[War Room]Her team had a good deal of fun during the last few hours on the mission. Though she herself had tried to prevent it, the others had done what they could to help put the young sergeant at ease. Most of them knew all too well what their first mission as a group leader had felt like, and had ended up being somewhat protective of her because of it. Shylo tapped Dak on the shoulder, signaling him to head off across the room for a second.
- "Hey Shylo, what's this about?"
The Twi'lek leaned over to Dak, glancing at Jin-ho who was being skillfully distracted by Coyl giving her pointers on dogfighting, with Ress setting up the pieces for another game of holo-chess with Dash.
- "It's about her, Dak. You're the least experienced member on our team, and i want to make sure you don't go and do something stupid that would get you hurt."
She blushed slightly as she heard what that would have sounded like, clearing her throat softly as she glanced around the room again, trying to see who might have overheard her.
- "Not that i care or anything

... I just
know she's going to take it personal if anyone would get hurt, and i'd like to keep that from happening, okay?"
Dak was grinning like a cheshire cat when he noticed Shylo's blush in combination with the rather obvious denial that she didn't care about him. Still, after being playfully thwacked on the head by the Twi'lek, earning him another blush, he winked in return.
- "
Hey! Yeah, you can count on me. You
and the boss." ^_^
Giving each other a nod, the two walked back to the group, where Shylo exchanged a small nod with the two chess players to let them know she'd told Dak not to do anything he might regret. Like getting shot. Regardless, Jin-ho was too caught up to realise what had happened. Though she did notice Shylo and Dak standing a ways off for a while, she really thought nothing of it, having come to trust the members of her team as much as they'd trust her.
As several personal alarms started going off at once, the team members looked at each other, all of them knowing what was about to happen. Time had indeed flown when they'd been having fun, and the group of six made their way towards the landing pad without a hint of nervousness amongst them.
