Nobody else but the only true Sith that being Darth Sidious and Darth Vader have access to this cave. The cave is filled with red crystals and other "special ones" that can make the beam stronger for example.
The entrance is guarded by two pupils so to enter the cave you'll either need authority or you'll have to sneak by or kill the guards.
