After many long hours of travel, the Jedi had sat alone, pondering on what was about to come. After the long silence she finally spoke,

"So Resei, what was it you were told about me when given your information to hunt me down.... Something tells me that the data will not be completely accurate.... A lot of information was lost and confused during the Jedi Purge so valid information is very few and far between...."

The Jedi made her way through to the common area and sat at one of the tables, leaving the ship on manual.

"I was told you're a she. Your name was Bri-Lan Granlokun. You were about thirty now. You were a Togruta. By what we could find out from old Jedi files you don't have a great deal of training before Order 66 was given."

He looked her into the eyes, and examined her look.

"Correct, I was merely a padawan when it happened..... My master and I were on Saleucami when the order was given..... My master was not so lucky.... I on the other hand was able to hide myself, and try to merge into the crowds.... My young age made it easy to be not recognised..... On the outside I was a simple child..... On the inside I tried to remember everything my master had taught me.... And expand my knowledge..... The Jedi are now a faded light in the galaxy..... But their light shines brightly..... I only hope that the Republic will be restored....." She looked away for a moment and then looked to Resei,

"I apologize for going on so... We really should begin with your training..... Come.... Sit in the center of this room.... And focus yourself..... I will think of 5 objects..... Concentrate..... Try to see a picture in your mind of what I am visualizing....."

It had started. His training had started.
He guessed this was supposed to be a simple little trick, but he had no clue how to do it.
Or, actually he had. Bri-lan, if that was her real name, had told him exactly what to do.
So, he sat down in the corner of the room.

He calmed himself, closed his eyes, and cleared his head.
Calming his breath. In at one, in at two, hold at three, and release at four...
He cleared his head for everything, emotions, images, anything. It took little efforts doing so, he was very calm, besides he was a bit tired, and he didn't think a lot while he was.
After a while some pictures came to him.
They were a bit blurry, unfocused, and they only appeared for a moment.
Then other images started mixing in, but he noticed without noticing, that five of the images came more seldom, and were... somewhat different from the others.
Finally he opened his eyes, and said uncertain:

"Is it a lit candle, a lightsaber-hilt, a baby, a book, and... a rosebud?"

He looked at her uncertainly.

Bri smiled a little, "You were very close..... I pictured a fire..... A lightsaber.... A child..... A datapad..... And a flower..... It was almost perfect, but you were on the right lines which for someone at your stage is very good..... Did you have any ideas of what Force Skills you would like to focus in?" She asked curious.

Resei was glad he had done as well as he had, and smiled happily.
This was a tough desicion, however...

"Hmm... So much of my life I have vasted on killing people, and injuring them.
I would perhaps focus on healing, or perhaps more on protection...
Then there is the aspect of fighting...
If I am forced to fight to restore the Republic, I will want to know a way... Or perhaps defence will be enough, and my lightsaber count for the rest.
And of course, playing tricks with other people's mind, playing harmless tricks, that is, sounds fascinating...
So those three things.
Shielding, Healing and mind tricking.
If such a mix is possible?"

"Yes these are things you will be able to learn..... I have here a datapad (click here) which will show you the Force Powers that are at your disposal.... We will focus on three Force Powers to begin with... There are powers that you will learn as standard..... I want you to look at the Universal and Light side force powers.... And decide which you think is most suited to you..... The choice is yours alone....." Bri said as she handed him the datapad.

Revan used hours weighing the different powers, trying to find out which ones that was best suited to him.
Finally he was done.

"I take Mind trick, because controlling a mind means a harmless end to most forms of trouble I know, Bettle precognition, it would be a great help to survive, and a Protection bubble, it would be great to know how to defend yourself with the force, and not neccessarily killing your foe. Can you teach me this," he asked as he gave her the datapad.

"The first thing you should practice on it Battle Precognition..... Here take this.... It is a training lightsaber.... You will use it until you are skilled enough to build your own lightsaber.... I'm going to set up a remote, you will wear this helmet...." She said placing one on his head, completely blocking his vision, "Deflect the laser bolts with your saber.... It is something that you will have to progress with in time.... No one masters it straight away.... So don't concern yourself over it.... Just focus yourself....."

She backed off as the remote started itself up.... Beginning to fire laser bolts at Resei.

Resei was unprepared.
Not for that- he probably wouldn't have managed to block the blast anyway, but still, it was an excuse.
After a while, and at least ten new hits, he lost his patience, and began hurling his lightsaber all over the place, seemingly to the Jedi's amusement.

He took a break, calming himself and adjusting to the thought of what he was supposed to do.
They started up again, and, almost immediately he got hit in the leg.
The next hit him in the side, the next in the back, the next in the leg again, the next...
The next...

What had happened to the last shot?

He stared questioningly at the Jedi, after taking his helmet off.
He had felt something. Like a... trickle.
And he had moved his lightsaber there...
What had happened?

OOC: Remember lewy, I play the Jedi, you can't write what she says.... Same goes with any character, you just play your own unless told otherwise. Can you edit your post to explain how you performed, then based on that the Jedi will respond.

"Very good Resei, you've taken your first step into a larger world..... Learn to focus on your feelings.... Listen.... Hear the will of the Force..... The Force will guide you..... Now try it again....." She said as she began the remote once again.

What did his feelings tell him?
Except for that his butt hurt, of course...
He shut out everything else, and started to trust what he felt.
If he felt a trickle, he would move his lightsaber there.
In at least six out of ten times he managed to block.
His butt was still soar, but he would manage.

Suddenly he felt a very large trickle, and he fewerishly swung his lightsaber over to it.
The first time he had actually managed a block, he hadn't known that he was supposed to do that.
It was as if his instincts told him to move the lightsaber to the trickle.
And isolated from the rest of the world as he still was, he knew where his lightsaber was.
It was getting more like a natural part of him.
Not entirely, not much, perhaps, but at least he knew where it was.

Well- the large trickle.
Fewerishly he had swung his lightsaber over to it.
It hit something hard, and for a moment he felt hos lightsaber being pushed closer to him.
Then it was over.
He suspected the trickle had hidden more than just a blast.
Perhaps would he never know.

A short while after the large trickle, a stray thought came to him.
He had tried to block it out for so long, not being able to afford distraction.
But when it came, it sounded almost smart.
What if the trickles does not tell me where to move my lightsaber, but where the atack will strike.
In that case, perhaps it can also be dodged...
The more he thought of it, the more obvious it became.
And the more he thought of it, the more hits he took.
Perhaps... No, he would definately try.

He felt a trickle.
He knew it for a real, it had to be.
Instead of blocking, he threw himself away from the trickle.
A hit in his side told him he had been right.
He hadn't managed to dodge it completely, but at least now he knew that the trickles warned him about an attack, not told him to move.
He would try and dodge every now and then.
Perhaps after every tenth shot...
No. No pattern. That would ruin his focus, and the good flow he was into now.
Every now and then, all random.
That would also make him less predictable for an eventual enemy.
A habit he thought would be important to learn.

Bri nodded, "Good..... You are doing well....... I want you to train and focus yourself as you have already done......"

She stood and walked through to the cockpit,

"You'd better rest, it will not be long before we reach Saleucami....."

Resei sat a while and meditated, or at least he thought he did.
He had crossed his legs and was sitting upright, relaxing, trying to focus as he had done with the remote.
There were, of course, no trickles, but he felt more focused, more relaxed.
After a while he rose, and walked over to the wall, sitting down leaning at it.
Very soon, he fell asleep...

After organising everything together, Resei and Bri made their way back onto their ship, and left the planet behind. Bri felt certain that they would never return to this place again, though she seriously wondered what was waiting for them on Ryloth. She was all too aware that something was not right with the planet, she felt a disturbance in the force, but she was unsure what it was referring too as of yet. The ship entered Hyperspace, on it's way to the slave planet of the Twi'leks.

"So Resei, you said you had been to this planet before? What did you do there? I myself have never been to the planet but I heard much of it from my master and friends I had in the Jedi Order...." She asked waiting for him to respond.

Revan looked away.

"I... uhm... Oh, blast it... I bought a slave. And I gave her as much freedom as I could. I never beat her, used her when she didn't want to, or take her with me when I went away for dangerous missions. I met her yesterday. And I officially set her free..."

He went quiet, and kept looking away.

"I see.... So perhaps you have some demons to face when you return to this place.... Perhaps even your friend will be there..... But there is something else I sense from the planet also..... Something that I think will concern you..... There are two Dark Jedi on the planet..... They are not looking for Jedi, they are on their own quest...... But I believe you know them..... You spoke of them before....... People you met on Tatooine some months ago......" She said, curious to what his response would be to this.

Resei abrubtly stopped moving.
He sat heavily down, and sighed.

"Ah! Why? Them, again? Well, with some luck, we'll manage to avoid them... How did you find out?"

"I could sense it...... I sense them now........ But now you should rest...... When you waken, we will be ready to come out of Hyperspace......" Bri made her way to her own chambers of the ship.

After many hours, Bri brought the ship out of Hyperspace, with the Ryloth system clearly in view.

"We're here...." She called to Resei.

She slowly descended the ship into the atmosphere of the Twi'lek world. She knew that there was a lot that Resei would have to face here. Old acquaintances, old memories, but they were inevitable. Bri carefully landed the ship and secured it before making her way down the ramp of the landing platform.
