School of Business - Here you will learn everything from management, economics, accountancy, ethics and so forth. this course will truly prepare you for your venture into the world of business.

School of Law - Here you will learn all about the legal systems that apply to the galaxy as a whole. You will also have options to study the local legal systems of certain appointed planets.

School of Politics - In order to have a voice in the Senate, you must take your first steps. Here you will learn a vast range of topics related with business and law as well. You will be groomed in your body language, as well as elocution lessons.

School of Musical Art - If you have the talent of music, here you will learn to use all of the aspects of your gifts. From dancing, singing, performing, composing, and studying musical theory. This will prepare you for any kind of musical work.

School of the Arts - Art does not simply mean a paint brush to canvas or pen to paper..... Here you will learn the history of art from a wide range of planets. You will learn to use every form of artistic expression.

School of Medicine - Here you can explore any course of medical occupations from nursing to surgery. this will prepare you for a service to the people, which in this growing galactic population is ever more vital.

School of Science - Here you can expand in all sciences. This is a thorough course and graduates always advance to high statures.

School of Engineering - This covers every form of the word, from buildings, machinery, weaponary etc There are many departments for this area.

School of Languages - this will enable you to either improve in your mother tongue or learn languages from across the galaxy. This enables options as an interpreter.

School of Protection Services - Though many planets have their own form of protection, individuals need their own. Here you can learn how to be Royal Guards, Handmaidens, Security and so forth.

Phoebe had just arrived in the Fobosi District. The flight over was quicker than she expected but as soon as she found an empty compartment she had fallen into a deep slumber and nobody had bothered to wake her the moment the transit arrived. After much consideration on the University’s Programs of Studies she knew full well she wanted to take two degrees and maybe even a third. Although, her mind was set to get herself going at the School of Politics. However, what she was most concerned about was whether or not she would become evil politicians like her parents were. Marcus had taught her each side to politics and she wanted nothing to do with evil because it only caused innocents pain. She walked up a large set of steps and through the universities door. She found out where the registration room was and took an elevator to it and walked inside. She sat down in a chair and waited for someone to help her out. She held the pamphlet with shaky hands. After all she was a bit nervous and she had not really been around other people of her own age while growing up.

A middle aged, well dressed gentleman came and sat infront of Phoebe.

"Good afternoon Miss, welcome to the university. Are you looking to apply?"

"Yes sir I am." Phoebe replied with a smile as she relaxed somewhat. "I'd appreciate any help you can give me I'm new at all of this. You see I would like to sign up to go to the University of Politics but I was wondering once I am finished with that school am I allowed to go to other schools as long as I have the funds?"

The gentleman smiled

"Why of course! Aslong as you have the drive to studt, we have the facilities to meet your needs"

He hands her an application form

"Our School of politics comes highly recommended. We are also proud to have mentors this year. Senator Bail Organa of Alderaan and Senator Padmé Amidala of Naboo have agreed to take time out of their busy schedules to help our prospective students"

He takes more information leaflets and hands them to her

"If you do apply, payment is 100 Credits up front. You can choose to work while you study. But my advice to you is to speak with one of the Senators, they could even provide you with part time work...... Would be a nice foot to start on. Do you have any more questions?"

"Thank you very much sir for your help. I would be glad to sign up for the classes." Phoebe digs into her backpack and pulls out 100 credits and hands them to the gentleman who had done so much to help her. "I would love to see what each of the senator's have to in regards to schooling and finding work. That's wonderful!"

She fills out the application and hands it back to him as she was anxious to get started.

He takes the application, checks it through and places into a machine which sent the papers off to an unknown source

"Your application has been accepted and has now been entered into the system. You are now a student of our university"

He shakes her hand

"Now the course is based on time mainly, so what I suggest to you is to visit the Senatorial District and ask for an audience with one of our mentor Senators"

He fills out a small card

"Always carry this with you, it shows your identification within this university and will allow you access to speak with the Senators"

He hands it to her with a smile

"Well welcome once again and I hope you enjoy your study here with us. We will keep you posted and will inform you once you have graduated"

Ray walks in rugged and a little sweaty.

"I am here to register in the School of Politics,"

He looked around and was impressed by the history that seemed too seep from the walls. He was almost laughing that about an hour ago he was stealing holocrons from the Jedi.

"I've heard about that assassain and if he isn't caught by the time I get there...lets just say there will be some changes,"

The man at the front desk seemed to have a disgust in his arogence. Ray noticed and appologized.

"Sorry my name is Ray Malvia Captain,"

"Not at all Sir but we do have a policy that our students wear em..... suitable attire....."

He hands him the application form

"As i was saying to the young lady before you, we have mentors that will help us with out political session, those being Senator Bail Organa and Senator Padme Amidala. If you wish to learn from them then I would go and speak with them. If you take this card, I would keep it on you at all times, then you will have no problem getting to speak with them"

he takes the application back from him

"Congrats Sir, you are now a student with our university. We will keep you posted, but my suggestion to you is to speak with one of the Senators. I am sure they will be able to squeeze some time out of their schedules for you"

Phoebe took the card and tucked it away inside one of her inside duster pockets. She shook the man's hand and gathered her backpack and silently left the office and nodded her thanks. "Thank you sir. I'll go to the Senatorial District right away. I appreciate all of your help." She bows her head in thanks and then leaves.

She noticed a man about her age coming inside so she let him pass and then she made her way out of the large campus and back into the district. Hearing her tummy growl she stopped at a set of benchs and took out a few nutrient bars and a bottle of water. After quietly eating her snack and drinking half of the bottle of water she tucked it away into her duster and then took off running toward the information boothe of the city.

She stopped and waited for an older couple bicker and complain about them being lost. Once they had finally taken their time to figure out where they were and where they had to go they finally left. Walking up the the huge display she typed in Senatorial District. A few chimes went off and the map displayed on the screen. She saw where she was and the route she had to take. She was excited to meet the Senator. Taking a deep breath she took off running through the streets and to the District.

(OOC: I'll post my other post in the actual district.)

Olis glanced at the univeristy, she'd never been to university...or even school and she would be lying if she didn't admit being excited about the prospect of studying. Even if it was simply to gain more skills in being able to take money from elderly men.

Slowly she walked up the stairs to the university smiling all the way, she had the hundred credit fee in a bag on her back along with other supplies she might need if they asked her to preform any tests or fill in any forms. Glancing around in what she hoped was where you signed up she tried to find someone.

"Hello? anyone there?" she yelled, frowning as she realized shouting in a university wasn't good. Was anyone around? she hoped so. Olis wanted to sign up and get lessons done as soon as possible.

An older gentleman walked over to her.

"Greetings my dear, sorry if you were kept waiting, please sit"

He stretched his hand out to offer the seat.

"Are you hear to complete an application to join our university? Good! We are always more than happy to have more students. Which course were you interested in particularly?"

Olis smiled and bowed her head to the man as he greeted her, an old university proffessor? perhaps he's wealthy. When her course was done she'd have to see how much he was worth in credits, though right now she needed him for a different reason.

Slowly Olis took the seat offered, today since it was all about looking smarter then usual she wasn't wearing her customery black leather outfit and instead chose a simple white sleeveless dress, it had a small golden lining where the sleves would continue, Olis thought the small markings that the golden cotten lining was made up of were part of the old Coreillian language but she wasn't sure exactly.

She smiled as she sat and started to speak "I am here to complete an application sir." She slid the bag off her back and placed it on her lap "I'm a dancer...here for the musical arts course"

"Ah excellent"

The man, who was the Dean of the University, wrote down some notes on her acceptance to the University.

"Right young lady, you are officially part of our university, congrats. That will be 100 Credits for the course."

(OOC: Remember to take that 100 credits from your signature.).




"Now, as a student we appreciate that it is difficult to sustain board, so I would suggest looking for work here on Coruscant, and save a little money. Your course does take some time, but afterwords, you will be given a diploma which will open many doors for you in the entertainment business. Especially here on Coruscant!"

He hands her the new crisp application acceptance sheet, with her name clearly written on it.

"Well, I bid you fairwell my dear, hope you do well here"

The Dean stood and began to walk away, to continue his busy duties....

Olis blinked as the elderly man left, she assumed that the 100 had been taken from her account, oh the marvels of the modern age. Slowly she stood, checked everything was in her bag and looked around. Surely there was something to do here? a class to attend...

She glanced around and placed her bag on her back. The man suggested finding a job...she'd never had one of those either, hmm freedom was tougher then it seemed. Maybe explore this place a little? she shrugged her shoulders to herself and set off to see what this university was like.

OOC: Just so you know, you don't have any classes to go to, university mainly just takes time, that is why it is best that you find some sort of work, and we will keep you updated on how your education is going.

Walking up the steps of the campus, Oron gripped his brief case and straightened his jacket. Marching up the steps, he entered the office of the campus and walked up to the front desk.

"Good morning, I am here to apply in the schooling of a businessman."

A middle aged secretary looked to him,

"Ah... Welcome.... School of Business then is it? It will be 100 credits for the tuition fee which we expect payment of immediately...... As soon as that is cleared you are officially a student of the university.... We pride ourselves on our business students..... It is one of the finest schools of the art that the galaxy has to offer....."

She hands him a form, certifying that he is now a student of the university.

"Now.... It is very much up to you what you wish to do.... But my advise is that you seek out a business owner here on coruscant and try to get yourself some work.... It does not matter what kind of job.... Business is business after all..... Simply choose something that would be respective enough.... And also a place where you can.... Learn..... Do you have any questions?"

She said in a quick manner.

Oron took out 100 credits from his pocket and gave it to the lady."Yes, where do you suggest I find some businesses? Like what do you recommend?" Oron said this then looked at the form.

"I would scout around the different business here on Coruscant.... From diners, cantinas.... Even the Galaxies Opera House.... If you enquire to one of these places, you may find opportunity for work...." The lady continued

Oron thanked the lady and walked out of the university. He hoped to start a fresh new life for himself and his family. Oron took a taxi to the business area.

A well-traveled Ithorian walked onto the campus of the University, and entered the front doors of the Registrations Office, and approached the front desk.

"Good day. I am here to apply for the Politician's courses."

OOC: Is it possible to take more than one class at a time? If so, I'll take the Law courses as well. ;)

OOC: Sorry, once course at a time ;)

"Good day to you also Sir..... Politics? Yes we still have some places left...... It will be 100 Credits for attendance......"

The lady hands him a form of his acceptance.

"In order to broaden your experience, I advice that you contact one of the Senators...... My recommendation would be Pooja Naberrie.... She lives in the Senatorial District, I'm sure she will be able to advise you, and possible give you work while you stidy"

Crado reached into his bag, and produced the 100 credits needed for his class, and placed them on the desk neatly.

"Thank you very much. I shall go as soon as possible."

Crado walked out of the university grounds, called for a taxi, and headed for the Senatorial District of Coruscant.

Crado, who had recently finished his law schooling, had arrived back onto the University grounds. Crado walked back into the registration office, and spoke to the woman who was at the front desk.

"Good day. I assume you remember me. I understand that there are now a few openings in the law courses. Well, I would like to register for those classes." Crado already had the hundred credits for his tuition ready, awaited the woman's response.

"Of course, that will be 100 credits for Law sign up.... You are working with Senator Pooja Naberrie are you not? Well you will be able to continue your employment with her and also study for this course...... She, and any politician would be a good person to speak to concerning the subject...... We will keep you informed on your studies... Good day Sir..."

After a long and cramped space voyage Sarun finally stood before the legendary University of Coruscant. He mounted the steps outside and climbed to the doorway. Taking a deep, steadying breath he opened the door and walked inside, discovering a beautifully built lobby. The entire building surpassed anything he had ever seen, even in holovids. Then again, he hadn't seen many holovids. He approached the front desk and tried to speak confidently.

"I wish to apply to the School of the Arts. The fee is one hundred credits, correct?"

He reached into his satchel and dug out a credit chip, which he placed on the desk. His hand trembled slightly as he did so, but he forced it to remain steady. I will make a good first impression, he told himself.

((OOC: I have deducted one hundred credits from my inventory))

"Welcome to the University..... Which form of art in particular would you like to persue.... this will enable us to assign you to a good work placement..." A older woman spoke.

"I am interested in written art. Poetry, specifically."

Sarun hoped he didn't sound too foolish. He was nervous for many reasons, but he tried to shove those feelings back into some dark recess of his mind. He smiled to the best of his ability as he awaited a response.

"that's an interesting prospect..... Well... It is difficult to make a placement for you.... Have you seen a place of work in Coruscant where you think you would have a descent place to learn and gain experience from? What is your dream occupation you wish to have one day..."

Sarun thought long and hard. What did he hope to accomplish? And where in Coruscant was known for displays of that type of career?

"I hope to become a poet and playwright. Where to gain experience? Hmmm. I could try the Galaxies Opera House. There might be someone willing to give me a job there."

Mabye Sarun could assist a more experienced individual who shared his passions. It would be an excellent opportunity to both learn get steady pay.

"Excellent, take this letter and take it to the Opera House, there you can ask about job opportunities to help you while you study....Good day to you...."

"Thank you."

Sarun turned and left through the same doors he had used to enter, descending the magnificent stairs and entering an airbus which would take him to the Galaxies Opera House.

Twi comes walking into the University.
"Hello!" She says with an unnaturally high pitched voice.
"I am here to sign up as a student of politics. And i would like for some .. you know tips in this area. I am quite new here you see."

An older gentleman stared at him, "Well if you choose the subject of politics, then you will be immediately sent to seek tutor from one of our representatives and supporters of the university.... They will teach you what you need to know, and if you are successful then you may be given a permanent career from them....... Tuition is 100 credits which is expected to be paid immediately...."

The gent handed Kleko a form to fill in and waited for a response.

Twi started scribbling at the paper with info about herself. There we go!"
She handed him the paper and started with forced smile giving him the [COLOR=yellow]100 CREDIT[COLOR=yellow]

"so now what i do? Just walk over to some random old geese or something?"

"Take this form and proceed to Pooja Naberrie's residence in the Senate District.... This will grant you access and show that you are in fact a student of this establishment..... Good luck"
