Ayanna began to lower The Thranta into the city, she had never seen this part of Alderaan before but it was just as beautiful as Aldera in it's own way. She lowered the ramp of the ship and walked out to wait for Remus, she couldn't deny she was scared, also of Remus himself, but in this case she just had to trust him.

Asajj Ventress stayed inside the Thranta. That's all she could do for now. He saw how some servants arrived and placed Kalin on a carriage which hovered above the ground. They took him to the nearest hospital facility, where Remus tried to make his theory as sensible and logical as possible, but it wasn't easy to do as most medics were droids and couldn't understand the concept of the Force.

Kalin still lay down on the bed, not moving. When the medical droid checked his eyes, they opened them and Remus saw the burning eyes for himself. Now his faith that Kalin would return to the living world was getting lost. He seriously doubted if Kalin would return, and if 'he' did wake up, what was the best thing to do? Was he suppose to give up hope and just try to keep the Sith in his mind captured until there came a moment where Kalin could take control of his body again. Or was it needed to kill 'Kalin' immediately so the Sith couldn't harm anyone.

Remus looked at Ayanna who didn't feel so optimistic of the whole situation either. He wished he could have done something to prevent all this. But he knew he had to do some research concerning the village they went to on Kashyyyk. Was it a coincidence that Kalin got his outburst on that planet when he heard his mother died by Ayann's mother's hands, or was there something else to be found on Kashyyyk which could lighten his way.

Ayanna had spent a lot of time dwelling not only on Kalin but also of her mother. Adanna Kuro. She had left so many problems for her little daughter to clean up, and she was becoming more and more enraged by it. She could feel the anger swelling in her chest like a balloon. She didn't know what she could do about this, but suddenly a thought crossed her mind as she thought about Li. He was trying to kill her because of what their mother had done to him, but what about what their mother had done to her. She became more angry just to dwell on it, and this thing with Kalin only made it worse. She swore to herself now that if she ever came across Li again, she was going to kill him for his arrogance, because in her opinion he was beyond saving now, and she didn't want to save him. Luckily this resentment hadn't passed over to her thoughts on Kalin, yet. She still cared for him but mostly as she sat dwelling on things, it only made matters worse.

Remus comes back after doing some research about the Wookiee village. He finds no results of a Sith Lord being killed there, or at least in the neighbourhood of the village. That was his only catch how a spirit could have entered Kalin's body. Still he is pretty convinced that the one who attacked Ayanna, wasn't Kalin. Or he wasn't himself completely and was manipulated in his anger by the Sith Lord inside his mind. He only wonders what could have triggered this. His only thought and theory is that the anger inside him triggered this when he heard about the killer of his mother.

Remus approaches Ayanna. He feels her anger and hesitates to speak with her, though he knows he has to,

"Ayanna, when Kalin attacked you... Did you see his eyes? Were they burning then? It could explain why Kalin did attack you, cause I have this feeling it wasn't Kalin who attacked, or at least not completely him."

She shook her head, "I don't remember, I'm sorry..... Things happened so fast..... I was ashamed, I didn't look at him.... So I don't know what his expression was..... Then he choked me.... I fainted.... When I awakened it was already over....." She said as she remembered back on it, thought she did not like to.

This couldn't confirm Remus' theory, but it also said there was no real proof that it was Kalin,

"So you're not sure that it was Kalin?! That's all I'm really wondering about. Kalin is not an evil man, who just bursts out. I know he's not the most irrational person, but you weren't the one who killed his mother, surely he must have known that. No I think something was going on then, with this Sith Lord. I just don't think Kalin would do a thing like this..."

"Or do you think I don't know him as well anymore as I used to? Could be true, it has been a while that I saw him and no doubt he has changed under Vader's rule. But did he truly change that much while he was out of my sight."

She lowered her head, "I'm sorry but to me anyway, I think it's most likely it was Kalin...... By the words he said..... If it wasn't Kalin then I would've known I think..... He felt hurt because.... He's been effecetively looking after the child of the woman who killed his mother.... I think I would be angry too at first..... But things happened so fast that there was no time for reflection.... Not for him at least........" She looked back to Kalin as he lay on the bed, "What are we going to do now..... What about Vader?..." She asked concerned.

"Still I'm not sure about all this... Seems more like the Sith Lord was manipulating him in his actions. No doubt he got angry, but the Sith probably threw water on the oil... I can't believe Kalin would do such a thing by his own actions."

Remus looked over to Kalin who still seemed to be in a coma,

"Vader can never hear about this. I will stay here with him, but you have to stay with Vader. Don't tell him anything about Kalin. If he gets too curious, you'll just have to say Kalin died. He can't know anything about this. But you must never leave Vader's side. Now that Kalin is out of the picture, you'll have to take his place... You'll be Vader's next apprentice, Ayanna..."

Her eyes widened, it was like she heard the most horrific screaming inside her mind but it was not her own, "I..... I can't do that! I could never replace Kalin in any way! I was barely fit to be Kalin's apprentice let alone Vader's..... I....... I just can't do that....." She said fearful of the very thought of it.

"What else can we do? Who is going to explain to Vader of Kalin's sudden disappearance? Only you can? Or are you expecting Ventress to step forward. Vader will kill her immediately, despite the fact you trust her or not."

"You have to get back to Korriban and take contact with Vader. Then you will ask for an audience. You're stronger than you give yourself credit for, Ayanna. Kalin didn't become this strong just over night! And there's a lot to learn from Vader. So did Kalin. Don't let your fear cloud your mind. Don't let your fear draw you back, cause you know it is necessary in order to save him."

She felt that accepting this was almost admitting to the fact that Kalin was dead, but what else could she do. Remus-Qui was a master so he had an authority. She nodded, accepting his offer, but she could barely let a word leave her lips, "I will go now then...... I will leave The Thranta..... It is not my ship... It is Kalin's and I won't take it from him...... Where will I be able to find another transport to get back to Korriban?" She asked with a monotone.

Remus felt new hope as she wanted to help in his plan, to replace Kalin for the time being. But what would happen later with her or Kalin.

"Thank you, Ayanna. You can use my ship. It's of Sith property anyway. You would be granted passage anyway even by the Empire itself. I will take the Thranta for the time being and stay with Kalin. I will keep in touch if there are any changes.

Remus walked with her to the landing platform. There the two ships stood and now Ayanna only had to board his ship which would be the final goodbye. Maybe even forever. Though he promised himself and Ayanna he would not give up concerning Kalin. He just hoped Ayanna would do the same.

She turned and faced Remus once more before she readied herself to leave, "Just..... If he wakes up tell him....... Just tell him I'm sorry......" She got the feeling that it was unlikely, despite what may happen, that she would ever see Kalin again. But she turned and made her way onto the ship. It took her a few moments to get to grips with the controls but soon she was on her way back to Korriban, to face Vader alone, her greatest fear.

Zaria landed the transport back where Remus-Qui's ship had been seated when she had left. The Thranta was still there, showing that indeed 'Anakin' and Remus had not left the city. She walked down the ramp to be immediately approached by three guards, who had not been there before. It seemed that Remus had been able to acquire Alderaan Security for the Medical Facility. She walked towards them with her hood raised. One guard stopped at the entrance of the facility while the other two continued on ahead. They looked a little baffled as they saw her walking towards them. Her face was shadowed but the glowing white skin was clear and only the reflection of light revealed the blackest of eyes, like the eyes of a demon.

"Halt! We are Alderaan Security officials, do you have clearance to enter this facility?" One of them asked her.

She continued to walk towards them but said nothing. With this they raised their blasters, "We said HALT!"

But at that moment she flicked her lightsaber as quick as lightning from her belt and sliced them through their waists, letting the tops of their bodies fall to the ground. The other guard panicked but she already grabbed him by his neck, holding him up with a choke,

"Where is Skywalker?....." She said with a hissed voice.

The guard didn't know what she was talking about and merely gurgled some words. With that she completely crushed his neck, throwing his lifeless body aside as she walked to the entrance. It was securly shut, but she sliced a hole through the door like a knife to butter, then making her way inside.

The facility seemed pretty deserted, and she was surprised that Kalin was not in the chamber he had been in before hand, but she pressed on. And she was also surprised to not see Remus anywhere at all. Finally she came across the room where Kalin lay, but to her surprise as she walked in, his eyes shot open, burning once again with fire, as though he exactly knew she was going to appear.........

Kalin with his eyes burning didn't seem to recognize Ayanna, who now called herself Zaria, but was it because her skin was now completely white or that her eyes were changed? No, there was something else going on with him. He grabbed his lightsaber with the Force which lay on the table,

"All Jedi must die by the order of the Emperor!" He said, "You won't escape from me, An'ya Kurno..." He said. For some reason he took Ayanna for her grandmother. Maybe it was her lightsaber, though more was going on in his mind. He picked up a few chairs with the Force, which were floating in the air around Zaria. "The Jedi must pay for their actions! They are evil and traitors to the republic."

Zaria hissed at him, "You fool! It is you who are a JEDI! And you that must be CRUSHED!!! An'ya Kuro is long since dead.... Killed by YOU! I am Zaria.... And my allegiance is to the Dark Side, not the light like you pathetic Jedi scum!!!" She shouted as she then dashed at him with her lightsaber ignited and ready to strike. Their sabers clashed off one another, she hissed and screamed with every movement. Her senses were heightened and she felt only anger and hatred, "Give up Skywalker...... Your days are at an end....." She snarled.

Anakin grinned at her foolish comments, "I'm no Jedi, you fool! I serve the only true Sith! Your master must be a fake! An impostor! I am no longer a Jedi and have embraced the Dark Side in a way you never could!"

More lightsaber clashes followed as they kept fighting each other, with all of their hatred. "Jedi or not, there can only be two! It is I who is the true apprentice. My master will be most pleased when I finally get rid of you!"

"Try to get a taste of this." He said as he raised his hand and held it in a shape as he were crushing her throat. He attempted to use the Force and crush her neck. He held her in a Force grip, but he didn't know for how long he could keep his grasp on her as her senses were getting stronger.

She clasped to her neck with her face growling at him as she choked, not the same reaction she had had before. But it only reminded her and enraged her further. She picked up a unit from across the room with the Force, crashing it off his back to distract him enough to release her.

She then began to laugh, "You think you are a Sith Lord?..... No..... You are Anakin Skywalker, Jedi scum...... it is who you became, Darth Vader that is a true Sith Lord, and it is HE who is my master..... You are the magot he once was..... And I have been sent here to kill you..... And a pleasure it is as well..... You're going to pay for what you have done to my family....." She said as she wielded her lightsaber again and ran towards him.

Anakin clashed his saber back with all his strenght which drew her back. She looked to him back with a great hatred in her eyes. Anakin's eyes were always burning with fire. There was no hatred or anger... He was Sith and fully embraced the Dark Side. He was consumed by it.
"What are you talking about! The true Dark Lord of the Sith named me Vader when I pledged myself to him! I am Darth Vader you silly woman!"

Though he was not completely Sith. He got closer and closer to the Dark Side with each second that passed, but the moment where he lost his soul was right before he truly became Darth Vader. It was only in name that he could say he had been granted the title of 'Darth', in his heart there was still too much of Anakin left in him.

She laughed almost wickedly, "You are not Darth Vader, you are a mistake.... Look at your reflection..... It is of Kalin Thalis..... Your body is presently on Coruscant..... Darth Vader is my master..... Shall I give you some details you may have forgotten?....'Anakin Skywalker, fallen Jedi.... Was left for dead when he was DEFEATED by a Jedi named Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar...." She smiled with evil sincerity as she continued to point her lightsaber at him, "He was then burned at the steak so badly that he had to be forever imprisoned in a suit to keep him alive...... His wife Padmé DIED at his hands, taking their child with her to the grave..... This all happened 17 years ago you fool! This is no longer your time.... And that is why it is my job to send you back to the fires you came from....." She snapped at him as she raged at him again, clashing their blades together. She didn't know Kalin anymore, she didn't know Ayanna either. She was fueled by both Darth Vader's teachings and Adanna Kuro's.

Anakin couldn't believe what she said. It was only a faint memory of when he choked Padmé. He could only conclude that it was by his actions that she died,
"No, you're lying! She was alive! I've felt it!"

He clashed his lightsaber again against hers, which threw her back.

"I will kill this impostor who call himself 'Darth Vader'... And my time will begin! I have reached this much and I swear that in this new body, I alone shall rule the galaxy! It is mine!"

Anakin stepped closer and his eyes flickered,

"A new time has come, where the Jedi will disappear again. Whether you are a Jedi or not, you will not stand in my way, so prepare to die...."

His lightsaber was again ready to finish her off, however would this be the end of Ayanna or Zaria as she called herself. Or was her hatred for the Skywalkers strong enough to defend herself.

Zaria exploded with her rage and not only defended herself but slashed at him with her saber, she always gave a scream of anger with each swing as she became more enraged.

"You are wrong Skywalker...... It is you who are the imposter here...... darth Vader, the true Darth Vader..... Is the one who has the power in the galaxy, along with Darth Sidious.... You are merely a parasite, not even encapsulated within your own body.... Kalin is just a HOST for you and the disease that you have posessed him with....." She said as she threw a Force Push at him before jumping backwards.

The Force Push caused him to slide a few meters back on his feet as he was able to block it. He used Force Lightning on her as now his arm was still completely destroyed and had no effect on him.

"Kalin was weak, that is why I regained control over his body. I was strong enough to return from the living Force, as I knew my time hasn't ended yet! I am to fulfill my destiny, and you shall not stand in my way, nor shall this impostor!" He said in an outburst"

He kept using his Force Lightning on her, which made it difficult for her to escape from.

Zaria continued to fight with him, both slashing their lightsabers together and nearly tearing the room apart in the process. Luckily there was no one else around ,no guards anymore who would get in the way of this.

Remus-Qui suddenly walked in the room. He saw the two fighting like hell as they almost completely destroyed the facility. Their lightsaber clashed again and again and again. There was no stopping them. Remus took his own lightsaber and clashed it off Anakin's and Zaria's to force them back. Anakin looked surprised to Remus,

"Come on Ayanna, we have to leave this place. You can't win this fight. We have no choice now but to go back to Vader!" Remus said as Anakin interrupted him: "I AM VADER!!!"

Remus looked in a weird manner to him as he saw the eyes burning, he wasn't sure who it was who Kalin served as a host. But it was weird that this Sith Lord though he was Darth Vader. He couldn't be.

"Ayanna, please, this is a battle you can't win! Listen to me!"

She looked at Remus and snapped at him, though she had stopped fighting, for now, "My name is not Ayanna!! It's Zaria.... Don't call me that again...." She hissed slightly, "I have been sent here by the order of DARTH VADER to kill this imposter..... Though Vader told me he was in fact Exar Kun.... I know why he lied to me, but I knew it for myself...... There can only be one Vader in this galaxy, and his place is already set.... Remus.... You SIDE with me... This is Vader's order! We must kill Thalis..... He is lost.... This is more important..." She spoke, almost as though she did not know Kalin personally at all.

"No, I was your master, you must obey me! Vader has sent word, that the mission is to be canceled! He fears that if his soul gets destroyed, he will die with him. Kalin must be taken captive and hold under strict supervision. If you kill Kalin, you will kill Vader aswell!" Remus lied as he had to make it all up on the spot. It was his only hope for Ayanna to stop fighting. For some reason, she thought the same as the Sith did who was inside Kalin's mind. She believed Kalin was Darth Vader, or something in that sense anyway.

"Listen to me! If you kill Kalin, so will you kill Vader and the Empire will never stop to hunt you down! You can't betray the Sith order and must abort! You hear me!"

She continued to sneer at Remus and even worse to Anakin, but she turned off her lightsaber, believing his word to be true, "Then we will keep this abomination locked up until Lord Vader decides what he's going to do with him.... I'm now Vader's apprentice.... Now that his former one is out of service as it would be...." She grinned looking back at Anakin. Something was very wrong with her, and it did indeed seem like a different person was fueling her almost, "I will report back to Lord Vader that I have him.... Remus, take the prisoner into my ship..." She said as she quickly ran to the ship, it sounding almost like an order. She had been filled with such hate, arroagance, bitterness, that she did not posses when she left the planet.

What prisoner was she actually talking about?! Kalin or whoever he was, was still standing there with his lightsaber ignited. Remus knew however he was in deep trouble now. He was standing in front of an opponent he couldn't defeat and Ayanna's was going to report his lies to Vader. If all this was over, there was no choice for but to go into exile.

"You know of the impostor, she is speaking of?! Who is he!? TELL ME!" He commanded in a furious tone.

"First tell you his name and I'll tell you what you need to now, my lord!" Remus responded obedient.

"I am Darth Vader! Former apprentice of Darth Sidious! He must be dead by now..." He said with a grin, thinking now that Sidious was dead, it was his to take over the galaxy.

"The impostor is only a small threat, my lord. He is no match for you! If you truly are the Dark Lord of the Sith, then you have my services!" He said once again obedient. This was the only way Remus could keep an eye on Kalin and hope for a small chance that Kalin himself would return.

"Aren't you with her?! You serve the impostor!" Vader responded. Now that Anakin was fully enraged, he was slowly dissapearing. But how could there be two Vader's? If Anakin was changing into Vader? What would happen to Vader himself who was stuck in his metal cage namely the life support costume he had to wear.

"I only serve the true lord of the Sith! If you really are who you claim to be, then I am your servant..." He said most humble.

Zaria reported back to Lord Vader, hoping that her appearance would be enough for him to realize it was indeed her, despite her name change, "My Master, this is Zaria... I have located the imposter..... It is worse than we expected.... The imposter claims himself to be Anakin Skywalker.... And that he is the true Master of the Sith.... I battled with him but Master Remus-Qui intervened, having told me of your word to merely capture the imposter...... That you were worried that killing him could endanger your own life....." She spoke, waiting for Vader to reply.

Vader was furious to be betrayed by one of the masters of the Sith acedemy, "I've never told such thing! Go back Ayanna and kill the impostor for me. Who his is, doesn't matter. He must be destroyed!" Vader commanded.

In the mean time Remus-Qui was still negotiating with the other Vader, how he could gain his trust so they could get away from this planet. He knew he had to take him somewhere safe, away from the Empire,

"We can't stay here, my lord! The impostor is not as strong as you, but he is powerful! He has many allies and at this moment we are too small in numbers. We have to find more manpower, otherwise we'll have no chance to stand up against this impostor!"

Vader nodded and agreed with what Remus said. Together they left the facility and as they walked away, the facility crashed to the ground. They hurried themselves quickly into Remus' ship. Remus positioned himself in the cockpit with Vader sitting next to him. He pressed some coordinates though he wasn't sure where they would take him. There was no time to control these coordinates so he pressed some random buttons. He just hoped they wouldn't get stuck in an asteroid field or fly into a star, or worse a super nova. The ship quickly disappeared in hyperspace, leaving Alderaan behind.

At Vader's orders, Zaria ran immediately back to the medical facility. It crashed down in front of her eyes, so she assumed the impostor as well as Remus didn't survive the crash. But as soon she saw a ship leaving the atmosphere, she realized they had already fled, and with that she returned back to her communication with Vader,

"Master, they have fled! Remus has betrayed us all!! He has taken the imposter!!!!! What do you wish of me?" She said as she lowered to one knee, awaiting her orders.

Vader commanded, "You must track them down, immediately, Ayanna and bring their head before me..." He said annoyed as he didn't like to be bothered so much all the time. She had to learn more independence if she wished to remain his apprentice.

Meanwhile Remus and Vader, who returned from the living force sat in the cockpit, thinking about what destination to reach:
"I'm not sure where we should travel to master. There's something I've been wondering about. What happened to the soul who is serving as the host? Is he dead?" Remus asked Vader worried.

"No, the soul of the host must remain alive, otherwise this body can't function. As my soul is stronger, it does require lots of my strength to keep him under my control. He is like a shadow behind my own soul."

Remus nodded. Vader's answer gave him more hope that Kalin could still come back.

Zaria groaned as the transmission with Vader ended. She had to track down both of the traitors and fast, otherwise her time in the galaxy would come to an end. She immediately took the ship from the medical facility, taking it into the air and to space. She tried out some of the functions of the ship to see if it was possible to track where this ship was headed, but it was no use, if she was going to learn anything, she was going to have to return to Korriban. She wanted to ensure that the Masters were aware of Remus-Qui's treachery so that he would be unable to return there. The risk that he could return for more aid in the hope that the masters were not alerted of the situation yet was a possibility. And perhaps by being able to inspect through Remus' personal belongings she would be able to find some sort of clue that would lead her to him and Anakin. But Remus did name Anakin as Master, so was it possible that Anakin would be leading the show, in which case there would be little chance of being able to track them down soon. She groaned once again but set the coordinates for Korriban as the ship zoomed into hyperspace.
