This is not like any bank. No withdraws are made...Only deposits. The money is used for advancing the Mandalorian training facilities or other matters such as bribing. The bank is under supervision by the head of the Mandalorians such as Boba Fett.
For training missions half of the money is deposited in the bank while the other half goes to the one who handled out the mission.
