After Zane learned about the kidnapping of Nomia’s parents, Sertuk, and Dolina by the Red Wyrm gang through his anger he saw only one solution, direct assault. Through a number of somewhat aggressive interrogations Zane found his way to the Red Wyrm hideout, using large rocks and shrubbery he snuck past the guards and was small enough to sneak under the cameras. Upon reaching the back of the base he found a rusted vent grate above a ledge just out of reach. Zane tried and tried but couldn’t make the ledge then in a final fit of rage he miraculously got enough of his fingers on the edge to pull him self up. Upon getting up on the ledge Zane easily broke of the grate and crawled into the vent, he only crawls a few feet before falling through a week place in the metal and landing him into some sort of control room. Zane got up and saw that the control room was overlooking a prisoner holding area, there he sees Nomias parents, they are screaming at him for help though he can not hear through the glass he runs over to the control panel to find a switch to set them free, then the door beside him opens and guards come through the doorway followed by their leader the powerful thug boss Fang.

The next thing Zane saw was the but of one of the gaurds rifles opening up his head. Fang grabed him by the coller and inspected the boy, "kids good to have goten in here, maybe we can find a use for him". The gaurds took Zane to Fangs room for interigation, Zane was scared he had no idea what to do or what would happen to hom or nomia and her parents, but as for now he must find a way to get free.

Zane waited in Fangs room for about fifteen minuets until Fang finally. Enters, at the door Fang tells the guard to wait outside then approaches Zane “so here’s what I’ve come up with while we were taking your parents you hid and waited then came here to get them, well I must congratulate you for making it this far, actually there is a little job coming up I could use you for’. Then Zane said “they are not my parents, why do you need them just let us go’. Fang answers “the man just wouldn’t pay me so we brought them both here and were about to teach them a lesson when you showed up, and if your not there kid then why do you care”. Just then a guard busted in and panting said that a rival gang the Krayt Dragons were attacking the base and that they have already lost two men, Fang rushed out and blaster fire followed Zane snuck out behind them and made his way to the control room and found the button to release Nomia’s parents they all made it through the vent back out side and preceded to run back home.

Upon passing the front of the base Zane looks over and sees Fang being tackled by a rival thug then the thug raises his blaster to Fangs head and Fang reaches into a large pouch on his side and pulled out a light saber, the green blade was then thrust into the throat of his opponent, about that tome Zane could here the sirens of the police coming to disrupt the chaos.

Back at the house the family was reunited and Zane explained about Corlose and what had happened Dolina then urged Zane to get some rest but Zane could not stop thinking about Fang and the possibility that he was a failed Jedi and could help him avenge his parents. Zane would try to find him again tomorrow if he could.

Zane woke up to the sweet smell of a home cooked breakfast, this was the only rest he had enjoyed since he left Corulag. He walked out of the room lazily into the main part of the house, Dolina turned to look at him from the stove where she was cooking and greeted him with a warm good morning, Nomia, anxious to properly thank Zane For saving her parents Quickley ran up and huged him across the waist. after breakfast Sertuk went out to work the farm and Dolina went to cleaning up the mess the Red Wyrm kidnaping had caused Zane told them he was going to search around the city but he was realy looking for Fang.

Zane went to the prison on the outskirts of the city and found Fang was the only thug they had not captured who was not killed in the fight. But now how could Zane find a hiding thug boss? He would have to find a clue back at the Red Wyrm base, and hopefully he will be the only one looking for him.

after a two day steakout of the base Zane was finally given the opening to sneak into Fangs chamber, and after carefully looking thruogh what had not already been taken or blasted he came across a small data pad and old communicator in a box wedged behind a wooden display case, Zane quickly grabed the content of the box and barely made it out with out being seen by the investigators. behind two large rocks Zane read the message on the data pad it spoke of a small underground hide out that now only Fang new about, it was once a secret meeting place for those who did not see the force the way the jedi did in the days before the sith, fitting now that a crime boss was using it as a hiding place. along with the note was a glichy map but if Zane could find someone who knew the area it would be enough to lead him to Fang

After a full day of searching Zane had found a seemingly crazy old bum who said about five months he had been walking beyond the outskirts of town and had stumbled across a strange looking cave shaped in resemblance to the maw of a predatory beast. The bum pointed out land marks that were barley visible on the glitch data pad, and so Zane was set to set out for Fangs hideout, but first Zane would have to find a weapon.

Zane of course was still too young to purchase a real weapon, but he remembered a few discarded knives in the control room at the Red Fang base, so after yet another shaky expedition to the base he had acquired two vibro daggers and a shock knife, and so he proceeded to the supposed location of Fangs hideout.

Upon arriving at one of the landmarks Zane noticed a nearby Ralltiir tiger Zane tried to quietly sneak past it but it was no use the tiger had spotted him. The tiger charged and Zane braced for impact clutching the duel blades in attack position the tiger pounced and Zane slashed Zane was wounded his arm clawed the tiger had been cut across its left eye and had the blade and Zane’s hand in his mouth. Zane took another swing and this time pierced the tiger’s shoulder the tiger roared and went into a frenzy and leapt upon Zane. Zane was able to pull his blade under the beast and rip open his gut the animal let out its last week roar and was silent.

Zane lay there under the tiger and then pushed it away to continue his search for Fang. He finally found the jaw shaped cave and continued in side with in the mouth Zane found a low security blast door that appeared to be unlocked, Zane hit the control panel to open the door and was greeted by the business end of a blaster held by a very startled Fang.

Shaking nerviousley Fang had his blaster aimed at Zane. Zane screamed "wait!" Fang responded asking him why he was here and how he found the place, still with gun drawn. Zane said, "that light saber where did you get it." Fang played dumb and denied the existance of any lightsaber. "the one i saw you fighting with in that battle a few days ago" Zane stated. seeing there was no way out of this other than blasting the kid Fang told Zane of his friend who was in the order and was killed during a small gang ambush during a visit to see his old pal, he was hit in the back as the gang came out from behind some rocks and a stray shot hit him in the spine he never finished his last words to Fang but gave him his lightsaber. durring the battle the previouse Red Wyrm leader died and this Fang took his place after his slaughter of the remaining thugs with his fallen jedi friends saber.
speechless Zane thought now he would never learn to use the force and be a jedi. "i must find who killed my parents and repay him, but how if you cant teach me the force." Fang butted in telling ZAne of amillitary academy on alderon called the A.P.S or alderon protection service, he said the training is hard and it was to hard for him but if Zane could stick with it he may learn to be a powerfull oponent.
Zane thought for a moment then said " allright im going to alderon, thanks for the info", but before Zane could leave Fang said with tears in his eyes that when Zane finishes his training to come back to his hideout to finish, for he said he knew the secret to make him invinsible. Zane nodded and headed ot back to the homested leaving Fang behind.
