Ayanna said her goodbye's to Kalin as she headed off into the skies and then into space, as she left Korriban behind. She didn't like the idea of being left alone with this 'creature', it gave her the chills. She set course for the Inner Rim, though it was more populated than the Outer Rim, she did not want to be anywhere near Korriban, for more reasons than one. She wandered back through the Thranta, seeing Asajj Ventress chained to the ground, but she still did not feel secure enough and continued to find ways to bind her. From her pocket, she grabbed some solution and stuck the syringe right in Ventress' neck. She did not want her to wake up anytime soon, or at least not until Kalin was around. She walked back through to the cockpit and began to look through the star maps for any nearby systems in the Inner Rim that could be a good place for her to stop. She finally placed her hand on one stop of the map, Aleen, a planet that had decent amounts of plant life, which for her was the most important. And the planet was relatively unknown and quiet, another good factor. It would prove to be a good place to keep their prisoner.

She finally took the ship out of hyperspace and down onto the planet, which mainly was covered in rolling plains, and some water. She sighed a little, feeling quite alone for the first time in a long time. She wondered about Kalin, but then stopped herself, as she could tell she missed him, but that was not how she should feel. To distract herself, she walked back through to gaze to her prisoner, who was still sleeping peacefully. She felt both anger and pity for her. She wondered if this was going to turn out as such a wise idea to keep her here. To have allowed her to live at all, especially after what she did to Kalin. And of course, she was the last one to see Li, that they knew of anyway. But she already doubted she would learn anything from this woman.

She rubbed her hand over her eyes as they stung in her head, she had to get some air, and so found herself just outside the ship, standing at the ramp. She walked over and out from the shadow that the Thranta left her in, and stood in the blazing sun. She could feel she was being re-energized but she still felt disturbed that her skin and her hair colour did not alter as it usually did. The sun always tanned her skin and made her hair golden, but now it remained black, and her skin white. She wondered if it meant something, she knew it must of. Then something crossed her mind, something she always tried to keep hidden, and to her surprise, her skin colour and hair finally did change to tanned and golden, but as soon as she shook the thought from her head, it changed back. In frustration she turned and walked back into the ship, securing it as she walked back into the cockpit and sitting herself down.

"Common Kalin....." She said impatient as she waited to hear word.

Ayanna had waited for countless hours, impatiently, with no word yet from Kalin. She kicked to the dashboard as she stood herself up. What was taking so long? Was he captured? Had their plan failed? All these thoughts went through her mind as she questioned it. She wandered back through the Thranta, finally coming to the chamber where Asajj Ventress was held, but she was startled as she saw the woman sitting there, looking back to her. It gave her the creeps, but she decided to enter,

"Well well..... Looks like I'll need to give you a better concoction next time won't I...... Kalin will be here soon.... He has business with you.... You should be grateful to him.... He 'saved' you...... Whereas I would have left you to rot...." She smiled to her.

"And maybe you should have..... Cause when that friend of your returns, who knows what will happen...... You do know that in the end.... He will destroy us all..... Afterall, that is his destiny....." She said in a provoking tone.

"Destroy us all? You mad old woman.... What are you talking about?" She laughed to her.

"Well, he is the Son of the Suns as I said before, he's supposed to bring that balance what the Jedi used to talk about..... To me it's all rubbish.... But to him? That's something else, I assure you....." She grinned sarcastically.

"Well if you don't believe it, why are you going around making such claims?...... You're nothing but a fake! A cracked old Sith wannabe.... Nothing more......." She said pointing her finger to her.

"Oh oh! Look who's angry now? And you call me mad? And who is the Sith wannabe here?...... I have split myself from those hypocrites.... They betrayed me, but you? You are so desperate to become one of them, I can feel it......"

Ayanna smiled, "You have no idea what I want..... Why? Because I'm not even sure myself...... I'm not a student of yours to analyze over..... I'm merely here because Kalin asked me to keep you here..... I don't care if you live or die.... Just as long as you are out of my sight, sooner.... Rather than later...... There is no point in me speaking with you...... You know nothing....."

"Do I?..... Then why are you blindly following your friend?..... You know? You remind me a lot of when I was younger, when I served Count Dooku.... I also did everything he request.... Followed him blindly, just as you are following Kalin..... There is no difference..... And don't you try to deny that...." She laughed.

"I don't know what Dooku was like.... But he was weak..... You followed a weakened old man who was killed so easily..... You followed a fool, I follow someone....... I respect..... He helped me..... He saved me from Li...... I would have died had he not found me...... That's something to respect...... That is why I follow him....." She said, though a little afraid and unsure of her own words. As she was troubled even talking about Kalin in this way.

"He was not weak..... And, he did exactly the same for me as Kalin did for you Ayanna...... You see? We could have been sisters....." She laughed again.

"Sure, let me just shave my head and we can go out for a walk, arm in arm..... Don't make me laugh..... You and I are nothing alike......" She said through gritted teeth.

"Think whatever you want to think...... But you know it to be true......" She smiled in satisfaction.

"Kalin means more to me than Dooku did for you...... Kalin and I are friends...... Dooku could never have befriended someone like you..... He used you...... Although, for what good did it do...... Kalin doesn't use me for anything..... He has been helping me if anything..... And yet he asks nothing in return from me..... Dooku sent you to different corners of the galaxy..... Kalin and I are par........ We're a team...... That's the difference...... You are old, bruised and scarred, I can understand why you wish to try to inflict your own heartache and bitterness on others, but it's not going to work with me 'sister'....." She said with a sarcastic smile.

"There's nothing I am trying to do, I know it's working...... And you're wrong about Dooku, and Kalin...... Both are using us...... Pretending to be our friends...... They saved us..... But, are you sure of yourself what to think of Kalin? Are you so sure he is your friend?..... Wouldn't a friend have joined you here? Instead of sending his puppy all alone with a dangerous person like me?......" She smiled again.

"If Kalin had joined me, then all at the Academy would have guessed we took you, you foolish old woman..... Things are not so black and white as your face is......" She spoke, though it was true, she was not sure if she truly did know Kalin. Though she tried to suppress her feelings for him, she wondered what she really saw of him, was it the truth, or was it what she wanted to see, "So, if Kalin is truly using me etcetera as you claim he is, what, as someone who has 'been there', what would you advise me to do? Just between us sisters?" She said sarcastically again, "Why do I get the feeling me freeing you would be part of the package....." She grinned.

"No you don't have to free me..... I'm not asking you to..... I only am curious what you will feel, the pain...... That's what I want to know.... The pain you will feel when he stabs you in the back...." She grinned sadistically.

"Pfff, I've had enough of this..... Pleasant though it was...... Just because you were betrayed, doesn't mean I will be..... Who can trust you...... No one..... Oh except my brother of course, that's enough information for me....." She said as she turned her back to her.

"Yes, your brother..... Interesting man he is..... I can see why he has feelings for you..... And why he tries to suppress them......" She said, "Oops, did I say something wrong?...."

Ayanna turned and looked to her, then immediately throwing a syringe into her neck, knocking her out. She was disturbed by what she had said, not only about Kalin but also about her brother. He had feelings for her? Was she telling the truth? She did not know......

She walked back into the cockpit, sitting herself down. She lowered her head, and tried desperately to stop the tears from dripping from her eyes. She wanted that woman gone, the sooner the better.....

The Sith Interceptor was a magnificent machine... There was no fighter like it. It had a lot of the technology of a Jedi interceptor as they were the ancestors of these fighters and soon they would use the same technology for a new type of Tie fighter.

Kalin flew it like it was nothing... Still he preferred to fly in his own ship, the Thranta. He loved that ship. Now he had difficulty to locate it. He kept looking for a signal but being in hyperspace, his fighter had difficult to pick it up. He tried to use the Force to locate her, but even his senses couln't pick up anything from Ayanna. He flew for hours until finally he picked up a signal. He quickly came out of hyperspace and saw the planet Aleen. And indeed he could sense her there. He tried to communicate with the Thranta,

"Ayanna, do you here me?! It's me... Kalin... Where are you?!" He tried to reach out for her.

"I'm here, Kalin... What took you so long! Nevermind that... Just follow these coördinates and get your ass here! "

Kalin typed in the coördinates that Ayanna passed through... Now he flew his fighter through the atmosphere of the planet and landed perfectly next to the Thranta. He stepped out his fighter to enter his good old ship... Hopefully Ayanna was still able to keep Asajj Ventress in control...

Ayanna lowered the ramp and couldn't help but smile a little to see him,

"I was beginning to wonder if you got my message....." She said, she couldn't deny she was happy to see him and felt somewhat safer now that he was, "That bitch has been toying with me..... I won't deny that...... That she touched a nerve....... Or five....." She said s she folded her arms, feeling uncomfortable. She wasn't sure if she wanted to tell him exactly what she had said to her, cause would it end up effecting his reaction? Or future plans? She could not say. The worst part of all this was, that Asajj Ventres had succeeded in one thing. Ayanna doubted her trust over Kalin. A first ever, but for the most part she did, and knew she would follow him to the end, but she just wondered if it would be a foolish thing to do.

"I received no message at all... I followed the signal of the ship, once I could leave the academy... But it wasn't easy... They don't trust me, those blasted egits! They know nothing!!! They are only ignorant bastards who think they are 'so' powerful because they wield the dark side... Well they know nothing!!! Absolutely nothing of the Dark Side... But I do!" Kalin spoke his last words with clenched teeth... How he got so frustrated... Whe he got such an outburt was a mystery... Something must have triggered it... But it was not just this situation... Though from his words, he didn't seem angered at Ayanna herself.

He calmed down and looked at Asajj Ventress who was still drugged,

"So how is she... Care to explain what happened to you two... What went wrong?!" He asked as he panted because of his outburst.

Ayanna looked to him for a moment, a little unsure how to react to him after his outburst, which did not coincide with the problems Asajj Ventress had risen in her thoughts. But she answered to his question,

"Oh she's fine..... Once things were getting a little too...... Annoying..... I drugged her.... Don't know if she's still out though.... Didn't want to check on her for too long, I know she's still there..... But yeah, if she's awake or not? I don't know....." She said as she tried not to answer what exactly was said between them. She didn't want to speak of what she had said concerning him, so instead she brought up what was said about Li, "She hinted that Li has feelings for me, and is conflicted..... But I didn't want to hear anymore.... That's when I drugged her..... I know I shouldn't trust the..... Strange things she said but.... You seem to think she can speak truth, otherwise why did we go to all this trouble? So I have to admit, my feelings have been a little..... Shaken..... So the sooner we're finished with her the better......" She said as she sighed a little, it was clear she'd been effected by whatever had been said, she muttered quietly under her breath, "Sisters indeed....."

"The problem with her is that no matter what she says to provoke you, there is always some 'hidden' truth in her words... Though they can be far from the truth or the truth from her own point of view. If she said that Li has feelings for you, that could mean two things... Either Li does feel something for you or from her point of view Li does have feelings from you, but that doesn't make it the real truth..." He explained, "You understand what I'm saying..."

Kalin looked at her... He was concerned about the whole Li 'business... Something she said must have made Ayanna very nervous and shaken as she said... So he wondered what exactly happened... It must have been really bad, since it seemed Ayanna wasn't ready yet to share it with Kalin,

"Are you willing enough to tell me more of what happened?!"

She hesitated for a moment, "Well.... To.... To be perfectly honest..... The vast amount of the conversation was not about Li.......... More about....... Well...... You....." She said as she took a deep breath.

"She was..... Telling me that..... Well, she spoke of how Count Dooku used her.... Took her in and protected her, even saved her life..... But ultimately he used her, and then tried to dispose of her..... When he no longer had a need for her...... She said she was stabbed in the back...... And she compared her and I as.... 'sisters'...." She said giving a slight nervous laugh, "She thinks I can not trust you.... And that just as she was used, you are using me.... I tried to.... Convince her otherwise but she..... She always had an answer to everything I said...... I...... I don't want to talk about it..... You asked, I told.... That's enough I think....." She spoke again nervously, hoping to get out of the topic.

Kalin looked angry at her... The fact she was even taking her words in doubt... He just thought it was plain naieve!

"How could you even believe her! She's comparing me to Count Dooku and you aren't sure if she's right or nog?! She trying to put us against each other?! Can't you see that?! Haven't I thought you better... Haven't I proved myself to be your friend, aswell as a master who wants you to see both the light and the dark... I have been concerned about you lately, Ayanna... It seems you showed more interest in the Dark than in the light... That is why you blindly believed that witch in the first place... The Dark Side is clouding your vision... You're not seeing what is truly in front of you! I've been nothing but a friend to you... How could you even doubt that?!"

He groaned in anger... It was ironic how he said Ayanna was getting closer to the Dark Side while he himself was even closer to the Dark Side as she was. What suddenly happened to make him change so much?

She looked to him confused, "Kalin..... I don't understand this...... I...... Before I met you..... I was neither of the light nor the dark..... I saw what was..... Then that old oaf Kreio..... Yes he tried to sway me but it was you I followed..... You made me believe that the Dark Arts were what the Force was really about...... But I........ I didn't agree with you...." She said a little concerned as she basically admitted that she did not believe in the Sith teachings, "But you were a friend to me..... You provided me with a life I never would have dreamed of.... You showed me how I could use my natural talents and enhance them with the Dark Side as my ally...... So I pushed and pushed..... To..... To please you!..... To prove to you and to Vader that...... That I'm not weak..... That I am able to be as you both are but....... Then a few weeks ago you speak to me of the Light Side?...... Not to cling so much to the Dark Side?..... Do you have any idea how crazy you've made me?!" She said as she turned and sat herself down on one of the seats, placing her hands on the checked table, "Kalin, what do you want me to be? A Jedi or a Sith?...... Because I'm scared..... Not just of you and your..... Unpredictability...... But if Vader..... If he........ If he was to see me as 'weak'..... He'd kill me wouldn't he...... If you walk side by side with the Sith and begin to walk into the light, they will make sure that you get burned....." She sighed, scared to word these thoughts out loud that she had been carrying with her for so long.

"I'm always scared Kalin...... Of being found out.... So I push myself to be cruel, to be lustful, to be greedy...... Because those are Sith traits...... One minute you compliment me for it, the next you lower your head at me....." She shook her head slightly as she was annoyed at herself as she felt a tear beginning to form in her eye, "I do trust you Kalin..... You are..... My only friend in the galaxy..... And I will follow you.... You have helped me so much, so do not think that that bitch turned me against you.... Of course she could never do that..... She only reminded me of my...... Fear...... The fear of your unpredictability..... I don't know what you want from me...... We walk with Vader at our side, Dark Lord of the Sith, and you are asking me to be conscious of the light?...... Do you have any idea how much that frightens me?...... I don't want to be killed for thinking thoughts that are too......'Liberal'......" She said looking to him with sincerity.

Kalin almost laughed at her comment... To mock her he repeats it "...'I was neither of the light or the dark'...? That's a big joke! Cause when I first found you, I assumed you to be a Jedi... Just because of the lightsaber you were holding... But when I got to learn you better... I felt that the Dark Side was strong in you... You just didn't realise it yet... Didn't know how to control it... And did I only teach you about the Dark? No! I wanted to teach you that not everything is black and white... I wanted to show you all aspects of the Force... Just as master Remus-Qui did with me... He made me who I am now... He taught me how to shield my fear... How to use it to my advantage for both the light and the dark... It seems that is what is missing with you Ayanna... Your fear of me and Vader draws you closer to the Dark... Not me or Vader... BUT... If you still stay as my apprentice I will teach you how to... If that is really the problem why you are getting closer to the Dark Side..." Kalin explained.

She lowered her head slightly as she thought. Another so called Sith had been teaching Kalin in his younger days to consider the light also? She looked to him a little nervously, "Alright...... You know that I want to stay as your apprentice.... I never questioned that...... But..... I can't deny I was scared not to be..... Drawn to the Dark Side... Because of you..... And Vader..... I almost felt like you were..... Testing me with those talks of the light..... Seeing if I could be swayed..... I didn't know Kalin..... We are friends but you were a Sith long before then..... You' loyalties lie more with them than it does to a girl you 'picked up' on Naboo....." She sighed for a moment, pausing before she began to speak again, "I am your apprentice, I will learn and appreciate everything you teach me..... And..... Despite what you may think of me..... I was honest with what I've been thinking...... I'm sorry if it came across that I don't trust you but...... It's just difficult for me to....."

She waves her hand a little, "Just ignore me..... My brother is trying to kill me so my trust levels are a little mixed up..... But believe me..... If I did not trust you, I'd be out of here...... But I can't deny that..... Part of me hopes I'm not being a fool..... Waiting for something that....... Can never..... Be....." She faded out with her speaking. As she sat there, her skin and hair seemed to change in a flow, from her pale skin and black hair, to skin golden grown and hair of gold. Though she did not notice it as she seemed to stare out into nowhere.

Kalin sighed... "I think you're just feeling stressed because of all this... The kidnapping of Ventress... Her manipulation... And of course the whole deal with your brother... There is no need to be afraid... Certainly not of me... And I agree that you have your reasons to fear Vader... But as I said I will learn you shield them... Though it still stays difficult and it demands high concentration when you are in his presence... You'll always feel afraid... So do I in his presence... But if you learn well, he will not sense that you are afraid..." Kalin looked back at Ventress wondering what was going through her crazy head... If she was going to wake up any moment now... Then Kalin expected some explanations... And she better would say the truth... Or maybe some torture was needed, which was against his principles, but he was a Sith Assassin... It wasn't like he never did something like this... "How long will it take for her to wake up?! Anyway if she does... Absolutely don't listen to her... If you want I'll interrogate her alone...."

She shook her head, "No it's alright..... I'll stay.... I.... I'm sorry that I doubted you, even for a moment but..... I will learn whatever you want to teach me...... And if you can teach me to control my fear..... Then it would be a benefit to me..... Not only for Vader, but also Li..... And other things...." She said drifting off, "Anyway...... Let's wake this bitch up.... The sooner we do, the sooner we can be rid of her....."

She said as she walked further into the chamber and sat herself down. She was going to leave this business to Kalin, she would intervene if necessary only. But she felt that it was likely that Asajj Ventress would try to stir up more trouble between them.

Kalin looked at Ventress how she was starting to wake up,

"Well, well... looky who we have here... The sun of the suns..." She said with a faint voice.

"Will you cut out with that crap" Kalin said with an angry voice, "We all know who the real son off the suns is... He's dead and he'll never return!"

"No he's very much alive... Though something happened, the Will of the Force didn't foresee... He went of his destiny... That is why a new son was born... A new child of the Force..."

"I was born with a father and I was born when the prophecy of the chosen one still existed... I was born when the Jedi still thought Anakin Skywalker thought to be the chosen one... How do you explain that!?" Kalin asked in a commanding voice.

"Simple... While the Jedi believed Anakin Skywalker to be the Son of the Suns, the will of the Force didn't... But the Dark Side of the Force clouded their vision... The Force knew that the prophecy had ended... At least for Anakin Skywalker..." She explained... And it looked like she wasn't lying, still Kalin stayed suspicious.

"So you are telling me, the Jedi have been living with a lie for more than 29 years? So Anakin's Skywalker's training as a Jedi was all in vain?! That's a big joke!"

"I wouldn't say it was in vain, but yes... Taking the boy away from his mother was a terrible mistake... He never should have been a Jedi in the first place... Then none of this... All this terror in the galaxy wouldn't have happened..."

"And why would you care?! You're a dark Jedi... You're even in league with Ayanna's brother, Li... Who sounds like a psychopath to me..."

"I never said I cared... I have my own reasons for telling you the truth, Kalin... There is more to the prophecy of the chosen one, then you know! Yes Anakin was the Chosen One... But do you think that he was the first child of the Force... About 93 years ago, another child of the Force was born... She was destined to break the chain of the Sith... She was killed by Darth Plagueis... She was no Jedi... But she was strong in the Force..."

"So I guess I'm just the next one in line... Just cut with the crap, old woman..."

"If you don't believe me, Kalin... Why don't you look it up... Her name was Tailana Starkiller..." She said speaking her name in almost a noble voice.

Kalin had to confess, that he knew the name... It sounded very familiar... What did he have to lose with looking it up? If he could prove that she never existed or that she at least wasn't the person, Ventress claimed to be... He could set himself free from all this nonesense...

Ayanna was getting fed up with this woman and her trickery,

"Can we get rid of her now Kalin?..... She's babbling nonsense...... Must be her AGE...." She smiled a little sarcastically, "You really think it would be wise to let her leave..... Alive?" She asked Kalin a little unsure.

"I never said I was going to let her go...... But until I know more about this Starkiller person, I'd better keep her hostage......" He said worried.

"Oh fantastic...... A new pet...... This one happens to BITE....." She said, not happy to hear that they would be keeping Asajj Ventress for a little longer, "But what then? We can't keep her forever! We'll be found out or she will escape and try to kill us no doubt....... Won't you 'sister'....." She said as she looked to her with a sharp look.

She hoped that the 'witch' was aware how her tricks and words from earlier no longer effected her after her discussion with Kalin.

Kalin looked back at Ayanna and figured out she was clearly annoyed to keep Ventress hostage,

"We're not gonna dump her here... No we'll take her with us to Coruscant!"

Kalin walked to the galaxy map and tried to calculate how many parsecs it was away from this planet.

"It shoulnd't take too long for us to get there... Yes we're going back to the Jedi Temple... It's too dangerous to look up information of this 'starkiller' girl any place else... I just hope most of the database is intact in the Jedi Temple... They should know something about her... IF she indeed was a Jedi..."

Kalin was deeply thinking. What was he getting himself into... This was dangerous territory...

"You can stay here with her if you want to... I can always take the Sith Interceptor and go alone..." He proposed to Ayanna if she didn't want to come along on this mission.

She smiled, "I'm coming with you...... I wouldn't mind going back to the Jedi Temple myself...... Will be..... Nostalgic....." She grinned, "Though how is this going to work?.... You planning on taking her right into the Temple itself? Or merely keep her locked here until we need more information........ What ARE your plans with her?..... You can't keep her forever...... And well, I don't think it would be wise for any of us to take her back to Korriban....." She said as she folded her arms.

She did for a part want her to be kept alive, simply because she was the last one to have contact with Li, though it was likely that she would not learn anything from her. She continued to scour at the woman, she was bothered that she left herself be effected by the old witch even for a single second. Kalin was her friend, she cared about him and this pathetic Sith wannabe made her doubt him? She felt so ashamed, but she would make it up to him.

She stood and walked over to Kalin, whispering to him so that Ventress would not hear, "Kalin...... Eh...... Master...... Would you be able to teach me more about Mind Control...... I need to learn to establish a good foundation so I can hide my fears from others.... Block them.... Block all my thoughts, but also be also to read into theirs....." She smiled a little sadistically.

"My plans with her?! For now I don't know... I first have to know what I can find out in the Temple about the prophecy and Starkiller... Then I'll see what else I can ask her... But for now she'll stay locked up in one of the chambers... She can't escape anyway..."

Kalin sat himself in the cockpit and the Thranta took off to Coruscant. The coördinates were set in and the ship dissapeared in Hyperspace. Now it was time for Ayanna to continue her lessons. If she wanted to learn more about Mind control then Kalin would do as she wished. It would also help his own cause... If Vader caught her thoughts, then he would likely be in trouble himself...

"Okay, think about your worst fears... Hold them in your mind... The most difficult thing about such thoughts is to avoid them when we are surrounded by fear... Such as in the presence of Vader... Then every fear will consume you if you're not able to control it... The first you have to do is create some kind of shield in your mind. Through the Force all the fear that consumes you can be used as energy... Feel it and use it... You will feel stronger... I must warn you that this is a power used in the Dark Arts... This is different than a casual mind trick... This is coverting your fear into energy. That way the person around you can only feel your energy, but can not read your fear anymore as it already has been transformed..."

He paused as he watched Ayanna concentrate.

"Focus... Feel... Don't think... Use your instincts..."

Ayanna concentrated as he told her. She gave a sigh, and calmed herself as she sat in the seat next to him. She focused, closed her minds to all the things that scared her the most. Everything she wanted to hide from Vader, from others, even Kalin.....

She could feel the energy Kalin spoke of it was swimming around her. She continued to focus only on that.

"But..... Will others be able to sense if I am hiding my thoughts and fears? Would it become so obvious to them and make them more suspicious of me? I don't fear about you but, if Vader felt I was hiding things from him then wouldn't he become suspicious?" She asked as she kept her eyes closed and focused herself further.

"No... The energy that is created by tranforming your thoughts from your fears, will create some kind of barrier, which allows you to block out your thoughts. That is the whole point of it. But Vader or anyone else won't sense that barrier, they will only sense energy. Remember Vader isn't capable of reading your mind... He is capable of sensing your fear... That way he can read your mind... But that only works if you are afraid. So you have to use that energy which will blocks all out your fear..."

Kalin tried to think of something to give an example with,

"You know how Force field work. Some can create them around them to protect themselves from any weapon... Even lightsaber. That energy is used to surround them... And in this case it surrounds your thoughts. With that force field it barricades any weapon... Or in this case, it barricades anyone who tried to read your fears..."

She nodded, then closing her eyes and doing her best to follow his instructions. She kept her breathing very calm and relaxed as she focused, but did not try to push for it to happen, rather let it come to her naturally, for she had to be able to handle it naturally.

"Kalin...... I..... I'm sorry..... I know you must have been disappointed in me, concerning her being able to effect me...... I feel very ashamed about it, but I don't know what I can do to remedy that....." She said though she was still concentrating on her skills, "I want to be the best that I can be..... I want to be more skilled with my saber techniques also....... Li..... When the time comes that he comes after me, I know that as I am now, i will not stand long....... Can...... Will you help me?......." She said as she looked to him with desperate eyes. Despite the fact he was her master, and of course it was his duty to train her, she still felt she should ask, not just as her master, but as a friend.

"Unfortunatly there's not much room in this piece of junk... You'll have to train with a remote... Maybe there will be time later when we can fight together... Might prove you a challenge!"

Kalin went to a desk which was standing in the corner... He took the remote and held it in his hands. After pushing a few buttons it flew above in the air,

"Be careful... As soon as your lightsaber is ignited it will start firing... And the firing will be pretty intense... And the remote will move pretty fast. If you want to make it more challening. A blastshield is laying on the desk... It's your choice."

"In the mean time I'm going to check the ship. I think there might be something wrong with the hyperdrive I have some repairs to do..."

She nodded as she made her way back into the common room of the ship. She placed a blindfold over her eyes as she then began to focus. The remote was ready, and so was she. Immediately she lit up her lightsaber, and with that she could hear the sound of the remote going with her. She listened carefully, trying to determine where it exactly was, and though it was good to focus on where it was by sound, she received a blast to the knuckles for it. She hissed in annoyance. She was concentrating on the wrong things, but she realized. She should not try to listen to where it was. She had to let the Force guide her. Through the Force she would be able to know where it was and when it was going to strike.

She switched her saber off, as she took a few breaths. She was trying to refocus, on the new. And with that she lit the lightsaber once again, and immediately deflected two bolts that was fired at her. She tried not to reply on any of her senses that she relied on every day. Though were partially useful, but not completely. She would be able to use them once she had mastered this. She could feel the energy running down her arms, almost straight into her saber itself. She felt the Force flowing through her veins as she continued to deflect. She occasionally caught a few on the leg or on the arm, but she decided to simply learn from it rather than dwell on it.

She was not aware of anything else around her, and yet everything at the same time. There was her and the remote, it was her enemy for now, and she had to defend herself. The hours swarmed past as she continued on and on, not giving up but continuing. But after a few hours more, she stopped. Taking her blindfold off and letting herself fall onto the ground exhausted. She panted greatly, it was physically and mentally exhausting. Though she smiled despite the pains in her arms from the exercise and from the injuries, though minor. The last two hours she had not been struck at all, and she was proud of that. She almost swore that she could see the remote in front of her. Not with her eyes, but with the Force guiding her.

After a few minutes, she pulled herself back up and through to the cockpit once again, where she sat herself down in the passenger seat.

She was still very out of breath, and covered with sweat. She removed her cloak and threw it onto the floor in front of her, as she placed her lightsaber back on her belt.

"That....... That was...... Fun...." She laughed slightly, "I'm glad..... I did that...... I swear..... I could almost see the remote...... It was.... Amazing...... I know I can use..... My lightsaber...... Well...... Well enough anyway...... But now?..... I didn't need my eyes...... My ears...... Just the Force...... And my willingness to listen to it's bidding....." She said as she smiled.

Kalin stopped with fixing the hyperdrive.

"That is partially what the Force is about... It can control your actions, but it partially obeys your commands... In other words... You can make your choices in life what you use the Force for... And the Force will guid you through it... But for what purpose you use it... Is a whole different point of view."

Kalin tried to explain what the difference was between the good and the bad side.

"If you clear you mind, you'll hear the mid-chlorians, speaking the will of the Force. It is you choice to ignore what those voices are saying. If you tap in the Force ignoring those voices you will touch the Dark Side of the Force. The Force is energy... If you abuse that energy it will create a disturbance in the Force... It is like a seizure... a electric disturbance in your brain... That is why in my opinion, you should find a balance between the two."

Kalin heard a beeping noise in the cockpit,

"That must be the hyperdrive... We must be approaching Coruscant...."

Ayanna smiled slightly, "I haven't been on Coruscant since...... Well since the first time we met...." She said looking to him with a grin, "Boy you had a temper on you then, though I can hardly blame you.... I was with that crusty old fool Kreio and you thought me to be a Jedi..... I can barely believe it has been almost a year since then....... So much has changed, and yet so little at the same time......" She looked to him sincere, "I truly hope you find the answers you are looking for.... I know that this concerns you only, but you helped me concerning Li..... Though it was unsuccessful but I appreciate it nonetheless....."

She stood up as she waited to see them come out of hyperspace and see the Coruscant system before them.

"I admit, the planet does unsettle me, but of course by now you know why...... Do you think there's a chance Vader could track us here?"

Kalin looked out to the planet and looked concerned,

"Well Vader could be here! He's either here or he's on the Death Star... That thing freaks me out... Imagine what you could do with such a thing... Blow up a whole planet... Who came up with such a cruel idea... Not Vader... He wouldn't come up with something like this... He hates the thing, he said to me once... He hates technology... Ironic cause he used to be very good with fixing things..."

The ship flied by the remains of the Jedi Temple,

"Let's just hope, Vader doesn't detect anything, while we are here... I'm going to land the ship on one of the lower levels... Vader wouldn't think about going there, so the ship will be safer... We will be safer... Though we will still have to keep a low profile... And there's a small chance we might have to take out some stormtroopers guarding the temple. We'll have to use our cloaks so we can't be identified..."

Kalin landed on the lower levels of the city planet. Then the two of them tried to get higher up with an air taxi, heading for the Jedi Temple...
