Title: Meeting
scottborek - March 27, 2008 03:35 AM (GMT)
Scott was happy to be back on the planet his journey first started on and to be finally off Nar Shaadaa. The Comet wondered what the Jedi had in store for him here.

Scott walked toward the steps of the Mandalorian complex nodding to others who passed by and sat relaxing looking at the fountain across the parkway, then the sparring complex and finally fixing his stare by the hangar looking for a sign of a suspicouis ship that might contain his friend.
Taves Sarfell - March 27, 2008 11:14 PM (GMT)
Taves hadn't learned a great deal about Mandalore during his stay there, but one thing he had learned was that there were ways to remain unseen. He put down his ship on the side of the planet opposite of the Mandalorian base, and tried to keep his ion trails to a minimum. As he set down the ship he dreaded the long walk he would have to take. As Taves walked down the ramp, and looked around the jungle he heard something that made his heart sink. A speeder was approaching his direction. He had to make sure that they didn't find his ship. He jumped into the jungle canopy, hopping from tree to tree so as not to be seen. He heard the engines of the speeder shut off about one hundred meters away. He jumped into a tree and looked down. There were two Mandalorians walking around the speeder in full armor. Taves looked to see that they both had sidearms, but no weapons other than that. He reached into the Force and brought their weapons into his hands. Then, in one fluid motion he jumped to another tree and switched the pistols to stun. He drew a bead on each of the confounded Mandalorians and brought both down with two stun shots to the head. Once that bit of business was done he walked over to the bodies and stripped them of there armor. Fortunately the bigger of the two had armor that would fit him.
He put the two into the back of the speeder and headed off in his new set of Mandalorian armor. Once he had reached about the halfway point of his journey he dropped the two Mandalorians on the ground, and put their pistols next to them for their trip back. He then set off in the speeder to meet Scott and try to find some clues as to where Zen was.
It took him a little over a day, but once he arrived at the Base he packed the extra set of armor in a sack, and slung it on his shoulder, in case Zen was here. He sought out Scott for about an hour before he found the bounty hunter standing in the space port. He walked up behind the bounty hunter and put his hand on his shoulder. "I understand you just got back from Nar Shaddaa" he said. "Meet any strange characters?"

Scott almost jumped as a hand touched him but luckily it was a mandolorian, he said "I understand you just got back from Nar Shaddaa, meet any strange characters?"
"Not really I took up a bounty on a spice dealer, a bouncer and a blue twi-lek, actually now that you mentioned it did meet a drunk toydarian it was pretty strange," Scott replied amused.
Taves Sarfell - March 28, 2008 12:08 AM (GMT)
Taves chuckled, as if he were merely carrying on a conversation with a long time friend. "Well nothing to take your mind off of a crazy toydarian like a bit of hunting in the forest. Want to meet there in a few minutes?"
Without a word, Taves walked off and headed toward the forest. He hoped Scott would wait a bit before following.
scottborek - March 28, 2008 12:12 AM (GMT)
Scott was in a quandry; should he follow this Mandalorian he hasn't known but for 2 minutes or should he wait for his rebel friend Scott decided to wait a few more minutes to see if his friend would show before deciding.
scottborek - March 28, 2008 12:19 AM (GMT)
Scott decided to follow but cautiously because he didn't know if this guy could be trusted, it could be a trap to get him away. He set his WESTERS to kill and made sure his armor and jet pack were in working order and brought down his night-vision scanner to see better in the forest. He snuck away from the spaceport and into the forest making sure no one was following.
