The repulsortruck lumbered up to one of the countless nondescript docking bays strung along Westport, pausing momentarily as the wide bay doors opened to allow its entry. He hopped out of the truck and smiled to himself as he approached what would be his new home for some time. He glided his hands over the hull of the Ghtroc 720-class freighter sitting silently in the bay, smiling to himself at the familiarity of the vessel. His left hand slipped over the hull as he approached the entry ramp, eager to iniate a systems check and get used to its individual quirks. His hands came across the ship's name "The Astra Inclinant." He took note, liking the name and slipped into the ship's cockpit. Most of the controls, switches, lights and diodes were nearly identical to the ship he'd recently crashed into the wastes of Tatooine. His hands quickly worked over the panel, warming up the ship's engine and firing up the controls necessary to make an exit from Coruscant's atmosphere. A crackle came over the ship's com system, pulling Caed's attention away momentarily.

"Loaded up, ready to go," the Duro cargo attendant said over the com.

Caed heard the cargo ramp creak slowly up and close against the hull. He was ready to go, ready to begin anew aboard a ship he didn't own, but wasn't neck-deep in debt with either. That would probably catch up to him before long, however. He shook off the thought and fired up the repulsorlift drive, lifting out of the docking bay and onward into space...

The stars peeled back abruptly as Caedrit exited hyperspace. Coruscant was buzzing with activity as usual and Caedrit began preparing for the next few hours wait to log his ship's activity, wait in line for landing clearance and then finally set his ship down in Westport. He sighed and got up from his seat, finding some tasks to complete while waiting to land on Coruscant.

A few hours later...

Caedrit set the Astra Inclinant down in Westport with a gentle thump as the landing gear touched onto the durasteel plating. He exited his vehicle, registered with the docking bay attendant and went off toward the Old District. First, however, he'd need to make a quick stop at the local Blasters R' Us.
