The Thranta arrived in the hanger bays. When they payed a token for the ship to park there, they crossed the first bridge that took them to the city, "Nice! Look at these mountains and look at the luxury. Reminds me a bit of Alderaan, though the style of the buildings are different. What turns me off is that every Neimodian here are surely cowards and greedy. They still were heavy in trading, but their days of glory were over as Palpatine made sure the Trade Federation ceised to exist."
Indeed almost all Neimodians on the planet would either try to ignore the Sith Duo, or they would look in fear to them and walk away as fast as they could. Unfortunately stealth wasn't their best side. It was actually amusing to Kalin how hard they were trying to avoid them.
"I just love walking over those bridges looking down over a towering height."

"It is beautiful...." She said as she stopped and stared out over the alien landscape, she had never seen anywhere like this. It was almost as impressive as Coruscant, which was a big one to beat, "I don't know why but I like it here. It's literally an upside down world almost." She laughed, "When I always thought everything else was." She said as she dwelled on earlier, sadder days.

"What do you think will happen? I mean ultimately? This is all going somewhere so, where do you think it's going to end? Sometimes I worry that, you'll leave me behind. Maybe not intentionally but.... That something will get in the way, take you to greater heights where I can't follow you." She said, strangely bringing up this new subject.

Kalin sighed, "I would never leave you behind with intention. I will go where the Force wants me to go. I will do whatever the Force wants me to do. Even if that means dying, Ayanna..." He said sincere looking deeply in her eyes.
"The Force works in mysterious ways and I don't know what it has in store for me, however I do know what Vader's destiny is. It's like his life is already drawn out until the end. But mine is not. It's like an unfinished drawing, while his is beautiful, with bright colours and soothing. It gives you a relief and satisfaction to look at his drawing, while when you look at mine you don't feel anything as it is only a scetch, a rough outline which you can't even determine what is is suppose to look like..."

She lowered her head before then looking back up again, "I think if your life was placed on a canvas, it would be beautiful, Kalin. You see yourself for less than you are. You feel the weight of the galaxy on your shoulders but it's not, it's on 'his', Anakin's. And he's not here now, not yet anyway. There is a time and a place for everything Kalin. You just have to be patient. I'm not afraid of dying either, apart from you I have nothing else. I don't hold myself loyal to anything except you. You gave my life a meaning when before there was only pain, only darkness that could never be brightened, or so I thought." She said as she took his hand, "I know I'm just one person in your vast life of people, friends, enemies, lovers.... But in my life there is only your face...."

"I know the galaxy's fate doesn't rest on my shoulders, that's why I feel actually a bit jealous, I admit. I wish I was the Chosen One who would bring balance. I would feel honoured. And I think the outcome would be better. Truth it, I'm not the Chosen One and I will do what I can to support him. But as I said before, that could result in a bad ending. I'm glad I gave your life new meaning though, but you should not let yourself get discouraged if mine would end. You should continue my work, my teachings, for I do consider it to be unique... I would like it if you would teach more of the light and the dark, except for other's to learn either one way or the other. They should learn about all aspects of the Force. And should I be gone, then I want you to continue my work... It didn't start with me, I can't take that credit, but now I'm the only one who does, so you have to follow my example...."

Ayanna didn't like talking about what would happen if he were not around, for he was still around, "I don't want to talk about that Kalin." She said shaking her head, "I won't let anything bad happen to you. I won't!" She said determined, almost in tears at the thought of it, "No one could possibly stop you anyway, you're so strong.... So powerful. i'd even kill Vader if he ever tried to hurt you, was my original plan anyway..." She said half serious, but mainly because she was protective of Kalin.

Kalin sighed, "It's not about being strong. It doesn't matter how strong I am in the Force. Besides my strength could never match up with that of Vader's. I've tried so even after learning from Darth Revan himself. Besides what you're saying. Don't think such thoughts. It's not up to us to decide who gets to live or die. Though I admit in the past it might have seen that way, certainly concerning Jedi. But we shouldn't have such power. That power should lay soley with the Force. Maybe those Jedi were meant to die on Alderaan, cause I feel it also made our connection with my old friends stronger, ironically. I know they'll take my advice and go to visit Kenobi and then they'll have a larger understanding of what is going on. If I were you I wouldn't hesitate picking up that comlink and talk to Alluria's Padawan. It would show that we made the first step. it would show that we are more grown up than they presume." Kalin said, then he completely crossed the bridge closer to the mountains.

"Don't worry, I do plan on contacting Amelia, she seemed nice to me anyway on Naboo, and also on Alderaan. I dunno what to think of Qurhon, I don't think he liked me very much." She laughed, "And yeah I know what Alluria thinks of me, a little girl who just follows you around like a lap dog. Okay maybe I do follow you around, but you are my master, what am I meant to do? She's just..... Well anyway..." She gave in finally as she didn't want to continue about her, "Qurhon was a strange one though, very quiet, I could see him just listening, trying to figure you out." She said as she looked to him.

"I know what Qurhon was thinking of me. Well I'm not a mind-reader, but I can guess it pretty well based on his emotions, based on what he was sensing. He was feeling tense, yet he wasn't so scared, not like Alluria was I think. His fear was more directed towards Alluria. Meaning he doubted as well me and her. Maybe he was afraid of her emotions as well. Maybe he thought that would provoke a confrontation between us. And I think he was skeptical about me... Less judging about me compared to Alluria. I also though that her emotions cloud her judgement, maybe he thought the same. Qurhon was always a person who could stay objective no matter what the circumstances are. He still felt disappointed in me, but that's natural. But all of a sudden as the conversation progressed I could sense that the tension inside him lowered. I think he began to trust me more. Meaning he might have sensed that I was telling the truth. I'm not sure. As I said I'm mostly basing this on his emotions. I don't know what he thinking."

"Well they are your friends.... Or were.... Are, I don't know, you know what I mean." She said as she continued to walk ahead of him, scuffing her feet slightly. She was not in the best of moods, and she couldn't help but feel slightly sorry that she didn't get the chance to fight Alluria. And she couldn't help but wonder who's side Kalin would be on in that case, hers or Alluria's. She tried not to dwell on it but it was difficult. She wished they had never came across that Twi'lek, she brought nothing but trouble and suspicion, and she knew it was not likely that this feeling would go away while either her or Alluria were alive...

"They WERE my friends!" He said sighing, "Now I don't now what to think of them. I could see the hatred in Alluria's eyes. Somehow she wanted me dead, yet somehow she didn't. Or maybe she just hates what I've 'become', and still hopes that I could become a Jedi." He turned around looking at the mountains.
"Which is impossible. I could never be a Jedi! They are as blind as the Sith. They only study the aspects they want for their purposes, whether it's because of ambition or duty. I have studied the Force for both."
Kalin placed his head down, now doubting if he did the right thing. Maybe life was indeed simpler if you lived in ignorance. Now his life and most likely Ayanna's has become more complicated with the knowledge they gained. He even doubted if consulting the Holocron of Darth Revan was a good idea, yet he couldn't turn his back to it.
"Things will once be set right, you'll see. At one time not only the Sith will open their eyes, but the Jedi too!"
This was only an illusion though. In reality neither the Jedi or the Sith would open their eyes to the true nature of the Force. They would remain biased and one of them was going to die. However Kalin didn't know so at this point.

"I hope you're right, this has gone on long enough. Don't get me wrong though, it's not that there is something that I dislike completely about this way of living but there is no safety, no certainty to it. I never expected to have any kind of normality in my way of living but, I just wish I could find somewhere that we could both be happy, together. You have already brought me a great amount of peace Kalin, but it doesn't mean I'm not troubled. I know there are dark corners of my mind that even I am afraid to look in. I know that I am capable of terrible things. Zaria alone was enough to prove that to me. But I don't wish to go back to that again." She said a little worried as she thought back on the past.

"Well we still live in a more safer situation than the Jedi. It's not easy being a Force Potential. People often are jealous of the abilities we possess, but if you're not careful those abilities can get you into trouble if you're not aligned with the Empire. That's why it's safer to be Sith. The Jedi will always be hunted. Qurhon, Amelia and especially Alluria should be grateful the Empire now think they're dead thanks to me. Talking about Amelia, have you made contact yet? Not that I want to know there whereabouts. But... I don't know I just want to know they got safely off Alderaan. It was swarming with Stormtroopers there, so I just hope they got safely off the planet or my attempt to put them on the death list would have been for nothing!"

"I'm sure if they were in trouble they would be the first to contact us. Don't worry, I'll contact her in due course...." She said as she drifted off slightly, looking out over the alien landscape of the planet. She felt rather uncomfortable with everything that was going on, but there was nothing she could do about it except keep it swallowed up inside her, "How long do you think it will be before things will change, when that boy on Tatooine will stand up to make a change in the galaxy. While he is there doing nothing, everything gets worse...."

"When the boy is older. He's too young now to fight and he had no training yet. I think Kenobi himself is waiting until he's the right age. Though I think the boy's uncle is giving Kenobi a hard time. If I could get him out of the way perhaps then..." Kalin was thinking of an idea, a cruel one, but an idea which would get things started.
"Nevermind, we'll just have to be patient, I'm afraid. That boy is strong in the Force. He has a lot of potential and could certainly become stronger than myself and perhaps even Vader. He just lacks experience and training. I can't give that to him. Unfortunately in that part of the plan, we'll have to rely on the Jedi." He said sighing.
"A bit worrying of you put the fate of the boy in their hands. But surely I think he'll survive. If needed I'll see if I can find a way to protect the boy. I have some contacts on Tatooine. You never know. Anyway I think we're thinking too far ahead..."

"Mmmm." She said lightly, still seeming distant, "Anyway, we should really do something. I'm almost hoping for Vader to give us work, saves me from thinking about anything too intensely. I think I'll send a message to Amelia, find out what's going on over at their side." She said as she reached for her comlink that directly linked with Amelia's.

Once she had read the message out she looked back to Kalin, "Well it's sent, we'll just have to wait to see if we hear anything back."

The comlink suddenly vibrated as Amelia's reply came through.

"Hey Ayanna, it's good to hear from you. I'm doing fine...how are you and Kalin? All's good, I hope. We took your advice, by the way...managed to safely get off Alderaan, and went to Tatooine. We met Obi-Wan Kenobi, although I think he was already waiting for us, to be honest. But anyway, he wouldn't tell us everything...but he told us enough. I'm sorry I doubted you guys now...really sorry, actually...and yeah, the others are too. I was wrong to judge you and especially Kalin the way I did...and I hope some day you both can forgive me. It would certainly be nice to meet with you under less stressful circumstances, I agree. Maybe one day we can arrange a meeting when all this 'dark stuff' has blown over...if it ever does. If not, I guess we'd just have to meet in secret, or something. Still...hope all's well, and yeah...looking forward to hearing from you soon!"

Kalin didn't care much for what Amelia had to say. The most important was that the Jedi were safe. Whether they thought different of Kalin know didn't make things different for him. One small gesture of faith was not going to change history. He knew that Alluria might trust him more, but she would never ever again trust him completely.
"That's all nice, just send a last message back. They are maybe still on Tatooine, however I wouldn't stay there too long. I espect the security is going to get tighter there from what I heard of Imperial news. So if you don't mind tell her we're perfectly fine and yeah just tell her my advice. That should be all. Well for now at least. I'm still not sure about getting too close to the Jedi. I still don't like the idea of Alluria having a Padawan, even though she's probably more safer than any other Padawan around..."

Ayanna transmitted back before putting the comlink back in her pocket, "There we are, it's done. I'll maybe contact her later when she and I are 'alone'. I don't like talking with her when I know the other two are happily listening. Right, now we're on Cato Neimoidia, what do you want to do? All these green dudes keep turning their nose up at me and though it's funny, it's also quite annoying. Is there nothing 'sneaky' we can do?" She laughed.

"Well I don't know the place very much, but I believe there is a massive junkyard somewhere around. They dropped a lot of battledroids and more down there after they were ordered to shut down. People do actually consider it as a historical place. Other than that, there's a bathouse in the neighbourhood if that sounds more interesting. I do think we could use a good bath and I think we deserve it after all the training and the work we have done..."

Ayanna raised her eyebrows, "Bath house eh?..... Hmm let me think..... Stinky old junkyard.... Nice steamy bath house..... Junkyard... Bath house.... Junkyard.... Bath house.... emmm, call me 'boring' and what not concerning the 'historical' side of things on this planet but I think I'll go for the bath house....." She grinned as she looked to Kalin, "You are pretty dirty after all." She said playfully.

Kalin acted dissapointed, "Hmmm, pity... And I presumed you were a person who liked culture, history and such. I mean what could you more wish for to see more than a thousand battle droids in spare parts?! I mean there's nothing else like that in the galaxy!"
Kalin laughed, "Oh well you win, we'll go that bath house you're so eager to go to, but I'm deeply dissapointed. Well let's hurry before it closes down."
After fifteen minutes of walking they reached the bath house. It was a very posh place. No doubt they would enjoy themselves more here, but they still stood out, cause the place was filled with only very wealthy Neimodians. The Owners of the place didn't like to see them coming here, but they were too afraid of the pair to show them the door. After they bought their way in, they finally settled down in the bath. Other Neimodians either left or tried to swim as distant as possible from them.
"Aaah, got to admit, it feels wonderful and sooo relaxing." Kalin said as he felt the warm water all around him.

Ayanna let her robes fall to her feet before she too dipped into the hot water until it was up to her shoulders, "Ahhh, yep..... I just don't care about anything anymore when I'm here." She laughed.

"Would be interesting if Lord Vader could join us, though he'd probably barbecue us and himself with all that electronic stuff he has on him." She laughed slightly then looking over to the Neimodians who were looking to her and Kalin strangely, "What you looking at?! In case you hadn't noticed, you're the ugly ones so buzz off!" She joked, with the Neimodians just turned their faces up at her as though to ignore her, "Ahhhh, this is living."

Somehow Kalin didn't like that Ayanna made fun about Vader's handicap. "Ayanna, you shouldn't talk about Vader that way, the man has been through a lot. How would you feel if you were burned alive, with your lungs burned, so you could barely breathe! Anyway let's enjoy ourselves and don't think about the Sith or the Empire. For the moment I just want to talk about anything else except my duties and my other responsabilities if you know what I'm talking about. I just want to feel like I don't have any care in the world. Or should I say 'galaxy'." He said laughing then lowering himself deeper in the water.
"Hehe sorry, but seeing how those Neimodians annoy me sometimes I just had a sadistic thought of using Force Lightning on the water when we leave. It will teach them surely a lesson, or do you think that would be too much? Hehehe..."

Ayanna scoffed slightly, "Well you would cook us as well as them sadly..." She said before disappearing under the water for a few moments before popping back up again, her hair completely soaked, "They should have this on the Dark Jedi recruitment sheet 'Join the Dark Side and we'll take you to a Neimodian bath house once a year', recruitment will go sky high." She laughed before disappearing again under the waves and then back up again, "Oh geez, I just cause a glimpse of a Neimodian's rear end(!)"

Kalin pushed her head down the water, she showed up again from the water a bit baffled, "Hey what did you do that for?!"
"I said I would use the lightning after we left the bath, not while we're in it. You should listen more carefully to what I say. I think you're too distracted watching those 'handsome' Neimodians(!(). Admit it you can't take your eyes from them! Well not that I can't entirely blame you. They are handsome... They are rich. Well they would surely be able to take care of you...."

"Oh? Well you sound like you're in love yourself(!)" She laughed, "No I don't think so, I prefer my men to be less..... Green." She grinned, "And I couldn't care less if they were rich, if I want something then I'll get it one way or another. Bide my time and such." She said as she relaxed back into the water again, hoping that Kalin would be 'kind' enough not to try to drown her again, as she had seen enough Neimodian butt for one day.

"I wonder what Lord Vader would say if he knew where we were?" She laughed.

"Well he hasn't called me up or anything. I guess luckily there aren't that much Jedi to kill. He still must be impressed with the Jedi we got rid off on Alderaan. I mean not that I'm proud of it, but I think it brought us back on a higher lever on how he thinks about us. I mean he must now for sure where our loyalty lies, even though in reality it doesn't... Well at least not completely. I know I serve Vader but not with the sole purpose to assassinate Jedi for him. I mean there are other places I kept a secret which are swarming with Jedi. Did you know that the Queen of Onderon keeps Jedi under her protection. I could have easily reported that, but I didn't, cause I think the Queen and I had an understanding. I think she knows that these Jedi can't commit any actions against the Empire for their own safety and as long as she keeps them safe, but on the other hand under control, I don't think there is any problem!"

"Common, you said you didn't want to talk about work.... So let's.... Not...." She said before swimming over to him, then laying her head against his chest, "Geez I wish these Neimodians would bugger off, they're just sitting there pissed off wishing we would bugger off!" She laughed. She then sighed, "Sometimes I wish that......" She paused for a long moment, "No.... Never mind...." She sighed again, relaxing against him.

Kalin played a huge prank on the Neimodians who were too curious about them. He held his hand under water, performing a Force Push which caused a huge wave to crash on them. "Hehe, that will teach them." Most of the Neimodians stepped out of the water having no idea what just happened or where that wave came from. There was no proof Kalin created the wave crash, cause he held his hand under water, where it was hardly visible. "Too bad I can't send some electricity through their asses. Would be fun to see them running away with electricty running through their butts." He said laughing.

Ayanna laughed out loud, though she was already laughing from the enormous wave that had been sent crashing down on the 'poor' Neimodians, "You're so bad!" She laughed as she watched the miffed aliens leaving, "Well at least we now have some freedom to move a bit." She said as she swam over to the center of the giant bath before using Kalin's trick against him as she sent a small Force Push back at him, not as mighty as the one that had hit the Neimodians, but still enough to crash over Kalin's head. She laughed cheekily as she began to swim back, fearing retaliation, "Hey, that was an accident!" She laughed again, "Really, I mean it! I eh.... Saw a fly....." She grinned.

"Are we going to play pranks huh? Very well...." Kalin held his hand under her. Gave another Force Push, sending her five meters in the sky, but she luckily crashed into the deep water at the other side of the bath. "Hehehe, don't mess with someone who is better. You can't wound what you can't kill..." Before Ayanna could recover a 5 meter high wave came flying towards her, crashing upon her. "Had enough?!" Kalin wasn't very cautious with his Force Powers, if anybody could see this then it would surely catch attention. But he was just having a laugh, that was all. Just innocent fooling around. No doubt she would take some revenge back at him now for what he did to her.

Ayanna was screaming with laughter as she was soaked through and through, but she kept sending her Force Pushes back at him, though they would just come fleeing back at her, "You big meanie!" She shouted before using Force Speed as she whizzed around to the other side of him before trying to duck his head under the water as she jumped on top of his back, refusing to let go. She was howling with laughter, she had never had such fun like this before. She calmed down a little as she still hung on his back with her arms around his neck, "Truce?..... Truce?" She laughed, "I give up, you're stronger, you'll send a tsunami after me then I will be done for." She giggled, still clinging onto him.

"A tsunami, no I have a better idea." He picked her up, as she levitated in the air. Throwing her back in the water. Raising her up again, Then plunging her in the water again and so forth about 5 times in a row. Finally she just levitated in the air about four meters again. And with just a snap of his fingers, she fell in the deep water again. "Okay, I'll call for truce now. It's just I saw that nasty fly again and I didn't know how to shake it off you. Can you forgive me?" He said in a fake pleeding voice.

Ayanna laughed after the ordeal, folding her arms as though she were in a huff, "You big creep!" She said as she sat herself on the underwater step, still keeping her body under the water, "What happened to the Mr Nice Guy huh? He flew out the window when we reached Cato Neimodia I think." She snickered before the swimming over to him, being more gentle as she wrapped her arms and legs around him in the water, "Okay okay truce, but if you do that again, I'm going to set your hair on fire!" She laughed before kissing his cheek, "Lovable rogue...." She said shaking her head.

Kalin could hear a faint noise, that sure sounded familiar.
"Blast it! It's my comlink, wait right here."
Kalin crawled out the water and searched inside his the belt of his tunic for the comlink.
"Of course, it's Vader... Only he could make such a noise!"
He looked in the direction of the bath.
"Better crawl out of the bath, my wee Huttlete... I'm afraid fun's over. Vader just gave me a sign. He's asking to return to Coruscant immediately."
Kalin couldn't deny that he felt concerned what the reason could be. Did he have to hunt other Jedi, Did the risks he took finally made Vader suspicious of his apprentice? After all he took huge risks in saving the three Jedi on Alderaan, though a huge price was still to be made to save their lives."

Ayanna groaned, "Awww boo." She said before getting out of the water and drying herself off.

When she was dressed, though with still soaking wet hair, she walked over to Kalin, "So we're going back to Coruscant huh? Great(!) Let me guess, Lord Vader is throwing a tea party and he has asked us to help him pick out what he should wear..... Hmm, I'm guessing, black?" She said scratching her chin before they made their way onto the Thranta.

She slumped herself into the copilot seat before strapping herself in, "Well, I'll be glad to see the back of those slimy Neimodians, they were just grumpy frogs as far as I can tell...."
