Title: The Thranta

Kalin Thalis - March 30, 2008 09:38 PM (GMT)
After searching on Nar Shadda, their research concluded the Jedi was on Mandalore. Kalin felt a bit exhausted that this had taken so long and he wasn't even sure if this person was a Jedi.

"Okay, we're going to do the same as on Nar Shaddaa. Follow the signal and try to reach this guy. All this hassle for one potential Jedi. We don't even know if this guy is a Jedi. But we have to be sure."

Ayanna nodded though she didn't feel right, about hunting this guy down. Though Kalin had promised not to get aggressive immediately, before they could come to a reasonable compromise, if that was possible.

Outside Kalin used his senses and the signal was much stronger than on Nar Shaddaa. He was pretty nearby, though it would be difficult to avoid the Mandalorians here. But they also worked for the Empire which could work in his advantage.

Kalin and Ayanna sat down in the Thranta. Kalin had to come up with an idea, cause he could never reveal to Vader that he was on Mandalore. He decided to open a transmission to Vader's flagship, but he kept the signal weak, so Vader would never find out he was on Mandalore, instead of being on Naboo. Once the transmission was made Kalin started to speak.

"Lord Vader, I'm sorry the signal is weak, something must be malfuctioning on my holo-tranmistter. Anyway, the Jedi you spoke of is dead. His name was Kreio. I found him on the fields close to the lakes. I killed him just as you ordered."

"Very good, Kalin. For once you're not letting me down."

"No, master! I only live to serve you. I left the body there so the stormtroopers would find it. So they wouldn't know of my presence or that of Ayanna's."

"Very good. Return as fast as possible to Korriban!" Lord Vader said.

The transmission ended and Kalin began to dwell on his earlier thoughts.

"Ayanna, what would you think of visiting Alderaan again. I just remembered something. You know that we were searching out the history of Anakin Skywalker?! Well I think there's a way to learn more. I read in his profile he had a droid in his possession, which he often used for piloting his starfighter. It was an astromech droid called R2-D2. A droid that is now in the possession of Princes Leia. If we could somehow steal it, we might learn a lot more of Anakin Skywalker. If we could somehow hack it's memory...Then we might learn a lot more. Question is how do we steal it without notifying the Princess..."

Ayanna Nyx - April 1, 2008 03:52 AM (GMT)
Ayanna thought for a moment, "Well, the Princess is not likely to let her guard down for anyone, least of all us.... But perhaps if we could go in disguise of some sorts? As long as her father does not show up, he'll probably remember us from the Opera House on Coruscant....." She said, "If we go under the pretense that we are.... I don't know... Of high society.... They are royals, they often have guests, local lunches for multiple guests... No way we could get ourselves onto one of those lists?..... Would get us into the palace at least....." She said as a thought out of the top of her head, then she thought, "When was the last time we were on Alderaan? I've forgotten...." She said, though of course, she was in fact Zaria when she was last there, but she could not recall it at that moment.

Kalin Thalis - April 1, 2008 04:48 PM (GMT)
"If we are able to get Bail Organa off our case, I'm sure we can get in contact with the princess easily. We would have to get inside and hack in the security terminal to get ourselves on one of those lists. We don't have to present ourselves as royalty, but I'm sure we can think of some scenario to get involved with the princess. Senators are easily corrupted, I'm pretty sure I can think of something to get her attention. As long as she doesn't know we work for the Sith, then things should be all right. I'll set the coordinates."

Kalin places in the coordinates that would take them straigthly to Alderaan. There they would have to get their way inside the Royal Palace in Aldara. Wouldn't be easy, but then again it never was. The Thranta left the bounty hunter planet and disappeared once again into hyperspace.
