Title: Resei and 'the Wookiee'

Resei and 'the Wookiee', whom Resei now had been allowed to simply call 'Rooooaaaar', or as he said, 'Roar', landed on Naboo. After checking they had everything they needed, and trying to hide their obvious bounty-hunter presence behind ordinairy rough clothes, they was about to head for the forest, and the Jedi.

"So, Roar... Tell me, what info do we have on this Jedi?"

Krane began to speak in Wookie and the droid translated. "We don't know a whole lot about this one. The client just seems to want them dead. This one is a she. Her name is Bri-Lan Granlokun. By our estimations she is about thirty right now. She is a Togruta. By what we could find out from old Jedi files she didn't have a great deal of training before Order 66 was given, but that's not to say that she isn't still powerful. A Jedi who has lived in such a natural place as the forests of Naboo still must be very in tune with the Force. However it might be easier for us to take her on with a lightsaber due to the fact that such a skill takes training passed on from one to another. Now lets see if we can't teach you some Wookiee. Repeat after me." As Resei and Krane headed off toward their destination Krane started to translate some rudimentary Wookiee to Resei.

(OOC: You're not really learning Wookiee as far as you have to post it. I thought it would just be something fun to put in a post. After so much time goes by then sure you could just say you know basically know what he's saying. I suppose if you want to put it into a post then that's cool, but don't break yourself to go into great detail unless you want to. By the way, one thing I would suggest is to make your posts a little more lengthy as far as general posting goes. Just add a few details about what your character is thinking or whatnot. For the most part its looking good.)

(OOC: Yeah, yeah lol blame school for draining my inspiration... School is really, really... uhm... hark, it sucketh!)

Resei tried to hang on when the Wookiee spoke.
There seemed to be some kind of system in all the roars, but he never thought he would actually understand much of it...
He figured he had to get himself a break.

"Now, I'm sorry to interrupt your roaring, but I have a question. Do we have a strategy? Do we walk in, shout for the Jedi and then pwn her as we're 2 V/S 1? Or what? I mean, I was kinda hoping you had any clever tricks to teach me?"

Resei almost laughed at the thought of walking in to the forest, shouting "come out, Jedi, we know you're there! Come out, we won't do you no harm!" Or more exactly: "Rooar, roarity rorry rorritty rooooaaar," or whatever. (This actually ment something like "me like candy"...)
That would defineatly get them killed.
But he assumed he could pick up a thing or two from the more experienced Wookiee, some clever strategy always working, that he could use himself if he would ever survive to get a mission on his own.
He hoped he would, as he was more of a lone wolf.

The Wookiee began to speak again, the droid translating as he spoke. "You may remember from the test with the force sensitive that there is no way we could find this Jedi without her sensing us first. Therefore we are going to let her know of our presence. If we act like we are trying to remain unseen then that will be a straight giveaway to her that we are a threat. So we will act like we aren't looking for anything. We will merely be two people walking through the forest around the area where she is. According to our intelligence she is somewhere in the forests around Otah Gunga so we'll take Bongo transport there. Don't worry about money I have it covered."

They continued to walk toward the Theed Plaza. Then Krane remembered something. "Resei one thing about engaging the Jedi. She won't be prone to kill us I expect, but keep on your guard. Let her make the first move."

Krane watched the hooded figure standing by itself far from the hangar.
Finally, after all this time.. His hands would be avenged!
In one way the fact that he had lost them was an add to his job. One of them was just a metal hand that was far stronger than the old one, but the other one was really nifty.
It had been replaced with some kind of rifle capable of delivering 200 blaster bolts a minute, or you could charge it for the power to blow stuff up.. Really nifty.
And charging it was what he was doing now. He charged it while aming it at the figure. Finally... Resei had betrayed him so long ago. He had umiliated him and left him to his fate. But he had survived. And he had tracked the son of a bitch. He had waited at Koribban, hidden in the shadows from the Sith, and followed him to Naboo. He had settled here, the fool, so Krane had only wait for his oportunity. He would take it now. And he would claim the bounty. But what then? Since the last time he was on Naboo, since he had crawled out of the jungle without hands, his whole life had been about revenge. His whole life had been about killing Resei. And now that moment was so close... But then what? Oh, heck, there were other big catches out there... He heard the Empire would pay good money for a rebel leader...
This is the last shot of my old life... And then he fired.
The cloaked figure was sent spawling away, landing with a loud crush on the ground. Krane delivered it a good round in the head for old times. THen he let our his breath. It was all over. Nothing could describe what he felt right then... Such joy, such relief yet such emptiness... Well, this was it. Back to Mandalore to claim the price. And out of the ashes would erupt the most powerful bounty hunter ever!

"...You make for such a poor bounty hunter, Roar," a familiar voice said behind him. Krane spun quickly around, but there were no one there... Oh no.. Was his past going to haunt him now? Was the ghost of Resei in his mind?
he turned back around to check the corpse. And the hooded figure stood there facing him.
Krane roared in terror, and fired several rounds at the ghost. More and more holes appeared on the cloak, but the figure stood very still.
Then, when there would soon be nothing left of the cloak, and unseen power, an unseen force made the hood move back, to reveal...
A pumpkin?
And in that moment Krane understood he was dead.
He didn't need the voice behind him to tell him:
"I shall miss the endless pursuits, Krane. You were a worthy enemy."
Neither did he need to turn around to see that Resei was standing there, holding a holdout blaster aimed at his head, but he felt the situation demanded it.
He saw the red light as the blaster fired. He never felt his head touch the ground and his skull crack open.
He never felt Resei's lightsaber cremating his dead body. He never felt his ashes spreading in the wind, entering the circuit of carbon. And he never missed a thing.

Resei watched as the ashes blew away, out of sight. He sighed. Roar had been a part of him, somehow. Yet he was a tie to an old life, and it had to be severed. And he was an imperial in all but name. Resei would leave Naboo. He would take Krane's ship and set for Alderan, where he had heard there were rebel leaders. He would tell them all he knew about Koribban. And Rose would forgive him. Or he would fail, and be executed like a traitor to the Empire...
But Resei could hear a song. It was the song of angry men. The voice of his mother and the voice of his brother both mixed with the voice of the people. And his voice would join. The Empire would fall.

Red - the blood of angry men! Black - the dark of ages past...
