Title: The Jedi Nest
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 12:42 AM (GMT)
Ayanna finished piloting the ship through Hyperspace and into the Alderaan system. She felt proud to be piloting the Thranta for herself as she had always wanted the opportunity to do so. She swerved the ship towards Aldera, the capital, before landing the ship at the docks.
"Well, here we are. Oh my, look at the view already, I can't wait to get out of here." She said as she stood up and made her way for the ramp of the ship as it lowered, "Just look at those mountains, and the air, crisp and fresh. It's magnificent! This is my kind of planet, alright it's not swimming with life but the conditions are still good and the scenery amazing. The Force flourishes here, you can feel it on the wind." She said as she stretched her arms out, feeling the breeze.
She lowered her hood, revealing her still golden hair which was something for them both to get used to. For so long her hair had been black and dull, now it shone like the sun, as well as her skin which was away from it's pale white and now was a healthy bronze, "I could get used to this..." She grinned as she glanced to herself, though she found it a little odd, but she knew why, "Argh, I may as well tell you. Whenever I'm happy, I literally 'blossom', like a flower does. When I'm sad I wither a little. That's why my colourings change, it's not just a neat party trick." She laughed as they headed further into the city.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 12:56 AM (GMT)
Yes, the Force flourished here, but was that a good thing. Kalin sensed something happening here. He was not unfamiliar with the rumour of Jedi in hiding on Aldera. Rumour even had it that the governement of Alderaan kept them in hiding.
"I'm not sure yet what to think of this place. Indeed the landscape is beautiful, but I'm beginning to doubt if it was such a good idea to come here. I feel the presences of.... Well they are at least individuals who have potential in the Force, that doesn't immediately make them Jedi. Don't you sense it too."
Kalin didn't immediately wait for an answer, "Common let's do some exploring here. Maybe we can find out more what it is I'm feelings and who knows, maybe this is the disturbance I was feelings on Korriban."
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 01:00 AM (GMT)
Ayanna became suspicious about the planet now because of Kalin's words.
"You mean, Jedi? It would be difficult for them to hide on such a planet. The regions beyond the city are rather rough, especially those mountains. Could people really survive there?" She said, wondering about it, "How would we go about looking such people out. Aldera is a high class place, all of the highest of societyy, Crevease City is more working class, more places to hide there, but it's almost on the other side of the planet." She thought back on when they met the young Princess, Leia Organa many months before. She thought about it again, knowing that no doubt Kalin knew she was thinking about it also.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 01:09 AM (GMT)
Kalin looked suspiously, "No they're close... And not in small numbers. They must be in the city. It would be the last place one might look for Jedi."
Inside the city, they could still feel their presence, though they didn't notice anything suspicious. Alderaan was a very peaceful planet. Maybe one of the happiest planets in this galaxy, despite the hard grip of the Empire. Kalin tried to detect where these potential Jedi could be located. They didn't seem to be moving. As if they were all together inside a nest.... A nest of Jedi. Kalin once heard of Vader killing a nest of 50 Jedi, though his master revealed later it was actually a much smaller number and that the lie was used to strike fear through this galaxy.
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 01:13 AM (GMT)
Ayanna remained cautious as they went to the back of the city, where the buildings became smaller and the gateway to the mountains began. She saw this as the most likely place to find a nest if there was one. She was concerned that she did not sense them, and could not understand what that in fact meant. Did it mean she was used to the light side or blind to it? Rather than dwelling on it, she tried to remain focused.
"What should we do, if we do find a nest. I know we're equal when it comes to the sack, but you're still my Master in these situations." She said looking to him, "I'll do whatever you command." She said looking to him.
She almost felt that she had a point to prove when it came to Kalin, the fact that his last relationship with Alluria failed because she was not willing to go hand in hand, side by side with him. Whereas Ayanna did want exactly that, she would do whatever he asked of her, and would also be there for him emotionally, unlike Alluria. She tried not to think on the twi'lek, but she couldn't help but feel she was still semi-competition.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 01:19 AM (GMT)
Kalin felt troubled cause of what Ayanna said, telling him she would do anything he commanded. But that's not what he wanted. "Ayanna you must understand that it's still my duty to wipe out any threat to the Empire. Sometimes I even think not getting rid of Alluria was a mistake, but since she was on her own with an almost incapable Padawan I didn't see her much of a threat, but now we're talking about a whole nest of Jedi... They could be very dangerous, so I will not ask you to follow my example when it comes to the moment you have to choose for what feels right. I will fulfill my duty. If it interferes with what you think is right, I won't mind."
The deeper they went in the city, the closer they got to the nest. Kalin could feel it and these were definately Jedi. The Force was just too strong for them being just Force potentials. "I would appreciate if you watched my back though if I have to fight them, should you choose not to fight..."
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 01:24 AM (GMT)
She nodded, becoming more wary herself. The air was becoming more quiet, with the sound of the starships and the busyness of the city becoming quieter. She knew they were indeed in dangerous territory. Jedi were known to be peaceful but they would certainly be willing to kill two lone Sith to protect the rest of them from being discovered. She tried to watch Kalin's movement carefully, seeing if he sensed something. She felt colder in this place, making her shiver slightly. But as they continued to walk, a distant clatter was heard from one of the large air pipes that twisted to the underground of the city. She looked to Kalin, wondering what he made of the strange noise, but she did not want say anything so not to cause more trouble.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 01:52 AM (GMT)
Kalin sensed that the Force felt strong from underground. Then Kalin remembered that Aldera stll had abandoned water mines, which would be the perfect hide-out for these Jedi.
"Okay, we're going underground. use your lightsaber to guide you through the darkness down there. And be very careful. If you sense anything, tell me. I think there's certainly more than twenty Jedi down there. Makes you wonder how it was possible to hide them all in this city, without no one ever detecting they were here. Either stormtroopers got sloppy or they just arrived here undetected."
Kalin searched for a passageway that would lead them underground. Once they found it, they ignited their lightsaber and prepared themselves for the worst. If they succeeded in taking these Jedi out, it would certainly please Lord Vader.
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 05:09 PM (GMT)
They both began to head to the underground, with Ayanna following Kalin's instruction by lighting her lightsaber to show the way. The purple and red light of the two lightsabers gave the air a strange glow. They were getting deeper and deeper underground, with the air becoming colder and the air darker. Ayanna tried to sharpen her senses as best she could. She listened to everything that was around her, though the wind that was racing down after them made it difficult for her to hear. But then suddenly up ahead, they heard a faint lightsaber hum, one that was already ignited. Ayanna grabbed to Kalin's arm, stopping him from going forward as she looked at him, making sure that he had heard the lightsaber also.
She looked to him intensely, this was a dangerous place to be in when encountering any lightsaber wielder. Though she did not think it very Jedi like for them to be already igniting their lightsabers. Suddenly Ayanna flinched her head to the side, seeing a young boy who was probably only a couple of years younger than her running towards them with his lightsaber in the air, and towards Kalin's side came another young man who looked around the same age. Ayanna hesitated for a second, these boys were clearly just inexperienced and scared, but still they were Jedi and they were going to strike her and Kalin which she would not allow, could not allow.
She stretched out her hand and Force Pushed the boy as he hit his head off the ceiling. The boy groaned with the pain but Ayanna ran towards him as the boy hit his lightsaber up towards her. The boy jumped back to his feet and began to swing at her as she clashed her lightsaber off his. It seemed almost unfair, he was a poor swordsman, clearly just a beginner as she lightly deflected with not much effort. She felt a little sorry but she knew this couldn't go on with her just tiring him out as he tried to strike her, so quickly she slashed him across the chest, ending his life in an instant.
She then ran her way back to check on Kalin.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 05:17 PM (GMT)
Kalin was very busy to fight off the Jedi himself. He used the combination of his lightsaber with Force Powers, while he slashed and hacked his way through he used mainly force powers, such as lightning and crushing ones' throat. At a certain point he lifted up about five Jedi at the same time, who practically killed each other by throwing them all together causing their lightsaber to stab each other. These Jedi were very unexperienced, but Kalin knew that all could change. Maybe if they only were discovered about a month later, it could have been more difficult to defeat these Jedi who were definitely in higher numbers. Kalin watched carefully how Ayanna was fighting, worried if she could defend herself, but at the same time how much she would tap in the Dark Side to defeat these Jedi. She seemed to find a nice balance to fight her way through. Kalin only hoped she could keep that up. Once a Force of Lightning spread through the underground, which killed nine Jedi in an instant who were standing with their feet standing in a puddle of water. The water made sure the Jedi had no chance to survive through the lightning.
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 06:09 PM (GMT)
Ayanna watched as Kalin barbequed the Jedi with the Force lightning, she could not help but be envious of that skill that he had which she wanted to learn so much, but still it made her smile to see how he did it. But it was broken as she was jumped again by two female Jedi, who looked about her age. Ayanna threw her lightsaber towards the pipes above their heads as a blast of steam poured out on top of them, scalding their flesh. Her lightsaber flew back into her hand before she came towards towards them again, avoiding the steam pocket. She saw the women claw to their face which was now red and bubbling with cooked sores. Ayanna quickly decapitated both of them with the one slash before she made her way back to Kalin again.
Though as she did, she heard a great yell from a man coming behind her, and as she turned she saw a man in his 50s dashing towards her, having see what she had done with those two women. Ayanna deflected with her lightsaber, leaping and jumping as best she could, though couldn't help but wonder where Kalin was as this Jedi was certainly experienced. Ayanna did her best to deflect but she was always a little reluctant, she didn't want to be too cruel and so tried to keep it fear. However, her mind changed on that issue slightly as she felt the blade of the Jedi's lightsaber slash into her shoulder slight, causing a long thin open wound. The pain of it infuriated her as she began to fight more dirty, clashing with her lightsaber but also punching his face when he came near enough.
She kicked him in his face once more and as he came back to strike at her again, she stabbed her lightsaber into his stomach. The Jedi stood in shock, as Ayanna twisted the blade slightly, looking him dead in his eyes. She could hear the insides of his guts bubbling and cooking him alive, a sound she couldn't help but enjoy. But quickly she pulled her saber out and let the man drop to the ground.
She watched to her shoulder which had a small black wound that was going to need seeing to. Looking down to the body of the dead Jedi she kicked his face again in annoyance of her injury before she turned and ran back towards Kalin.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 06:29 PM (GMT)
For Kalin it was understandable that Ayanna really started to fight dirtier. The wound must have given her a lot of adrenaline to fight harder and must have fueled her lust for revenge. She tapped more in the Dark Side than she usually does, but it was all right... for now. Kalin shouldn't be too judging in the first place after all, he didn't fight fair. If you want to fight fair, do so during training, but not here. This is about survival of the strongest and the weak die. That is how Kalin thought about it. Now he didn't make much use of this Force abilities.
The Jedi were getting smaller in number and he mainly used his abilities to fight off a group of Jedi in one strike. Now his blade was sufficient enough. He had to admit himself that he certainly wasn't weak, but that amount of lightning he last used on the Jedi standing in the puddle of water, was too much for him. The whole group of Jedi were pretty much unexperienced. There were only a few masters between them. Ayanna managed to defeat one of them Now Kalin was facing two at once. Clearly they understood now that one master wasn't able to defeat either Kalin or Ayanna by themselves so they decided to team up. Kalin had a harder time to defend himself. He had to move faster. Always switching from offense to defense. Sometimes the other way around, it depended on which of the masters was attacking. Most of the time he was merely defending himself and tried to attack as much as possible.
At one point he managed to wound one of the masters through his waist. It didn't kill him but the wound made him slower. He could barely defend himself. The best thing he could do was take advantage of that, striking his lightsaber right through his skull. This infuriated the other Jedi Master however. Not really the Jedi Way to react now that his friend became one with the Force and Kalin bet that his grin didn't make it any better. But the Jedi fought too hasty which became fatal. Kalin dodged his first attack, causing him to lose his balance and while he almost fell Kalin decapitated him, swinging his lightsaber to the right, though he barely missed getting hit by the attack of a purple lightsaber that also swung right through the Jedi master's neck. The two blades went moved like a scissor to cut his head off. Once he fell to the ground Kalin saw it was none other than Ayanna who made the move.
"Are you trying to kill me?!" He said serious, but it was obvious he was just trying to be funny during this whole massacre.
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 06:51 PM (GMT)
Ayanna grinned, "Now why would I ever want to do a thing like that..." She said in a slight seductive manner before switching off her lightsaber, looking around at the mess that was everywhere.
"Well, I can't say that I feel guilty, they attacked us, we were merely using our lightsabers as torches. These Jedi are truly becoming reckless and desperate." She then hissed slightly as she looked to her arm, "That old git..." She said as she looked to it, "It's not bad luckily, will take a few weeks to heal over but my shoulder works just fine." She said as she tore off little black bits of burnt skin from around the wound.
"I can't even begin to believe that the local authorities did not know about these Jedi being here. This is actually the bowels of the palace. All of these pipes mainly lead there, not just to the city. Surely they have motion sensors in case of thieves, murders and the likes, for protection of the Royal Family, if they don't then they seriously need to work on their protection services." She said in a suspicious manner.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 07:27 PM (GMT)
"Well Alderaan is pretty weak in its defence. If a blockade suddenly showed up here, the planet would be helpless on its own. The planet has no weapons to defend themselves if such an occasion occured. Anyway let me look at that shoulder of yours. I got some Bacta patches in my belt that might help you heal faster."
Kalin placed a Bacta patch over the wound. "There that should fix it."
Then he also looked around to the bodies. He neither felt gulty or proud of all the deaths here. He blamed these Jedi Masters who tried to train these children for their hopeless cause.
"They should have been wiser. Just the same as with Alluria. She's sending that Padawan to a certain death. She'll be hunted... killed." Kalin still sighed despite the fact they were Jedi.
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 07:34 PM (GMT)
"Oh well, it's their funeral, not ours." She said as she pulled her cloak back over her shoulders, "Shouldn't we report this back to Lord Vader? He surely should be happy, there were at least 20 Jedi here that we managed to take out alone, that's got to stand for something."
Ayanna began to collect the lightsabers of the dead Jedi, splitting them all open at the hilt and removing the crystals, keeping a few for herself and Kalin as she went. Some of them were real beauties. She destroyed all of the remaining components, leaving nothing but black dust and melted metal, "There we are, didn't think it was wise to leave these lightsabers along with the bodies. You don't want some other Jedi scavengers coming along and trying to pick up where they left off. I think we should take out all lightsabers we come across. Could come in useful for us as well." She said as she placed around 6 crystals into her pocket.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 07:40 PM (GMT)
"You're not gonna use those crystals are you? Best is to sell them. I use a crimson crystal, not because I'm Sith. No our crystals are synthetic... They are stronger as the ones you would find in caves."
Kalin wasn't too sure to report this to Vader. Yes it would please him very much, but it would endanger the planet. They could accuse it from keeping Jedi protected from the Empire, which was of course forbidden. Did the planet deserve such an accusation? He doubted it. Then again it wasn't just his opinion that counted. If Ayanna thought this should be reported to Vader, then maybe she was right.
"We'll firstly order the 501st here for an investigation in case there are more Jedi here hiding. I'm too suspicous to just leave this all behind, while there could be more out there."
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 07:46 PM (GMT)
"I think this should be the direct responsibility of the Royal Family. We're not 'garbage men', we're Sith and we shouldn't be cleaning up this mess. It is the duty of the Royal Family to ensure that there are no such haven or 'breeding grounds' for Jedi. If it was somewhere remote on the planet then it could have been overlooked but this is right in the heart of Aldera. I suggest we talk with Viceroy Organa, or his daughter Leia. We do have history with her, you were very suspicious of her but you never did tell me why. I guess you didn't trust me enough back then." She smiled slightly, "We should go to the palace, give them an ultimatum. They will need to send a unit down here anyway to clean up the bodies, tell them that while they are here they must make the necessary security checks to avoid this happening again. Then Lord Vader can send other Dark Jedi at a later time to check up on them, cause I really don't think it's a duty we should have to suffer." She said confidentially.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 07:58 PM (GMT)
Kalin looked at Ayanna, surprised at what she just said. He didn't want to say anything about the suspicion he had of Princess Leia Organa, but he did agree with her on some points. "Yes we should get in contact with either the Viceroy or his daughter. But I rather see that there is an investigation done by our own men. Not by the local government. I don't trust them. Besides we are under direct command of Vader. However the Dark Jedi are trained in secret. You can't just send them over to clean up some mess. If anyone knew that we were training them, people would certainly start to rebel. We... We are only two, but if the galaxy knew there are hundreds like us... Well you know what I mean, it would jeopardize the whole cause of the academy."
Both left the underground to see the Royal family. Kalin thought curious how Ayanna had changed. Her powers had grown dramatically and she had a lot more confidence. He wasn't sure if he liked the change. He did like that she became more independent, but she was also leaning closer to the Dark Side. She used to be between the light and the Dark. Now she felt that the Dark Side was indeed more attractive, just as he once did.
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 09:50 PM (GMT)
"Well I saw the flags above the palace signifying that the royals are indeed at home. But I think that probably is more likely to mean Bail Organa. We should meet with him, see what he has to say for himself, cause I'm sorry, I don't believe for a second that he is so naive to not know that there were this many Jedi here. There's something not right about all of this. Weren't there even rumours of his links to the Alliance? Well that would make sense wouldn't it. The Jedi and the Rebels united. I really don't know why they bother. The Jedi number is crippled, the only ones who survived were either those who got lucky or were allowed to escape by clumsy troopers. The most experienced ones were destroyed by Darth Vader himself, now he no longer hunts them for himself, why? Because only the weakest are left behind." She said as they began to walk out of the underground and back into the city.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 09:57 PM (GMT)
"No, don't think that he doesn't hun them anymore. There's two reasons he doesn't hunt Jedi anymore. One being that he asigned me now to do so. Second is that he has been obligated to supervise the construction of the Death Star. Palpatine already complained that it wasn't operational yet. Wouldn't surprise me actually if they showed up here with that thing if they do keep hiding Jedi here and if there's indeed a link between Bail Organa and the rebels." Kalin said and he had no clue how close that was to the truth.
"Anyhow, it's not our concern, I've sent a signal to the 501st. They'll be here soon, but we have to leave before they arrive. They can't see us. But first we'll have a meeting with the Viceroy and see what we can get out of him. He'll never admit he has any relationship with the rebels though..."
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 10:06 PM (GMT)
"But we'll know, won't we..." She said smiling to him a little sneaky.
They made their way up to the Palace, seeing how heavily guarded it was on the outside of the main entrance. Ayanna, instead of introducing herself started with a smart remark to the main security officer, "Funny, the entrance here is so heavily guarded that even a fly cannot get past without clearance, it's a pity that your air ducts to the south of the city, leading to this very palace, is not so heavily secured." She said raising her eyebrow sarcastically, trying to intimidate him.
The guard looked to her a little strange, but he realized that these people were clearly something to do with the army of maybe worse, that of Palpatine,
"Em, can I help you? The Viceroy did not mention anything about any visits today, I'm afraid you are expected to make an appointment before you are to meet with him." He said a little reluctant.
Ayanna quickly responded, she felt almost a little cocky, but she didn't know why, "Well we didn't know we were going to be cleaning up a mess of the Viceroy's that should not have happened, did we...." She said with a bitter tone.
The guard looked to Kalin, waiting for him to speak.
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 10:19 PM (GMT)
Kalin showed the guard his datapad. It gave him authority right under Vader himself. He only used it for diplomatic reasons.
The guard nodded, "If you'll wait a minute sir. I have to check if this data is authentic."
"Well that's your duty, but I would hurry up. We don't have all day." He said sincere, which was true. They couldn't allow themselves to be seen once the 501st Legion would arrive.
A few minutes later the guard returned and gave the datapad back to Kalin, "The information seems to check out. The viceroy is informed of you presence. You can go inside now, but I have to ask you to hand in your weapons."
Kalin felt insulted, "Why? Do we look like assassins to you? Do we look that dangerous?! Is the Viceroy that afraid that he fears an attack on his life. Seems like the man has something to hide...." Kalin sounded pretty angry, which intimidated the guard to drop his request.
"I'm sorry sir, I meant no offence. I'm just doing my duty sir." The guard said in a rush. Kalin still looked angry and with

Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 11:18 PM (GMT)
Both Kalin and Ayanna were escorted in the elevator to one of the highest peaks of the palace, where Viceroy Organa's office was situated. As they walked in, the Viceroy was kind enough to rise from his seat and greet them both with a friendly handshake.
"Welcome, it has been a long time since any representatives of the Emperor have come to see me, as well as any from Lord Vader. I do recall that you did visit with my daughter, but oh that was a long time ago, perhaps even a year I think. Please, take a seat." He said as he pulled out one chair for Ayanna to sit on.
Ayanna couldn't deny that she found this man charming, and for his age his looks were not too shabby either. But still she remained serious, there were severe accusations against his name and she could not forget that.
Organa sat himself down behind his desk, but held one hand up as though he asked them to wait a moment as he stretched his other hand to the intercom, "Can you bring some refreshments please, thank you." He said before sitting back, looking at both Kalin and Ayanna, "So, what can I help you both with?"
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 11:29 PM (GMT)
Kalin said down but ignorant the politeness of the Viceroy, for he probably only acted this way because they were working for the Empire and he feared them.
"Well as you might know, Viceroy. The Emperor and Lord Vader are still deeply concerned about the Jedi Rebellion. They are trying to regroup themselves and we can not allow that to happen after what they tried to do years ago at the end of the Clone Wars.
The problem is we found a nest of Jedi right here in the city, so we question why nobody ever discovered this nest. They were right under your nose, so we just wonder how could you have missed that? If the word spread Alderaan was protecting Jedi, the planet would be in deep danger. That's not a threat, Viceroy. It's simply the truth. So we just wonder what security measures you will take to prevent this ever from happening again. Right now a battalion of the 501st is on its way to make sure the city to make clear no other Jedi are in refuge here. But you wouldn't want them to stay here to tighten the security on this planet, would you Viceroy?!"
Ayanna Nyx - September 1, 2008 11:41 PM (GMT)
The Viceroy seemed surprised by what Kalin said, "Well, I'm as shocked as you are. I'm not sure where exactly you mentioned these Jedi were meant to be hiding?" He asked politely.
"To the south of the city in the air ducts underground, the ones leading to this palace." Ayanna answered for him.
"I see, well this is indeed disturbing news. I have always had reason to believe that those were securely protected, I will make it immediately my duty to make sure that this will never happen again. My security officers must have become sloppy, but I will ensure that this never happens again!" He said seriously and direct, "May I ask how many Jedi were found there?"
"More than twenty..." Ayanna said bluntly, watching his reactions very carefully.
"Twenty?!" He exclaimed, "And where have these Jedi been escorted to?" He asked.
"Escorted? To the Force." She laughed slightly, "Escorted in the same way you would escort vermin from the premises, under that of your foot." She grinned.
"I see..." Organa seemed disturbed by this, "I will not pretend that I am favourable to your methods but I do of course respect them and also the will of the Emperor. I thank you for highlighting the situation to me, I will make it my priority to see that the underground is properly secured for the future. Of course I will be cooperative with your needs also."
Kalin Thalis - September 1, 2008 11:59 PM (GMT)
Kalin himself was also not pleased how Ayanna was acting. She was acting too cocky and certainly unmannered in the presence of a Viceroy even if he could not be trusted, they had to stay well mannered for a safe relationship with Alderaan and the Empire.
"Um, excuse me for my partner's behaviour. We have been in a rough fight, but one that was necessary. They were in higher numbers and we only came to discover the nest, not to attack them. It was them who attacked us, Viceroy. I assure you. Most likely they attacked us because they felt threatened. It's understandable. Nevertheless their death was a necessary cause. Do not think we take pleasure in this. Many blood has been wasted and it could have been prevented only if they surrendered." Kalin sighed, however it was fake, cause he didn't want to give the impression that they were cruel in any way. Kalin stood up from his chair. Though he didn't trust him, Kalin stayed polite and shook his hand, "I thank you for your cooperation, Viceroy."
Ayanna Nyx - September 2, 2008 12:13 AM (GMT)
Ayanna followed his example, lifting to her feet and giving a slight curtsy before she followed Kalin out of the chamber. She looked to Kalin as they left, trying to speak quietly so that no one would hear them,
"Did you see that? The shock on his face? It was not about the fact there were Jedi, it was that they were dead. He was lying to us...." She said almost annoyed at it, "What are you going to do? Do we report it to Vader now? I still think they need to keep an eye on the system. The Jedi should not be so selfish in training innocent young teens and children. If they know what's best for the galaxy then they should stay in the shadows and leave everyone alone.... Let things run their course. Nothing lasts forever. It was true for the Jedi and the Republic, and it will be true for the Empire."

"No I have my doubts Ayanna. It seems almost impossible to believe, but I think he truly didn't know of these Jedi. It doesn't mean someone else couldn't have hidden these Jedi here. A man of high position, but not the Viceroy. He wasn't lying. Don't get me wrong. I still don't trust him. I still think he's tied with the Rebel Alliance. But I do love this planet and I would hate to see it suffer by the actions of its governemt. Its often due to the corruption of the governemt that people are suffering. Who are we to change that. I mean we could prevent these people from suffering more as long as we don't mention any of this to Vader. If we pass on that Alderaan truly didn't know anything of these Jedi, the planet won't have to suffer by the grip of the Empire. And we could still look for the man who was really responsible in hiding these Jedi." Kalin said, then he saw a Delta shuttle in the air about to land.
"Quickly Ayanna, let's hide in the public. It's Vader's own stormtroopers who have arrived.

Ayanna quickly followed Kalin as they tried to hide themselves in the crowd, but Ayanna decided to take this to her advantage,
"Well, while I'm here I may as well try to make improvements on my outfit that you hate so much, you should change too." She laughed as she darted into a shop.
When she emerged she was draped in what could only be called a black leather, tight outfit, revealing and constricting but Ayanna liked it, and the cape with it added flare.
"Now this I like!" She said as she stroked her fingers on her bare stomach, "Though doesn't really help me blend in, I still look like your naughty Sith slave." She grinned as she pressed herself against his chest, looking up at him as he stood above her.

"Yes this is definately a good way to stay under the radar. Dress you like a mix between a Twi'lek dancer and a Sith. That will help and certainly when you aren't embarassed to let everybody in the shop know that you're my 'Sith Slave'. Very subtle, Ayanna." He gave a smirk and despite that she was still standing out he kissed her right in the shop. "Now let's get going and yes still try to avoid an encounter with those stormtroopers."
Ayanna Nyx - September 2, 2008 12:44 AM (GMT)
"Well where should we go? I don't want to leave this place yet. Those moron troopers will likely stay here in the center, so let's just get out of the center. There must be something interesting to do. Pity there aren't any casinos here like on Nar Shaddaa." She grinned, "Though I heard over the other side of the planet there are places like that. I tell you, I'd be certain that Crevease City is crawling with Jedi. There are so many places to hide there. It reminds me a little of that Outer Rim planet Utapau, there are large holes in the ground and structures clinging to the sides of it. It's not quite as up market as Aldera but it's interesting enough." She said as they made their way out of the capital.
"This planet is beautiful isn't it. I never really looked before but I just feel like I should appreciate it now. Those mountains alone are to die for." She said thinking, then she remembered back to an earlier time in her life, when she knew Kalin's mother, something they had never spoken about since he learned that her mother killed his. Or what turned out to be her sister.
"I was thinking about something." She said gently, "Your mother, I don't know if I ever told you that..... Well, I knew her. I know you knew Adanna was familiar with her, but I never plucked up the courage to tell you...." She said honestly.
Kalin Thalis - September 2, 2008 12:55 AM (GMT)
"Well it doesn't surprise me that much that you knew my mother. It's all in the past now. I don't want to dwell on it now. Recently I made a decision to start a new life... With you." He said kissing her again.
"Well I think we'll know visit some other parts of Alderaan. Crevease City you said? Why so eager to visit another casino. Did you like it so much to go undercover there? Well it certainly seemed that way."
Both sneaked their way to the Thranta. The City was pretty far from Aldera. You couldn't just walk towards there. Kalin piloted the ship until they finally arrived there. It looked a lot different from Aldera. Special but he found Aldera more intrigueing. But if she wanted to be here, who was he to deny her that?
