throughout the galaxy, and it's dealings with the Empire were extreme. Lined all over were TIE Fighters, shuttles, enormous star ships, she could hardly believe her eyes to see it all. But she had to keep cool and collected, this was not Ayanna nyx any more, she had to be Finn, this new creature she invented for the sake of this task. She only hoped that it was possible to pull it all off.
"So you said top of your year yes?" Tallon asked looking to her again.
"Yes sweetheart, do you really think I would let anyone succeed over me?" She scoffed.
"Oh I would pity any fool who would try to do that." He laughed at this girl's attitude, she clearly thought too highly of herself but she had the confidence to speak to anyone and be not afraid, "Now do you have any negotiation skills?"
"Well I managed to negotiate my way here didn't I?" She grinned.
"That you did...." He grinned shaking his head, "Well, we don't have much on offer but how about something along the lines of an assistant? Spokesperson if you will?"
"Hmmm, sounds 'okay'.... What kind of spokesperson exactly?" She asked curious.
"Well, there is a place open but it requires a great amount of trust, the person selected for the job would have to be able to travel, have dealings with the Senate as well as the Empire. Now you have qualifications in politics, economics and communications so that is going to be useful. But do you really think you have the stomach for this job? You would be the assistant of the Technician." He said looking to her.
"What? A Technician?! I'm above such things, with my qualifications and experience I could work for Kuat of Kuat himself!" She said, sounding almost outraged.
He laughed, "The Technician is Kuat of Kuat.... That is how he is called around here."
"Oh....." She smiled, "You're forgiven."
"Hmm, well don't get your hopes up. For starters, you've never worked here before, second, you're fresh out of school and third, he doesn't know you. You'll need more than charm to win him over, but I'll take you to meet with him. He has to have the utmost confidence in you, I think you've got the backbone certainly, but we'll see what he thinks. If he doesn't accept you then I'll find something further down the ladder for you."
"You're a gem." She grinned.
They continued on walking, through the steal platforms with the sea of stars above them and below the planet of Kuat itself. Upon coming near to the office of this 'Technician', Ayanna became more and more nervous. She was getting deeper and deeper with every step, which would make it one more step difficult to get back, or get out of there in one piece if she was found to be a fraud.
Tallon waited for clearance to speak with Kuat, before they were finally allowed to enter. Ayanna saw the unusually dressed man standing at the window, overlooking the construction. He turned and looked to them both seriously, though not making any other kind of gesture or expression.
Tallon bowed slightly, "Sir, I have brought a potential for you to see. A young woman from the university wanting to seek work. I know that you were looking for some kind of assistant, someone who could take your business to the different systems, and especially the dealings on Coruscant."
Kuat looked to them both, especially to her before giving a slight murmur of what Tallon had said.
Tallon continued, "I have had some time to meet with her and I certainly think that she has the personality for it, which is more important than credentials in this case. Your last assistance cowered upon meeting with the Emperor, I think the opposite would be more likely to happen with this one..." He said with a smirk as he looked to her.
Kuat gave another 'mmm' sound as he listened before he began to speak in a delicate voice, "Come forward, young lady."
She did as he requested, giving a polite curtsey, "Forgive me Sir, but would you be dear enough to let me speak?" She asked.
He nodded, not saying anything more than his usual murmur.
"I am Finn Sundara, Your Grace. If you need an assistant who can help with your business dealings then you need look no further. For you will never find someone equally qualified or more importantly, up for the job. I don't care where you send me to, or who you tell me to speak to, I will do as you say and I will do it better than anyone else can. That's my guarantee. You ask, I do. Fair and square." She grinned.
Kuat nodded with another murmur, which was starting to get on her nerves. This was the head of the Kuat Drive Yards and all he could say was 'mmm'? At least she did not have to worry about having long and boring conversations with him.
Tallon raised his eyebrows, asking his boss with the suggestion what he thought of the quirky young woman who strolled in barely hours ago.
"Where are you from?" Kuat asked.
"Why Kuat of course, Your Grace."
"I don't recognize that name.... Sundara..." He said plainly.
Ayanna knew all too well that there were limited families on Kuat, and not a vast number of names to be missed, so she knew she had to be careful, "My father was from Coruscant...."
He interrupted her with an 'oh', sound of understanding before she continued, "My mother was from Kuat, but they raised me here, Your Grace."
"I see, so they are no longer living? You referred to them in the past tense just now."
"Yes, they both passed away many years ago while I was still schooling, tragic but what can you do?" She said shrugging her shoulders at the thought of it.
"I see...." He said plainly once again.
Ayanna looked to Tallon, wondering what was going on but he seemed to be quietly confident, "So what do you think Sir, She certainly has everything you've been looking for, I know she has not worked here before but I think a try out wouldn't be out of place? Perhaps give her an assignment."
Kuat murmured once again, with Ayanna tapping her foot out of reflex, "Alright then..." He said finally, "Miss Sundara, we will see how you manage with our accounts. One of our smaller ones, we've recently had trouble with one of our Starjammer IZX Freight Haulers. One had an unfortunate accident while transporting cargo from Corellia to Nar Shaddaa. Now the Corellians are trying to blame the vessel's functions itself, when of course we cannot allow that to happen. It would mean bringing back the entire line and would cost some of our friends throughout the galaxy a great deal of money to do that. Se we're not going to let that happen."
"Rightly so." She said with a nod.
"So, there is going to be a hearing in the courts on Coruscant about this matter, I will not be making a public appearance there, I never do. So why don't you look over the case and solve that problem for me...." Kuat said with his polite and aristocratic tone.
Tallon stepped forward, "Eh, isn't that kind of a big assignment to give her? It could cost the company billions of credits if she fails."
She scoffed, "Oh as if I would. Do not worry, Your Grace, it is safe in my hands. When is the hearing?" She asked.
"In a week, you will need to do your research in that time. Meaning you may have to travel to both Corellia and Nar Shaddaa to investigate the problem."
"No problem, I assume all my expenses will be paid for?" She said grinning.
Kuat finally gave a smile, "Yes of course." He then looked to Tallon, "I think we will be fine with this one...."
Tallon smiled, "Well, if you'll both excuse me, I'll get back to work." He said before leaving the two of them alone.
"You shan't regret this, Your Grace. I will solve everything for you." She smiled.
"I hope so, if you don't, then any chances of working in this industry will be instantly severed."
"Rightly so, good man, I'd do the same." She smiled, "Now shouldn't I get some sort of identification so that I can affiliate myself with you and your wonderful organization?" She asked.
"You never miss a beat do you...."
"Nope." She charmed.
"Yes, here, take this." He said as he handed her a card with the emblem of the KDY company embedded on it, "Have your details inscribed here and that will be sufficient."
"Will do, well I'd best we off. I've got my work cut out for me with this one! I'll report back once the trial is won." She said as she swung around and strutted her way out of his office, leaving him with an amused smile on his face.
Ayanna could not believe everything that was going on, now she had a case to solve? Or more importantly scam. She knew the way these corporations worked, they did everything to prevent that it effected themselves. So she decided the best thing to do was to go to Nar Shaddaa, where this vessel was meant to be in port there. She would need to get a contractor to look over everything and give an assessment of what had occurred, then she would have to make a spin on that. It was not going to be easy, but it was necessary for her to continue with her plans.
Ayanna Nyx - September 23, 2008 04:37 PM (GMT)
When Ayanna arrived on Kuat with a smile on her face as she made her way to Kuat of Kuat's office. When she arrived she saw that both Tallon and Kuat were waiting for her. And Tallon in particular had a grin on his face.
"Why did I ever doubt you?...." He laughed.
"Because you're a bad man and you didn't know my potential, but you are forgiven...." She smiled smugly before walking over to Kuat, "Well, your case is won for you. No more troubles coming from the Corellians concerning that Skyjammer...."
Kuat smiled a little, "Well done, you have earned my faith in your skills. Tallon thought I gave you too difficult a try out, but now I see that you can handle that even on your own... So you are officially my representative, and also you will do all my correspondents and business throughout the galaxy. I rarely do that myself...."
She nodded with pride, "Understood, so what do you want me to do first?"
He laughed, "Already so eager to work? I like that...... Well alright, you can take a report to Coruscant for me. Lord Vader has been wanting a report on the new Super Star Destroyers we are presently building for the Empire."
Ayanna's heart skipped a beat, "Lord Vader? Hmm, interesting, very well, I'll leave immediately then. What do you want me to do?"
"Not afraid of meeting Lord Vader? I like that.... Well show him the blue prints that we already have, spend a few days on Coruscant gathering details that he may want added to the class."
She nodded, "Very well, will do. I'll report back after our first meeting." She smiled before turning and leaving once again.
She was not sure what to think of the prospect of meeting Lord Vader face to face like this, it was going to be her biggest test, the worst outcome, death. But she had to do it, there was no going back now. If she could fool him then she could fool anyone.....
Ayanna Nyx - October 1, 2008 12:43 PM (GMT)
Ayanna had recovered from the incidents that had happened on Coruscant and found herself back on Kuat, dressed as Finn Sundara. She strutted through the yards as she made her way to the office of Kuat himself. She walked in without announcing herself, but he did not seem to mind.
"Finn, did you have a meeting with Lord Vader?" He asked.
"No I had several." She grinned, "And I have back all the little itty bitty details he said we should add. And he was pleased enough with our progress but we could always speed it up a notch." She grinned.
"I see, and he had no problems with your presence?"
"Of course not!" She said confidently.
He nodded, and gave a quiet laugh at her cockiness, "Well, then you certainly are up for this job."
"As if you had ANY doubt.... Although, I am interested in something more challenging...." She said sneaky.
"More challenging? What could be more challenging that what you already have to work with?" He asked.
"Well I am your representative for KDY, and it's an honour, but I want something bigger, something I can really sink my teeth into."
"You mean sink your claws into..." He smiled.
"Something like that, in the end, what difference does it make. I want to be able to debate, negotiate, you know I'm good at it. I want to be able to represent not just KDY but Kuat itself, under your guidance of course. I'm not fishing for your job, yet anyway." She grinned.
"Oh I'm sure you're not (!)" He laughed, "And I think I understand. You've worked here for just more than a week and already you are fishing for a Senatorial position?" He laughed again.
"Well, who would be better than I? I mean honestly, who could ever beat me in anything." She grinned.
"I already have a Senator who does everything for me."
"But is he THE best? The best representative you could ever hope for? Who would be able to stand up to anyone who would oppose Kuat?" She asked cocky.
"He does a more than adequate job in my eyes, years of faithful service."
"You said the word 'adequate'?! That is not what a Senator should be!" She laughed as though astonished, "If he was ace, number one, the main man, the only man who could do the job then I would back down and admit to defeat, but now I see that not only am I right about being the perfect person for the job, but I'm the only person who can do this job to the advantage of Kuat."
"You've been here five minutes and you seriously think that you can snatch a Senatorial job? It's unheard of and it's not happening!" He said shaking his head.
"Oh so, I've been here for five minutes? Yes and they have been the best five minutes that this company has had! You've never had a representative like me, and I'm so confident in this that I am willing to bet on it. I bet that if I walk away, you will try to stop me from doing so. Why? Cause I'm just too damn good to pass by." She said as she sat herself down, crossing her legs.
"You think so?" He said folding his arms.
"I know so, I will be Senator of Kuat, and when I am, you will wonder why you did not give me the position far sooner than you did." She said confident.
Kuat stared to her for the longest of moments, as though he were inspecting her, or trying to detect some weakness in her but then he said something odd, "I will only select a new Senator when either this one loses my trust, or looses his life...." He then continued to stare at her.
Ayanna got a jolt in her chest, she knew what was going on here. He did in fact want to choose her but he knew of the taboo that would roll around the company, and the politicians of Kuat. She was new, no one would accept if he fired the present Senator and selected her. But if something were to happen to him, then no one would question it. He could claim her as a temp until someone else is selected but then if her duties as acting Senator were substantial enough, he could keep her on as permanent Senator of Kuat and no one would question him.
But she knew that Kuat of Kuat would never get blood on his hands for this matter, but his eyes gave her permission. That if she wanted this position badly enough then she had to grab it with both hands. Then he would truly know of her loyalty.
Finally Kuat spoke again, "The Senator is going to be at a ball this evening. You would of course be entitled to go, I cannot be present."
She nodded, "I'll make sure I am there. And on that note, I guess I should leave and prepare myself." She said as she stood up and began to walk out of the office.
What was she going to do? She could feel her heart pounding, was she really going to kill this man? It was the only way to secure her position, then she could make a real difference. And if she did not do this then Kuat would know that she was weak. This could ultimately effect her position in KDY all together. She had pushed and pushed to prove that she was the best person capable for this job, and if she then showed that she was not willing to get her hands dirty for something like this then what good was she.
A shuttle took her back to her apartment on Kuat as she settled herself in. She took the comlink from her pocket and decided to contact Kalin about her dilema, as this was going to take her to a dark place....
Kalin Thalis - October 1, 2008 12:59 PM (GMT)
Kalin sent a transmission back,
"Ayanna, I heard of your dilemma and basically I think killing the man is not an option. If you can make it seem his not fulfilling his duties, just as you showed the pilot was incapable of his job, it should get you where you want. So try to do that first before you decide on things you'll regret later. Love you!"
The transmission ended and Kalin hoped for a soon answer. He hoped she would not choose to kill him as that would bring her closer to the Dark Side again, a path he did not wish for her.
After a while when he got Ayanna's response he sent another transmission which said the following.
"Ayanna know that I follow the principles to do 'evil' for the greater good, however the Jedi don't follow those principles. You see how Qurhon was even hesitent to put his faith on me. And surely the others also don't agree with my tactics. So as a Jedi you shouldn't either. I thought you this principle when you were still my apprentice, but now you are not, so I hope you will not do what I think you will do. It will bring you closer to the dark side again, a path you don't want to follow again. There must be another solution to work your way up. Even if you make it that the senator only seems dead would be a better solution. Get 'proof' you killed him and make sure he disappears, but do not kill him..."
Ayanna Nyx - October 1, 2008 09:56 PM (GMT)
Ayanna did not reply, she had a lot to think about. But one thing she knew for sure was that she was going to go to the ball that night to see if something could be done. She began to dress herself in jade clothes that shone and sparkled. She wanted to stand out, and she knew she would. The ball in question was one that could only be attended if an invitation had been handed out, and of course she had the assumption that someone would have already placed her on the guest list.
Hours passed before she found herself walking towards the building. The night sky kept the crystal building beautifully illuminated as the lights shone from within. Ayanna walked her way to the entrance before being stopped by two of the bouncers who were standing there in waiting,
"Halt, what's the name?" One of them asked.
"Finn Sundara, darling..." She grinned.
They both looked to each other, thinking her to be quite a dish but looked to the list, "There you are, Finn Sundara. You may go in."
"Thanks, sweethearts..." She smiled as she walked past them, feeling them watching her as she did.
As she entered the ballroom, she could hardly believe how many people were there. The most distinguished people of Kuat were here, bar Kuat of Kuat himself who rarely attended things like this. She kept watching every face, trying to find the one person she was here to see. Then out of the crowd, she saw him. The Senator of Kuat whom she was going to rid of his position one way or another. She could hear Kalin's words ringing in her ears but she had to follow her instincts. They had brought her this far after all. She walked over to the man, presenting her hand,
"Why isn't this a fine evening Senator. It is a pleasure to meet you and may I introduce myself. Finn Sundara, I am the representative of Kuat of Kuat." She smiled.
The Senator was taken aback by this young lady, but he kissed her hand nonetheless, "Ah yes, I know you by reputation of course. You caused quite a stir if I may say so." He said politely.
"You may..." She grinned, "I have been dying to get you alone for a moment so that I could speak to you about... Well, urgent matters..." She smiled.
"Oh? And what would those be exactly?"
"Well, it's awfully private, be there no where we could go to.... Talk?" She asked.
"Why certainly, there is a balcony, let us take in the view." He smiled as he took her arm before saying his goodbyes to the people he had previously been talking to. Clearly he liked this one if he was willing to walk away from more important matters to hear what she had to say.
As they made their way out to the balcony, the Senator closed the doors so that they would have some privacy, "Now then, Miss Sundara, what can I do for you?" He said as he walked closer to her.
She smiled, wondering how she was going to play this, "Well, I was wondering about.... Well your job actually.... I have to admit, I have my eye on it..." She grinned cheekily.
Luckily he took no offence and instead liked her humour as he saw it, "Oh are you now? Well that would take some work. I'm very good and suitable in my work. And do no need replacing. But.... Perhaps I could use some assistance myself." He said as he leaned closer.
Ayanna became nervous, she was not willing to get into those kinds of negotiations, "Well, what be your opinion of the Empire then?" She asked.
He backed off a bit, "What an odd question. I support the Empire, always have. The sooner they rid the galaxy of those rebels the better. The Empire has brought a considerable amount of wealth to Kuat."
"The person or the planet?"
He laughed, "Well both to be frank. But why are you asking about such strange questions. Common out with it, why did you bring me here.... You were wanting something weren't you." He said as he leaned in more towards her.
"I was but not what you're thinking. I want you to leave Kuat, run away...." She said serious.
He laughed, "Enough of this, come here..." He said as he pulled her in to kiss her.
Ayanna hesitated, she would not allow this, but she could still hear Kalin's words, pleading her not to kill him, don't kill him, but she had to. Grabbing him by his shoulders harshly, she twisted him around until he was bent over the side of the balcony, "I'm sorry...." She said, meaning it, before letting him fall.
She watched as his body fell more than thirty stories, there was no way he could have survived it. She watched to him for a bit before the fleeing the premises, and making sure that no register showed that she had either been there or was ever invited in the first place......
