Title: On the Trail of the Negotiator
Ayanna Nyx - September 5, 2008 08:16 PM (GMT)
After many hours of traveling, Qurhon, Alluria and Amelia landed on the desert world of Tatooine. Even though the ship had just landed, they could already feel the sweltering heat. During the journey, Alluria had been sure to help Amelia with her lightsaber training, with the help of the remote and also Katie.
Alluria walked into the cockpit where Qurhon was sitting, "Do you really think we're going to be able to find him? I would've thought no but if it was simple enough for Kalin to find him then perhaps we do have some hope after all." She smiled as she then looked to him, "Look, Qurhon, I know we had some troubled words back there, but rest assured that I will not act rashly on anything. But I will stick by your side sooner than I shall Kalin's. I have the right to be suspicious of him, he has calmed them from our meeting on Alderaan this is true, but I never once let my guard down."
Kalin Thalis - September 5, 2008 09:03 PM (GMT)
"I don't expect you to. However Kaliln found Kenobi, maybe because he wanted to be found. If what Kalin says it's true, then maybe Kenobi wanted to meet Kalin in person to talk about this greater good, where according to Kalin Kenobi himself has a part to play in. So like I said I'm not going to hope too much of finding with with ease like Kalin did. But we can always try."
Leaving the hangers Qurhon was the first to suggest in renting a speeder, "I think we need a speeder and a large one so it can carry us all. Most speeders are only capapble of transporting two people."
After renting a well capable speeder, they left the city heading for the Dune Sea. "I just hope that if we want to find Kenobi, lets hope he wants to be find, otherwise we could be looking for a very long time..."
Ayanna Nyx - September 5, 2008 10:07 PM (GMT)
"Why would he be reluctant to find us and yet allow Kalin to find him as easily as he did. Doesn't make sense in my opinion. I think he will be happy to see us, not that he will remember us, the last time I saw him I was a Youngling, I think you were a padawan at that time." She smiled, Qurhon was a few years older than her but they all knew each other even before they all became close friends.
Kalin Thalis - September 5, 2008 10:31 PM (GMT)
"Well I know he's a hermit here. I haven't heard of any Jedi who actually saw Kenobi. The only reason he would be reluctant to meet us is that Kalin is part of the plan and we aren't. I don't know, I'm just speculating. Maybe that's difficult to understand why a Sith is part of this plan to restore the galaxy and we are not. It almost sounds insane." He said with a little laugh.
"I see a Jawa camp in the distance. I'll have some talk to them. I understand their language. So wait a second, I'll be right back."
Qurhon returned back to the speeder after a few minutes.
"He spoke of the sighting of a cloaked man further up the east. We're not there yet, but I feel we're making progress."
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 5, 2008 11:08 PM (GMT)
Amelia hadn't been expecting the sweltering heat to be quite so...sweltering! She'd already stripped down to a vest and cropped trousers, though she'd made sure to keep her cloak on over the top, mostly to protect her from the sand...she hated sand! And partly because it had a hood to help protect her identity, should she need to.
She didn't say anything as the trio started off looking for Kenobi...mostly because it was taking all her concentration just to stand the heat.
"When you said hot," she muttered to Qurhon eventually, "...I didn't realise you meant this hot!"
Ayanna Nyx - September 5, 2008 11:46 PM (GMT)
Alluria laughed slightly, "Well, we're going to have to get used to it. I think that it gets a lot hotter than this.... If anything we've probably come at the best time." She smirked as she made sure her hood was raised high to protect her from the sun. even though it was far too hot to wear such a thing, it would be worse if she did not.
"Where do you think we should begin the search?" She asked Qurhon quietly, "Of course he will no doubt be somewhere remote, not near any of the cities or villages I think. But where else is livable? He would have to put up with the Tusken Raiders, do you think he would put up with their nonsense all the time?"
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 10:05 AM (GMT)
"Somewhere in the Jude wasteland.... I think it's more easy to survive rather than in the Dune Sea, so we'll take a look over there, rather than always searching over the deserts themselves." Qurhon looked to his left. He could see the infamous Sarlacc Creature everybody was so afraid of here on Tatooine. "That was a nice sight, means Jabba's palace shouldn't be too far away either. We should definately try to avoid to come even close to that place!"
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 03:20 PM (GMT)
"Jabba? As in Jabba the Hutt?" Amelia repeated, stopping suddenly in her tracks. A shiver ran down her spine despite the intense heat from the twin suns, and she was pretty sure the colour had just drained from her face.
"Yeah, lets...lets avoid him...at all costs," she muttered, forcing herself to try and act normal again, before the others really noticed that she was feeling anything but normal right now. Perhaps they would just put her odd behaviour down to fear...after all, everyone knew who Jabba the Hutt was.
Hoping they would, she decided not to elaborate on the situation just yet, she wrapped her cloak a little tighter about herself to protect her from the sand, then looked to the others.
"Why would anyone want to live here? Of all the planets in the galaxy that a Jedi could choose to hide on...why here?"
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 06:13 PM (GMT)
"Well I'm guessing because it is out of the way, the Empire rarely has business here. And almost everyone here is a criminal, crook or at least up to no good. Not everyone, but almost. So it is easier to be a recluse and not be questioned about it. Perhaps there is another reason but not one that I can think of." She said as she looked to see what Qurhon was doing.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 06:18 PM (GMT)
The speeder was coming closer to the Jude wastelands, from a very far distance you could catch a silhouette from Jabba's palace. So far there was no danger. Though far away you could hear the sound of Jawa's who were probably looking for mechanical parts to steal and sell as junk.
"Well this is where he should be somewhere, I can't sense anything at the moment, can you? I'm not familiar with him much any more, so it's harder to sense someone around. Or he is hiding his presence, so we wouldn't be able to sense him at all. Would make perfect sense if he's in exile. That's the last he told me. He failed to kill Vader and had to go into exile. Personally I don't blame him that he wasn't able to defeat Vader, but he seems to be really struggling with it, like it's a really personal matter. Anyway let's continue our search here." He said while he moved the speeder deeper in the wastelands.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 06:25 PM (GMT)
"He failed to kill Vader?" Amelia repeated, surprised. "When? What happened?"
Shows how little I know about the Galaxy, she thought to herself. I really should keep better informed about what's going on...
She looked around then, shielding her eyes with one hand, and sighed. "All I can see is sand...he could be anywhere..."
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 06:35 PM (GMT)
As Alluria was about to answer, she pulled on Qurhon's shoulder, seeing up ahead someone standing at the side of a cliff, looking down at them. She waited to see if it could be one of these Tusken Raiders she heard about so much, but it wasn't.
She was certain of it, but could it really be....?
The figure kept watching them before making it's way down towards them as the speeder began to slow. As they neared, the figure lowered the hood of his cloak, showing the weathered old face of a man in his fifties or sixties. The harsh climate of Tatooine had clearly aged him beyond his years, but there was no doubt about it. It was Obi-Wan Kenobi.
"Hello there." He said in a friendly manner, recognizing a Jedi from a mile off certainly.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 06:58 PM (GMT)
All three stepped out of the speeder. Qurhon felt proud to be in the presence of this man.
"Greetins master Kenobi, it has been some time that I saw you. Maybe you already know why we are here. Anyway I think it's first time for a proper introduction. Cause yes, I'm not sure you remember her from the academy... She was a youngling. This is Alluria Starfire, now a Jedi master herself." He said looking at her, then he looked to Amelia, "This is Amelia Fitzwalter, her padawan."
Kenobi said polite and with a smile, "It's a pleasure to meet you. I'm curious what brings you out this far?"
"Well we ran into..."
Suddenly Kenobi interrupted him as he knew who Qurhon was reffering to, "Kalin! ah Kalin Thalis, strange young man. But an interesting individual nonetheless."
"Well we ran into him on Alderaan. He said he met you several times. We just thought, well that it was strange for a man in his position not to take any action against you." Qurhon said but he said every word with caution.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 07:10 PM (GMT)
"Master Kenobi," Amelia said politely, bowing in respect to the Jedi Master. "It is an honour to meet you. And I am certainly grateful that you have agreed to this meeting with us...as I'm sure, are my friends."
She looked to them for a moment, then back to the legendary Jedi and smiled politely, hoping that Qurhon wouldn't mind her taking over the explanation of their presence here.
"Kalin insisted we come and find you, though he wouldn't explain why and...well...I was wondering...well...we were wondering...if you'd be able to explain Kalin's strange behaviour? Because I think it's safe to say that all three of us are more than a little confused by his behaviour, and we were hoping that you would be able to shed light on the matter for us...Sir."
She bowed her head again, glancing at Alluria and Qurhon out of the corner of her eye. Did they want her to take the lead like that? Probably not...but it was too late now.
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 07:17 PM (GMT)
"It is just as much a pleasure for me to meet you, young lady. It is always a great thing to see there are still Jedi living in the galaxy. There is still hope. Concerning Kalin, well we came to an understanding. The result was that he would never return to Tatooine, this region at least, and he would stay out of the business I'm currently involved with. Only I and Master Yoda are privileged to this knowledge. Kalin and the girl he was with also found out the truth but they have given their word and I trust it." He said, "Come, follow me, I have refreshments." He said as he began to lead them up the cliff side which was narrow walking but decent enough.
Alluria was surprised, "So you trusted him? Even though you knew Kalin was a Sith."
"Without faith, nothing is possible. The boy may be troubled, but his heart is good. And he has kept his word." He said as he continued to lead them.
Alluria was taken aback slightly by this, but it did make her start to realize that she had been a little too hard on Kalin.
Kenobi finally brought them to an old beaten down looking hut, nothing special but it was the home of a Jedi Knight. As they entered the abode, something else came to Alluria's mind,
"I'm sorry to pry but you mentioned Master Yoda just now, does that mean he's..."
"Yes. He's still alive. It has been many years since we last saw each other in the flesh but through the Force we still commune." Obi-Wan said as he gestured for them to sit down. It was vastly cooler inside the hut that it had been outside, a great refreshment for them.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 07:28 PM (GMT)
Qurhon was also slightley surprised to hear that Master Kenobi trusted Kalin with no doubt. After the slaughter on Alderaan, you wouldn't immediately say his heart is at the right place.
"I'm still puzzled what he means with this greater good. Maybe there is something you don't know yet, but he spoke of being one with the Force once. He didn't explain how, but I'm not saying either that he was lying. It was this that taught him what his destiny was. It said that he knew where the chosen one is and that he is not ready yet. He said he was waiting for the one who would find the chosen one. Do you have any idea who this person could be?"
Qurhon was mostly a bit confused and he felt that he wasn't worthy enough for this knowldege and it bothered him that supposedly Kalin was? How could this be? He was a Sith, though not a real one as he claimed.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 07:38 PM (GMT)
Amelia was just as baffled as the other two...though for an entirely different reason.
"Master Kenobi...were you expecting us?" She asked, politely interrupting Qurhon and speaking before he'd even received an answer to his question. She hoped he wouldn't mind, however.
"Only...you seemed to know why we were here before we'd even explained ourselves...and I was just wondering..."
Could Kenobi see the future? Did he know that others would be sent by Kalin to visit him on Tatooine? Is that why he'd been found so easily? Because he'd been expecting them and had wanted them to find him?
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 07:58 PM (GMT)
"Yes, I sense that there were few who were searching for me. Apart from the Imperials of course, though that seems to have ied down, I think they assume this old man is long gone." He laughed slightly as he pulled himself to his feet and over to get them all a drink, "Concerning your friend, you must trust in the Will of the Force. Kalin is on a path that he has not only chosen, it is one he was meant to walk on." He said before moving on to another topic, "So what else brings you here, apart from more knowledge of your rogue friend."
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 08:12 PM (GMT)
"Well we are all happy that you are still alive and well, master Kenobi, but why is this secrecy necessary. Ain't we all Jedi. Can't we help either Kalin or you. It's strange... He refused help and now it seems you don't want our help either. Sorry if you think I'm being disrespectful, master Kenobi, but I just don't understand..."
Qurhon paused and thought the words of Kenobi over.
"I do trust in your wisdom and of course in the Will of the Force. However I don't understand the mystery behind this, why Kalin suddenly seems more of help to restore the galaxy than we are. We are Jedi! WE are the defenders of Peace and Justice! Not the Sith!"
Qurhon didn realize himself that he was actually acting arrogant, thinking that because he was a Jedi he had the priveledge to this knowledge. Perhaps he was even jealous because it seemed that Kenobi trusted Kalin more than him.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 08:19 PM (GMT)
Amelia noted Qurhon's reaction quietly, picking up this hint at jealousy. It made her slightly anxious.
"What Qurhon means, Master Kenobi," she said quickly, "Is that Kalin is a Sith and shouldn't be solely trusted, just because he has given his word. You trust him...and I don't doubt there is a very good reason for you to...but please...if we are to trust him, we have to understand. All of our lives rest in Kalin's hands...and we need to be sure that we can trust him not to betray us. You trust him...but we don't yet, because we don't have a good enough reason to. Help us to understand, Master Kenobi. Please? We might even be able to help...you don't have to tell us everything...just...enough. Because faith is a rare thing to come by these days...but blind faith can be a dangerous thing, can it not? Surely it's better to know what you have put your faith in?"
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 08:26 PM (GMT)
"I have my reasons, I have faith in what is going on, you should too." He smiled before placing three cups down on the table for them, "The time is not right, that is why I wait here patiently and meditate."
"Have you really been here all this time, Master? Since the Jedi Purge?" Alluria asked, finding it almost unbelievable that he had been able to stay in the one place for so long without being detected.
"Yes, I have never left the system in that time. I have my duty to fulfill here." He smiled.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 09:11 PM (GMT)
Qurhon was thinking what Kenobi meant with 'his duty'.
"Forgive me my curiosity, but what duty would that be? What is here on Tatooine that is so important?!" He asked in a slightly annoyed tone that Kenobi still didn't want to share his reasons to trust Kalin.
"Is that why you trust, Kalin. Did he do something so wonderful here to gain your trust?!"
In secret Qurhon tried to touch several of Kenobi's objects, to secretly learn more why Kenobi stayed here on Tatooine, and possibly also more of Kalin, however he find out Kalin was never inside this desolate place.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 09:19 PM (GMT)
Amelia, although as eager as Qurhon to find out what was going on, realised that the older Jedi wasn't willing to divulge his secrets, so she decided not to push him further, in case she pushed her luck and angered him. So instead, she decided to try and turn the conversation towards other things.
"Master Kenobi...forgive me if I sound ignorant...I've spent the best part of my life growing up on Naboo and I know that's not excuse for not keeping up with current affairs and such, but who is this master Yoda you spoke of? His name sounds familiar, yet I cannot place it to a face..."
She had just made something up, completely on the spot...and wasn't even sure why she'd said it...but it had been the first thing that had come to her mind...and the words had tumbled from her mouth before she could stop them.
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 09:30 PM (GMT)
"Master Yoda is the most gifted Jedi in the galaxy, and by far the oldest. He's around 900 years old." He smiled slightly, "Qurhon, you keep asking questions, a good trait for anyone but there is a time when we must learn to stop asking and be content. But I will tell you something to satisfy your hunger, on the condition that not one of you will utter this information to anyone. Keep it within yourselves and only yourselves. The one I protect, and the one Kalin is protecting through his silence, is the son of Skywalker. Do not ask me who he is, and more importantly, do not seek him out. As I said, there is a time for everything. Now you know, I will speak no more on this matter. But be warned that it is dangerous information you hold now, dangerous to 'him' and dangerous to the Jedi. All could be lost if you break your vow of silence. Kalin knows this, now so do you." He said with all seriousness.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 09:35 PM (GMT)
"Then just answer these questions and I'll remain silent master on this subject. How does Kalin know this? And more importantly why did you let him go with such important dangerous information. If he wasn't to be trusted, he would have passed this information to Vader and have the son of Skywalker killed!"
Qurhon remained silent for a moment.
"I'm sorry master... I didn't want to sound disrespectful." He said with a bow.
"If you trust in Kalin, then I'll try to do the same. I do wish I had your confidence, but you have to understand that concerning our past, including Alluria's that isn't easily done..."
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 10:19 PM (GMT)
"Speak for yourself," Amelia grinned a little.
"Until a week ago, I was still a handmaiden on Naboo. Not that I regret becoming a Jedi...not even for a second. But I'm not as involved as you guys. Perhaps that's why I sometimes don't understand everything that you do. Maybe that's a good thing...maybe it's not. I don't know. But I am more willing to accept Master Kenobi's confidence in Kalin, though this could be perhaps because I don't know him as you two do..."
She shrugged a little and looked to Obi-Wan with a slight smile.
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 10:35 PM (GMT)
"You see? She is not blinded by fear, that is the way the both of you need to learn to be. You fear because of experience, because of the things you've witnessed, the things you know. But sometimes you have to let go of those things. Kalin knew of the son of Skywalker because he found out on his own, I went there to stop him, to prevent that someone would die. But that is when we came to our understanding. I trust his word, so you should as well." He said seriously.
"Kalin and I were lovers once." Alluria finally blurted out, "It's after it ended that he became this way, I felt guilty but, there was nothing I could have done to prevent it."
"Mmmm, love is a dangerous thing for a Jedi. It causes suspicion, jealousy, and worst of all, the fear of losing that person."
"Well that is why I ended it but, it made things worse..." Alluria said, sounding almost as vulnerable as a child.
"You should not dwell on these things anymore, they are in the past where they belong. Kalin knows what he is doing, he was your friend, yours too Qurhon. You should remember him that way. The mask of the Sith is deceitful, but I don't believe he was wearing one when I spoke with him. He could have revealed that poor boy's destiny a long time ago, but he didn't. The boy is still safe. The two of you have to hold that dear in your hearts, because Kalin was your friend. Amelia, I have something to hold you dear to this secret that you now carry, and that is the identity of the boy's mother. As you are a native of Naboo, I am sure you will have heard of her, her name was Padmé, and she was a Senator, a truly spirited lady. I was with her when she died, when she had the boy.... Her and Skywalker were secret lovers, even from me. And the price they paid, was death. The boy is an orphan, but he is the key to the future, the only hope that is left in the galaxy." He said with a tender voice as he told the truth of what had happened, and finally the identity of the mother which had been unknown for so long.
Alluria was shocked to hear all of this, she could hardly believe it.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 10:43 PM (GMT)
Qurhon had heard enough. He respected Kenobi's wisdom, but indeed he was jealous and felt too much pride in being a Jedi. Cause the rivarlry between a Jedi and a Sith, made it difficult to understand that Kenobi shared secrets with Kalin which he could not share with his comrades, though he did not keep everything a secret. Skywalker's and Amidala's son was now the key to the future. He was surely interested in meeting this boy, but as he promised he would not seek him out. He remembered that Anakin Skywalker was a great hero, so he hoped that his son would be no different. Now he did feel more hope for this galaxy, but still he was wondering what Kalin's part in all this was. But it took no genius to figure out who could find the Chosen One as Kalin said. This was what he was hiding from them on Alderaan. It was Skywalker's own son who was either the Chosen One or the one to find him.
"Well master Kenobi, I thank you for you generosity and your time. And I promise that no one will ever hear about the son of Skywalker. Our lips are sealed." He said with respect. Now he was about to leave. They had new missions to explore. And Qurhon was now finally after all these years going to stop his hunt after Kalin. He felt a certain peace inside him once again. He had new ideas and tried maybe to settle down finding a new Padawan of his own.
"Well I think it's best for us to go now, we kept you busy enough now." He paused, "May the Force be with you, Master Kenobi. It was a priveledge to meet you again."
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 10:52 PM (GMT)
Amelia had so much to ask Kenobi...mostly about Padmé Amidala, seeing as he'd apparently known her so closely...but sensing that Qurhon wished to leave, she reluctantly held these questions back, and bowed her head to the Jedi Master instead.
"Thank you for seeing us, Master Kenobi. It was truly an honour and I promise to you I shall never reveal the secrets you have been so kind as to share with us today. May the Force be with you, sir...and farewell."
Ayanna Nyx - September 6, 2008 11:04 PM (GMT)
"Fairwell my young friends, May the Force be with you." He said finally as he watched them leave.
Alluria was rather stunned, but she felt more secure now about Kalin, "Qurhon, I think I was wrong to judge Kalin the way that I did. But it is simply because of everything that is happened. You are taught from the beginning to believe that the Sith are evil, that they are the enemy, so when one that you care about falls, it's difficult to catch up...." She then looked to Amelia, "Are you alright? This has been quite a day for you, I'm sorry I've dragged you to all corners of the galaxy in such a short time, it was not my intention." She laughed slightly.
Kalin Thalis - September 6, 2008 11:13 PM (GMT)
"Well Kalin has my trust, though not my complete trust. If Kenobi trusts him, then I won't doubt his wisdom. I shouldn't, how hard it is because of past occasions. But yes it's a shame because of all this secrecy. If it wasn't there... There might even be hope for us becoming friends again. Anyway, Amelia still has the intercom to contact Ayanna. It would be a good idea for her to make the first step. I'm not asking you, Amelia. you just have to do what feels right and of course if your master agrees. For my own I don't know what I'll do. Perhaps I'll take a padawan of my own. One of my clan members just completed the training actually of his son, named Korto Vos. He shows promise too. Anyway I have no idea where I will be heading, but let's first of all return to Mos Eisley and decide there what we will do next." Qurhon controlled the speeder all the way back to the infamous city. There they would have to decide for themselves if they wanted to stick together or part ways.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 6, 2008 11:18 PM (GMT)
"I'm fine," Amelia grinned, replying to Alluria's question after a considerable length of contemplating on an answer.
But after hearing the news about Senator Amidala, she'd perked up considerably, despite the tragic ending of her childhood hero. Just knowing that Amidala's son was going to play a part in bringing light back to the Galaxy was enough to make her spirits soar.
"All I can say is...what now? Where next? Coz I can't wait! Though I wanna practice with my powers more, you know, make myself better prepared, and the lightsaber too, and such, but whatever you wanna do, I'll be by your side. Just you try and stop me!" She blurted out, a little too eagerly. Then, frowning, she tried to make sense of what she'd just said. If she couldn't even understand what she'd said, she doubted Alluria would.
They'd soon reached Mos Eisley, however, and it wasn't long before she was complaining about the sand and the heat once more.
Ayanna Nyx - September 7, 2008 12:14 AM (GMT)
"I'm not sure what we should do next, but Amelia is right, I really should train her more. Her lightsaber skills need tuning, and there's still many more abilities she needs to learn. I think it's a good idea for you to take a padawan Qurhon, you should." She smiled as she thought it would be nice the face that the three old friend all had apprentices of their own. Made her realize how things had changed, "Just you watch Amelia, in no time at all it will be you picking your own padawan." She laughed as she knew it was indeed true.
Kalin Thalis - September 7, 2008 12:25 AM (GMT)
Qurhon laughed, "I'm not sure. It's not like you can find yourself a Padawan everyday. They are rare to find. I need to find someone with potential and who knows the risks involved. If you think about it. Kalin having an apprentice, cause I don't see her as an acolyte, you having an apprentice... Yep I definately need one too." He joked.
"Well Amelia, it's your duty to keep good relationships with our 'Sith' friends. We must trust in Kenobi's words and in the Living Force. That's also an important lesson for you to memorize." Arriving back at the hanger where their shuttle was stalled he asked the most important question for this moment, "So do you want me to drop you off somewhere or are you tagging along for awhile... Maybe until I find myself a Padawan... I could still help you train Amelia by your side, if you wouldn't mind...." He joked again. He felt such a relief once more his hunting days were over.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 7, 2008 09:39 AM (GMT)
"You really think I'd have a padawan of my own someday?" Amelia laughed as if it were a joke...because that's what she saw it as. In her eyes she was barely even a Jedi yet...she'd only scratched the surface of the Jedi life...and already there were talks of her teaching another?
Then she turned to Qurhon. "Wherever Alluria goes...I go. Of course I'd love to go with you Qurhon, but it all depends on Alluria," she grinned. "She is my Master, after all...and what sort of a padawan would I be if I abandoned her now?"
Ayanna Nyx - September 7, 2008 03:42 PM (GMT)
"Well, I don't think we're completely sick of you yet Qurhon, "She grinned slightly, "So I don't see the harm in us tagging along for now anyway. Amelia has some free time from her duties on Naboo, but we will need to go back there eventually of course. And I just have to see the day for myself when you select a padawan." She laughed, "You were always pretty adamant that you would never have one."
Kalin Thalis - September 7, 2008 03:47 PM (GMT)
"What do you mean, I earned the rank of master by completing the training of my first and last Padawan, didn't I?" He laughed, "But yeah now there's no need to hunt Kalin anymore... I think I can handle a new Padawan. My last one was a rascal. Let's hope I find someone more disciplined this time."
Going back inside the shutte provided by General Dodonna, he was still thinking about the next location,
"So where do you ladies, want to go to. Maybe we should let fate decide. I'll just point my finger at the galaxy map, with my eyes closed and then we'll see where my fingers point to... Hopefully not an asteroid field or a black hole or something," He said laughing.
Amelia Rose Fitzwalter - September 7, 2008 03:53 PM (GMT)
"A black hole would certainly be...interesting," Amelia chuckled as she sat herself down and pulled out the comlink that Ayanna had given her.
Studying it for a moment, her finger hovered over the button that was used to record and send messages. She sighed and placed the comlink down beside her.
Then a few seconds later she had it back in her hands. Then she put it down again. Then she picked it up again. She wasn't really sure anymore what to do. Perhaps she should make the first move, but then she wasn't entirely sure what she'd say.
Sighing again, she placed it back in her pocket and looked to the others, wondering where Qurhon's finger had landed.

Alluria looked as Qurhon's finger landed on the galaxy map, "Onderon? Oh why not!" She laughed, "Although I was there pretty recently, I was there before I then went to Naboo to find Amelia." She said, feeling somehow a little troubled suddenly, but she let it slide as she knew it was not such a bad idea to go there as she had originally thought, she just hoped nothing 'difficult' would occur.
"There are still some Jedi on the planet, not as many as there had been on Alderaan but certainly above ten." She said before sitting herself down again.
