The Mos Eisley Spaceport sees a wide variety of unusual people and things, but the Mos Eisley cantina is known as the haunt of the weirdest clientele in town. Hardened professional spacers and bizarre outlanders from the distant corners of the galaxy can be found here. It's no place for the squeamish, but for its regulars, the caninta provides a pan-galactic atmosphere that helps distract them from their various misfortunes and the miserable hole of Mos Eisley.

The regualr band suit many tastes, and as long as foolish outsiders don't steep in and get their heads blown off, everyone can have their own version of a good time. Deals get made, things get drunk, and the wrong sorts of business go the right sorts of ways. The bartenders maintains a semblance of order by threatening to poison the drinks of creatures that give him trouble.

*As the young farmer and the Twi'lek enters the cantina, some of the chattering stops. The couple is being watched and messured as they cross the floor to the bar. One of the bartenders approaches them*
"Pick your poison and don't cause truble, young ones. What do you want?" "A glass of Jawa juice for me," the young Kiffar says.
The Twi'lek shakes her head. "Very well, that will be 2 credits." The kiffar gets the glass, and drinks it. The bartender seems to have some kind of sensor, and he clearly understands the young Kiffar want's something else too.
"Anything else?" "Where can I find the Sandtrooper headquarters?" the Kiffar says, confirming what the man already knew.
"Why would you visit that?" the man asks suspicious. Someone looking for Troopers aren't usually a good thing, and if it is, it can be good to have some gossips. "Another Moisture Farm has been attacked." The Kiffar gets a dark look in his face, and the man understands he shall not ask more details. Besides, he got the essential.
*As the two of them walks out, the man look at the Twi'lek, longing. It has been a long time since he last got something...*

After a further silent walk into the cantina, both Kalin and Ayanna sat at one of the tables as Kalin ordered some drinks.

Ayanna seemed surprisingly smug and was constantly smiling.

"You do know I've been to Tatooine before.... It was from the events that happened here that took me to Naboo..... I met..... A man..... A 'relative' of Anakin Skywalker..... Not blood related but...... Well.... He certainly had alot to say on the matter....."

"You did huh?..... And why didn't you tell me this before?.... You're hiding things.... And not just about this man..... Who is most likely the same person I just spoke of..... Tell me what you know....." He insisted as he then took a sip of his drink.

Ayanna threw back her drink into her mouth and then sat back, getting herself comfortable. As she did, she tapped her glass hard off the table, hinting to the bartender she wanted a refill.

"Yes, there are alot of things I've never told you...... And some you will never know...... But you are one to talk..... I bet an archive of your secrets would be a good match for the Jedi Archives we saw..... Remember those days? Was so sweet....." She said sarcastically.

The bartender walked over with a beaker and began to pour, as he was ready to leave, Ayanna grabbed his arm,

"Leave it...."

The man knew what she meant and left the beaker on the table. She threw back another glass and gave a sigh.

"Look..... You don't like me.... I don't like you.... So why make it so difficult for yourself?.... Just tell me what you know.... And you'll be rid of me sooner.... Unless you intend to keep your mouth shut all day and keep up this attitude....."

Kalin took the beaker in his hands, drinking more than half with one gulp. He wanted to act tough, though he felt a little light in his head afterwards.

"I think......." He hicupped, "This is all just a shell....... You're sheltering yourself from me honey..... And why?...... I certainly have the looks, for a girl like you!....." He took another sip, "And you fairly have the looks for a guy like me! So?.... Why do you do it?..... Tell me.... I'm curious...." He grinned.

Ayanna watched him with a securely raised eyebrow,

"Pfff.... You're talking like a sleazy bartender!" She said laughing.

As she did, the bartender who served them looked up with an insulted face.

"Not you... You're lovely!" She said sarcastically.

"Kalin..... I'm with you, cause you forced me... Oh sorry! 'Asked' me to be..... If anyone has..... Let's say.... Less than business-minded intentions here..... Then it is you..... And if you took a good look at your reflection recently hot stuff.... You'd realise that there is a reason why you walk through life solo......" She pulled the beaker over to herself, taking a large gulp, although being unable to compete with Kalin's attempts.

"No... I think you just joined me because you can't let a gorgeous guy like me out of your sight! Cause I know you.... Otherwise you would have resisted, you would've walked out on me in the blink of an eye.... Admitt it...." He took another sip, "So anyway.... Back to where I started.... If you really want this over with..... Just tell me what you know..... Then you can leave....."

She leaned forward towards him,

"Okay.... I admitt.... I stayed longer because I thought you knew things that would've been beneficial to me...... But... As I see it.... I know more about Anakin Skywalker than you..... So... If I tell you.... What do I gain? Freedom? Not enough! And sorry..... I won't give you the satisfaction..... We're both stuck with eachother because we each know things the other wants...... And seriously Kalin..... You have to get a grip on reality..... I know you love yourself but..... You got to find yourself a girl mate.... And no, I'm not available..... I'd sooner kiss a Bantha!" She said still learning forward and lowering her head a little while giving a small laugh at the playfulness of their conversation. Also because she was getting drunker by the minute.

"See... I knew it all along..... You want to stick with me cause you adore me....ha ha ha! Well... If you think you know more about Anakin Skywalker.... Than me that is..... Then shoot! And I'll tell you what I know..... So we can both benefit from each other..... As you said we would.... Then we don't have to stick with each other any longer cause it must be so unbearable to be in my company! Ha ha ha!"

"No no no..... Sorry, but I don't trust you as far as I could throw you... Lover boy!" She said sarcastically, "No.... I will tell you WHAT I know.... But not the details..... You do the same...... I'm not going to spill my guts..... Because there would then be nothing stopping you from killing me..... I remember how we met..... And there's nothing I've seen to make me think otherwise...."

She stretched her hands across the table towards him and began to tap on it with her fingers.

"What do I know?..... I know who Anakin Skywalker's stepbrother is.... Furthermore.... I met him and spoke with him...... I know where Anakin grew up, I managed to find out details concerning it.... Which led me to his stepbrother......... That's all I'm prepared to tell you, there is more.... But not now..... And what I have told you? I'm not telling the details..... If you want to find out.... Then we go together.... Same with what you know..... I don't expect you to tell me more than I let on to you..... But aslong as I'm there when things unfold..... i'll be quite happy......."

She threw back another drink, "Argh, what is this stuff any way?!"

"I think you had too much to drink sweetheart!" He takes the bottle and smashes it to the ground.

"Anyway we should start to move. I knew Anakin had a steph-brother here...If you know where he lives then let's pay him another visit and hope we can get more information out of him...that is if you don't already know it.....what I'm looking after."

Kalin looked sarcastically to her because she was so reluctant to share more information.

"I don't see what your problem is, honey-bunny of mine...we could get along very well, instead your making it more difficult for the both of us..."

Kalin waited at the table for her to stand up. It seemed she had difficulty to get up as she was drunk herself.

She stood, "As I said..... What gaurantee do I have of my safety.... Especially with the likes of you..... I think I'd be safer on quest with a nexu...."

They began to walk to the entrance of the cantina, after throwing some credits on the table as they were leaving.

"Where do you want me to take you.... To where Anakin worked as a child..... Or to his step-brother..... The choice is yours, but I must warn you...... The man was not happy to see me, and made me promise not to return to him again..... So something tells me he'll be even more defensive......"

Taves walked into the Cantina looking for the face of the man he had seen in the holo-pad.
He saw him sitting in a booth nearby. Walking up to the booth he pulled out the Tusken chief's Gaderffii and laid it on the table.
"I believe you need this as proof of success" Taves said as he returned the man's steely gaze.

The farmer stared at Taves awhile. "How am I supposed to believe you really killed the chief and didn't just steal this piece of work?" Taves began to laugh histerically "because it would have been infinitely harder to do that." The farmer nodded in agreement "I suppose you're right."

"I hope you enjoy the land" said Taves. "You rotten nurf herder" he silently added. He couldn't believe a man wanted these people gone just for some rotten spit of land in the desert.

The man smiled.
An ugly smile, which gave Taves the creeps.

"And I suppose you want money now? Hrmpf. Every man can kill a tusken. I'd done it myself unless my leg...
Men!!"

Then two of the men sitting next to him had guns in their hands.

"Beat this, and I'll send the money to Mandelore..."

In the corner sat a man drinking peacefully, though if you saw well enough, you could see he was watching with interest.

(OOC: well, I AM after all your trainer... so... I can't do it easy for you! Though you can do this...)

OOC: Lewy he gave himself this mission, it's not your repsonsability to guide it. You are an instuctor, you're not a personal trainer. There's a difference, take that in account for future posts. Let Tavhis handle this for himself now and concentrate on your own character.

Tavhis, one thing, you're in training so although you are allowed to have missions, you can't benefit yet from them. The only benefit you'll have is on your reputation. You will earn money from missions once you become a bounty hunter, but now you are still in training. Keep that in mind once you return to mandalore.

OOC: If it's planned, then no problem, as long as you have the other member's consent before hand. Also, Tavis still has to keep in mind that he won't be rewarded.

After countless hours through the desert, Kalin and Ayanna finally arrived back in Mos Espa, tired, hungry, thirsty and covered in sand and dirt after the sandstorms they had to endure.

They immediately headed for the cantina to quench their thirst.

"What are you going to drink?" Kalin asked.

"Whatever you're having....." She said with a dry voice.

"I'll order something but I'm not getting drunk this time! Don't want the same happening again!" He expressed clearly.

He sighed and slumped back on his chair. The bartender served some drinks and looked grumpy at the duo. He clearly remembered them for their tactful humour.

"Nice to see you too old man.... Really, she wouldn't stop talking about you..." He winked to Ayanna and smiled.

She held her hands up, "Okay, I admit...." She laughed a little but then quickly focused her attention on the drinks, grabbing one and throwing it down her throat.

"Now don't get drunk like last time.... Your words then were very.... Interesting.... But yeah, who am I to speak..." He laughed.

With a full mouth, she tried to stop herself spurting the drink on the table by throwing her hand ot her mouth,

"You took the words out of my mouth! Honey-bunny! Sweet heart of mine!" She slumped back also, shaking the dust from her hair.

Kalin shook his head, covering his eyes with his hand, "Can't believe I said those things..... I don't even remember what happened to that Mandolorian... Kiffar... Whatever.... I was gone for sure!.... Please don't tell me I did what I think I did?...." Kalin feared his actions at that encounter.

Ayanna sat forward, half smiling, "Well.... You made a fine impression, I'll give you that!..."

"Hey I saved the boy a heart-breaking burial. I cremated her... So what?!... He didn't seem to be too bothered about it...."

"No... I'm sure he was delighted at being saved all that work!...... Jeez Kalin... Never drink again..... Although, I do admit I found it hilarious to watch.... Was better than theatre...." She smiled sarcastically.

"Yeah bet you did.... 'sweet-heart'....Anyway, do you have any plans of what you're going to do next?...."

She sat back, frowning a little, "No.... I don't want to talk about that now..... I'll... I'll think about it another time...."

Kalin sat forward, "Look... I know our trust isn't the best in the galaxy.... But we're both after the same thing.... So why not team up.... As a REAL team this time..... During this whole journey it has proven that we can work as a real one.... So why depart... We're both after the same thing..... Think about it...."

Her face was still a little sour, as though her fun had been ruined somehow, but she began to think through what he had spoken to her.

"Kalin... You're a Sith! I'm not.... I'm not a Jedi... And I'm not anything in between either.... I have a lightsaber... But it's not mine.... What use am I to you? That is why my trust in you in shaken.... I don't understand it..."

"Look, I have connections to the Sith and officially I serve them.... But in heart I am more a Rogue Jedi.... In the end, I want to do what is right... That is why I left that old Jedi alive.... I didn't want to kill him... It would've been wrong and greatly upset the balance..... All I want is to unravel the secret of Anakin Skywalker..... Just as you....."

"I don't know whether I am on a quest to kill or to understand anymore..... You wish to understand Anakin Skywalker...... Why?....."

"I feel like I am connected to him..... More than is revealed.... When I first met Darth Vader, I already felt a connection with him strangely enough, which gave me great suspicions..... The possibility Darth Vader IS Anakin Skywalker...... I know it sounds absurd.... But I have to find out...." He expressed with mixed feelings.

She listened, and surprising enough, she did not feel as conflicted as she thought she would have, although something was still troubling her from what had happened at the Homestead.

"I saw that boy, Luke, the first time I came to Tatooine.... I spoke very briefly with him... He was a nice kid.... But when I saw him this time, and knew who he was.... I felt this lust to kill him... But at the same time, I felt such pity for him.... Do you understand what I mean?"

"I think so yes.... Well at least why you felt pity for him..... I felt the same.... He had no idea who his father had been.... And I sensed he will carry a horrible burden on his shoulders once he knows the truth..... He's not ready to know the truth..... That is what Obi-Wan made clear to me..... I'm going to keep my promise and we're never going to return there....." He said seriously, every word he spoke was true.

Ayanna drank a little more, she had quenched her thirst.

"I'll go with you..... But I hope you're telling me the truth.... I hope I can learn to trust you.... In time...." She said cautiously.

"I am telling you the truth..... First we have to set you up as a Sith..... Then we can continue....."

She looked to him curiously, unsure exactly what she meant. She threw back another drink and fell into her thoughts.

Resei netered the Cantina, and immediately recognized the odd couple.
"So there you are, funmakers." He said in a tired and a bit angered voice.

Almost the whole Cantina watched, but no one made it too obvious...

Kalin responded, "Hey! We were just talking about you.... Our Mandalorian/ Kiffar...... So have you buried the ashes yet? I'm surprised you were able to tell what was what mixed with all that sand.... Anyway, I suppose you came to buy me that drink we were talking about? But sorry no date, I'm occupied...."

"You're loss... Great opportunity for you Kalin" She slapped his back jokingly.

"Nah, I think not... If you know this Booboo character as I did... You would know what I mean...." He patted back hard on hers, causing her to spring forward.

"Oi!" She shouted.

"Why am I not surprized at finding the two of you in the nearest Cantina...
Anyway, may me and may friend here have a seat?"

Resei sat down.

"So, eh.. Kalin, I just wondered how your connections with my friend, Vader, is?
You see...
Well, answer my question first, and then we'll go in detail..."

He saw Taves was studying them.
He have never seen a Sith before, Resei realized.
Well, neither had he until he had mmade "best friends" with Lord Vader...

"My 'connections' with Vader?..... That's not your business.... Suppose I were connected to Vader.... What would be in it for you anyway?"

"Yeah Vader isn't exactly the house warming type.... If he knew Kalin, doesn't mean he'd want anything to do with you..." Ayanna said sarcastically.

"Well, I've met him a few times lately...
Anyway, that is important, as his... connections with Mandalore of various reasons is not so good-" here he looked sharply at Taves, a "hush, don't say ANYTHING" look- "So we need to.. calm his temper a bit...
Make him realise the terrible misunderstanding it is...
So through you, our common friend Boba hopes we can be able to negotiate Vader to a bit more... friendlyness..."

Resei did not hope for much.
He knew that his tiredness/hopelessness could be critical for the mission.
He considered letting Taves speak soon...

"Look, if you have some problem with Vader then you've come to the wrong person..... I could get you back in contact with him, but don't expect that I can solve this mess for you..... I'm not a messenger boy, get the point?" Kalin expressed in annoyance.

"I don't know what gives you the impression that he's buddies with Vader.... You think he'd be in a dump like this if he were?" Ayanna spoke.

"Honestly I do not know how Vader treats his friends...
But if you can get in touch with him, then ok.
Terra, can you speak to him?" he said, meaning Taves.
"He's not very found of me right now, believe it or not...
So, just a question.
If you're not friends of Vader, why are you here then?
What are you looking for?
I thought you were looking for those.. hahem... stolen TIE fighters?"

"If you are not friends with Vader.... Why you even here then? You called him your friend earlier.... Surely you can handle this yourself.... And no, we are not here concerning those TIE fighters you're talking about.... We're investigating.... Something else..... I've heard about the problems with those TIE's, what do you know about it? If you tell me... I might find a way to help you...." Kalin explained while he was merely trying to dismiss him.

Taves knew that tensions were not going to ease very soon. However a plan quickly struck him. "Bartender" said Taves banging on the counter. The bartender slipped him a bottle of potent liquor. "Well" said Taves holding the bottle "I'm parched would you two care to join us for a drink?"

Resei saw through the lousy attempt to get rid of him.
"Yeah, Vader is my "friend"...
But since you kinda CREMATED MY MOTHER, I think you owe me some help...
Put us in touch with Vader, and much is done."

Resei was busnislike now.

"Sorry, we're not staying for a drink..... And I owe you something? Feels more like you owe me....." He laughed, "Look, just tell me what you want.... What you really want.... And cut with the chit chat...." Kalin said firmly.

"Good, that's how I like it.
Fast and to the source.
I wish you to put Terra (the cover ID he had decided he should give Taves for this mission) here, as Vader is not my best friend, in touch with the Lord himself.
Then Terra will negotiate to a peaceful solution to the misunderstanding, and everybody lives happily ever after...

"Good... I'll get your buddy here in contact with... The Lord... Nice way you put it! And yeah, the credits from Bobo would be a bonus! Now take a hike! Leave your friend behind, he seems like a nicer guy than you for starters...." Kalin turns to Ayanna, speaking loudly, "Not even a thank you outta this guy, and to think I helped him bury his mother...."

Ayanna nodded while looking to Kalin with a strange smile as though she thought he was nuts, "You certainly have a way with people...."

"Thank you, we are greatful! And... eh.. Bobo surely has the fonds to repay you!
So.. where will this take place?"

Resei was happy it had went so well.

"We'll find you and Bobo when the time comes..... Now leave us, I'd like to have a little chat with your partner.... He's going to be the one negotiating with Vader.... I've heard some interesting things about you Resei.... Yes I do know your real name.... So I don't want that anything goes wrong.... I just hope your partner does a better job than you....."

"That won't be so difficoult, will it?" he aid, meaning doing a better job than he had.
"Goodnight and goodbye, Kalin. Ayanna."

He then left, with a satisfied smile.
He sent a comlink message to Fett, saying how it had all gone.
He decided to stay in the city for then, perhaps training...
He needed better stealth...
He licked his lips, smiled, and with a sudden burst of speed he was out of sight, watching people from atop roofs...

Ayanna grinned as he left, "What a delightful man.... Eh hem..."

"I agree..... Now tell me Taves.... How is your experience with Imperial affairs? Or better said, Sith affairs?" Kalin said looking to him.

Taves replied trying to be truthful but at the same time not sounding weak. "As of now you two are the only Sith I have had the opportunity to meet. As far as Vader goes I know not to make any false moves because he often does kill on sight." Taves stopped here knowing that if he tried to make it look like he knew anything else he would probably make a big fool of himself. "All I really wish to do is to clear the name of the Mandalorians, and I thank you for allowing me that opportunity." This was a bit more of a grovel than Taves was used to but he knew that if he did not show these two respect then they may not allow him to redeem his brethren. Taves knew that it was no longer just about him. It was about keeping together the greatest organization of Bounty Hunters that had ever existed. He was now ready to give his all to keep that brotherhood intact even if it meant making his life forfeit.

Kalin look at Taves and he looked with more trust to him than to his partner Resei.

"An honest reply...I like that...unlike your partner, you don't claim you're good buddies with Vader....I know I am not....nobody is...truth is...I met him once...he recruited me....and that was the last I saw of him....in real life that is..."

He took a sip from his glass.

"Care for a drink?!" He asked

"Anyway if you wish to speak to Vader on behalf of the Mandalorians we will have to reach the nearest Imperial outpost. I don't think anyone else here has a better communication system, except for that Jabba the Hutt maybe..."
