This is where Acolytes (the pupils) sleep. Poor small rooms which will learn you dicipline. They are located in the North-West of the Academy close to the torture chambers, so feel free to drop by...

Chris seemed to be staying awake and quiet. He was thinking to himself. This places darkness is rather intoxicating, he thought. Feels so empowering. It is a good feeling. But is it trying to overwhelm me? Control me? Should I let it? No. Perhaps I should not have control either. Perhaps to work on this properly niether I nor the Darkness itself should be in control. I'll test this theory out during training, I suppose.
He was now wearing a Sith Tunic, black and sleek. With this new outfit and his new lightsaber, he set off to start his training.

Chris returned to his room. He laid down on his bed and seemed to sleep. He was actually thinking to himself a bit. I have become powerful. The students have begun to fear me, plan to destroy me before I can wipe them all out. The fools do not even know my real power will always be above their own. They can't kill me, none of them. He seemed to go into a meditive state that was reminiscent of sleeping, but was not sleeping itself.

An instructor walked in his room,

"I saw you fighting...I must say I'm impressed...But...I sense much fear in you...you fear you fellow-students...though you think you can overconquer them...you're only deluding yourself...Don't think you can win all the duels. You try every lightsaber technique there is...but that's not wise. Focus on one...one like Vaapad...Master it! I think it's a technique which will certainly work in your advantage"

He walked out, with a serious look that Chris shouldn't take his advice for granted.

Chris nodded. The words might be correct, but he at least wanted to learn all forms before choosing one. Chris would have to move on to the 7th form, and then make a choice on specialization.
Chris rested for a moment longer, and then stood up. He felt refreshed, and went back to start on learning the 7th form of Lightsaber combat.

Chris lay in his bed. He was meditating, letting the Force influence his healing process. That should help him out a bit. He had to think for a while about the beast. He could see why those beasts were good guards to the tombs of the Ancient Sith.
They are dangerous beasts, but seem easily controlled when one knows how. I'll have to remember that. Now, I wonder what this new mission is. It will likely be dangerous in some way.
When he felt well enough, he stood up and went to find the Dark Jedi instructor.

An instructor walked in and spoke immediately,

"We have a job for you that I think you will be interested in..... After your success with the Sith Hounds we think you should be more than sufficient enough to carry this next task out.... It's concerning a Jedi who we suspect is hiding in the Tibanna Gas Mines on Bespin..... He should be there.... Be prepared for anything, for all we know he could have been a Jedi Master....."

The instructor handed him a datapad containing the Jedi's profile, it did not contain much information as most of the data was destroyed during the invasion of the Jedi Temple on Coruscant.

Chris nodded. And with that, he went on his way to Bespin. He would need to hire a vessel now. He went off to pay for transport and left.

Chris had arrived back with the body and lightsaber of the Jedi. He layed both before the Dark Jedi. "The mission has been completed. He was relitively powerful, mostly skilled in Lightsaber combat. It did not take too long," he said. "Mercy was his main weakness."

"That is the weakness of all Jedi.... I hope you weren't just lucky.... Your future task will be much more difficult.... So you'll need to build your skills further before you can face them....." The instructor left Chris alone.

Chris waited a moment and then thought a while, going to his room for a bit. He sensed a presence that he felt was familar had come, but he could not exactly say who.
Well, he decided things were best left to training up, and letting things flow as usual. He went back to the Force training room.

Ayanna was now alone in her chambers, she was not used to the open plan of it. Having no door to speak of and merely being part of an elongated hallway. She sat herself on her bed and placed her lightsaber at her side, then stretching herself backwards until her head hit the pillow. She was indeed exhausted from the adventures she had had over the past weeks. And it had brought her further than she could've imagined. It was not long until she had drifted to sleep.

Chris entered to his own room, and laid down on his bed. He went into the sleep like meditation that he enjoyed to do. Dark side energies shifted around him as he did, but he was mostly in a sleep like state, with very little outside conciousness.

Kalin was looking for Ayanna but saw Chris in one of the chambers as he walked passed. He saw him in meditation but aparently he was not concentrating very well, as though he was bothered about something. Kalin ignored him and kept searching for Ayanna's quarters.

When he finally found her, she was sleeping. She seemed very peaceful and calm, unlike Chris had been. He could feel his disturbance even from this distance. The boy certainly had something on his mind. Kalin however, felt very relaxed. It had been a long day but a successful one none the less.

Ayanna had been accepted in the Academy so Kalin could now continue his quest. The question was, could she join him?

In only a few moments, Ayanna wakened to see Kalin standing in her chamber. She sat up surprised, wondering how long he had been there, but nonethesless, she was happy to see him.

"Kalin..... How long have you been standing there?"

"Just a few moments..... I just arrived back from the Lightsaber Training Chamber, I had an.... 'interesting'... If that's what you want to call it.... Conversation with someone you may remember.... Remember the storm assasins on Naboo?.... Well one of them has applied to the Academy..... Well, I only did it so he would leave us alone....."

"Is that why you did the same with me? To make me leave you alone?" She said sarcastically, although partially speaking truthfully.

"Well it's your choice, but I think you should stay here a while..... Develop your talents, maybe I will stay here for a while too..... For the moment I think I know enough....."

"I'm glad you're staying.... I don't like the idea of being stuck with all these..... Guys.... I haven't seen a single female yet.... Or ifI have... Then em... They've been slightly on the butch side for me to notice...." She stood and walked over to Kalin.

"No... But I think a thanks is in order.... Em..." She hesitated a little in front of him and then finally pulled the courage to kiss his cheek, "There.... Now shut up..." She said embarassed.

"I'll take that as a compliment..." As his cheeks blushed. Kalin's comlink suddenly sounded off.

"Kalin can you come to the main hall, we have something to discuss with you...."

"Alright......" He switched off the transmission, "I'm sorry , I know this was a short visit, but I promise I will visit you again....." He winked at her when he left.

Ayanna fell back on her bed, annoyed at herself, "Argh... What did I do?!"

Kalin passed Chris again, he seemed to be alot calmer now and in more control of his emotions. Then Kalin walked further to the halls.

Ayanna walked from her chambers, seeing Chris in his chamber, she recognised him immediately from Naboo.

"Hello stranger...." She said in a sarcastic tone as she stood at the entrance.

Kalin suddenly tapped on Ayanna's shoulder, disturbing her visit with Chris.

"Sorry to disturb you young loverbirds.... But I have news for both of you...... Basically, I will be your new instructor.... yes.... I was asked personally to oversee some of the students' training here... And since I know you two so well... I specifically asked to oversee yours..... They did not object.... Well that's all really.... We can start whenever you want.... But I wouldn't wait too long.... I don't like lazyness...." He appeared smug as he looked to Chris.

Ayanna smiled greatly at this news,

"I'm ready when you are....." She said looking sneaky, "And what's this about loverbirds?! I just said hello!" She placed her hands on her hips.

"Yeah right, like I'm going to believe that..... Just the way you looked at him, that says enough! Anyway young lovers.... Don't be too late as I said.....I'll see you at the Lightsaber Training grounds, that's where we will begin.... First come first served....." He left immediately

She watched him leave, annoyed at what he had said, she then looked to Chris and spoke, "You'll get used to him....." She then walked after him.

Chris had not opened his eyes the entire time. "Probably not," he said. "He acts like my family a bit. And my family is annoying, arrogent, and overly sarcastic." Chris sighed as he stood up and opened his eyes. His red eyes seemed darker, more fierce and animalistic, but his voice was still calm and cold, and without emotion. "Hello," he then added.

And with that, Chris headed back to his own room. This had been an immense loss of control for him. He sat in a meditative position, and again began to float. He seemed to regain a sense of himself, but his lightsaber was showing his mood.
It too floated around him, but it was clicked on, and spun around rapidly. As he continued to meditate, it became less hostile, and stopped spinning, and eventually clicked off and merely floated.
I did not need this, he thought to himself. It's like another Shen! I haven't been this annoyed since the last time I spoke with Shen. I wonder... what is he doing lately? He was smart, and loved science. I suppose he might have pursued that as a career. Or, he annoyed the wrong people and got himself killed. I wonder...

Kalin saw Chris levitating in his chambers.

"Hey Chris... How's it hanging?... Like I said, I came here to talk with you..... We can settle this in an adult way I think.... or atleast I hope.... But it'll require some decent cooperation from you..... So tell me, what's the issue?"

Chris did not bother to open his eyes. "I merely dislike you," he said, his voice uncaring. "Mostly about everything about you. Your voice annoys me, and your personality irritates me. It's really not something that can be fixed."

"Your attitude irritates me too..... Still I live by the rules of this Academy.... If I didn't you would be dead by now.... And if you don't live by the rules here, then you will be cast out..... If that is what you want.... Well be my guest.... You know where the door is..... But, if you wish to follow the rules, then I suggest you leave your pety feelings towards me aside...... And continue with the teachings....."

"Teachings..." Chris sighed. "I have mostly learned on my own here. There have been no teachings." Which was mostly true. He had studied other people for Lightsaber training, and imitated the movements, but he did not really learn from other people. It was how it was. He merely trained himself, and was alone, for the most part. Perhaps that is what made others irritate him. Having others was too much like feeling weak. They either were too weak and dragged him down, or they pushed themselves onto him and suddenly made themselves leaders over him.

"Your arrogance blinds you Chris..... You think you have learned so much?.... No... You are only at the very beginning...... And if you do not open yourself up to an instructor's teachings, you will never learn more..... Surely you can learn by yourself, but that is merely the basics.... It is the same as I did..... Not because I wanted to be alone, no it's because I was truly alone in the galaxy..... I had no one else to rely on... But you have a choice....."

Chris did not speak for a while. His anger was still a little strong in him. Chris was not one to really deny teaching where it was offered, but the teacher here was too irritating.
He sighed, and his body went down, and he opened his eyes. "You realise, you teaching me is probabally going to kill you if I go as insane as I expect."

"Don't exaggerate..... You're still a beginner.... You do not know the true power of the Dark Side..... yet..... Don't underestimate me..... Like I said.... Vader did not take me as his Apprentice for my pretty looks..... Keep that in mind..... It doesn't matter how strong you become Chris.... There will always be someone stronger than you..... Even I know that I am not at my full potential yet, and I cannot dream that, even if I reach it I would be as strong as Darth Vader, let alone Palpatine....."

"You don't know the strengths of anyone until they go insane in combat," said Chris. "My brother taught me that. And then one of my cousin's proved his point." Chris sighed as he thought of memories of old. He then looked at Kalin. "What is the next task at hand?" he asked.

Kalin grinned, "You think I don't know your strength...your potential...well believe me...even if your reach the highest point where you are now, you don't stand a chance against me...You'll have to learn more hummility, Chris...you might think I'm arrogant because I'm your superior, but even I know when I have to be humble...You think I pick up an attitude like yours when I come in contact with people like Vader?! Anyway you've completed two trails...your latest trail will come...later...I will decide it...and it will depend on your training, but if you don't open yourself up for my training...It could take a long while before your last trail comes.............."

Chris was not about to get in petty arguements. Thing was, he was a little less of a kiss ass when it came to those who were thought of as more powerful. Vader might be strong, but he had a weakness. He was not in armor like that by choice. Or at least, so Chris had concluded. "So, are we moving on with training or are you going to continue talking?" he said, in his usual cold tone.

"I'm gonna leave now Chris...but you better change...or you won't complete your training at all! That's not a threat...it a fact...Those are rules...and even the most powerful have to live by them...."

As Kalin spoke these words, Ayanna appeared again from her Force Training lesson. She leaned against the wall, watching the pair.

"Best friends now?" She asked sarcastically.

"No I think not..... Though I hope for Chris there will be some change in our relationship.... For his sake....."

"Alright..... Can I have a moment Kalin? When you're ready that is..... I'll be in my chamber....." Ayanna left, leaving the pair alone again.

Chris shook his head as he stood up, and started leaving. He started to walk past Kalin, and then said, "Good job at teaching," he then laughed, a cold laugh. "You might actually be getting somewhere with that one. With such lessons as 'You have to change,' how could you go wrong?" And thus, he left to be on his own, away from the generic lecturer who doesn't actually help. Makes me wonder if being here was worth it.

Kalin sighed as he entered Ayanna's chambers.

"That boy sure has issues..... I'm not sure if it was a wise idea to bring him here to the Academy in the first place.... I'm starting to doubt..... Basically, if he acts like that in our next session, I'll contact the Empire and he can put on his armour again, and that's the end of it....." He sat down as he was so tired, "So, how was this day for you?"

She smiled a little and sat with him,

"Well I can safely say I learned alot. The valley was interesting, although I admit it scared me at first...... But I got used to it, and yes, the plantlife there made me feel a little easier..... Especially catching Chris off guard with it......" She laughed sneakily, "I wish he'd lighten up a bit.... He'd be alright if he did......"

She looked to Kalin for a moment and then continued,

"After we returned I went to the Force Training Chambers..... There I asked to be taught a new skill..... Force Deflection.... It was alright, I attempted and failed but I will learn to control it..... In time..."

"That's good..... We'll try to work on it tomorrow but I'm afraid I'll also have to focus on Chris..... This is actually why they asked me to instruct him.... He's been arrogant to every instructor and you want to know the horrible truth?..... They sent him off to kill a Jedi.... In hope that he got killed..... But they overestimated the Jedi, and he fell....... Seems he was a Knight, not a Master as they had thought..... Chris doesn't realise it, but if I didn't take him as one of my pupils, he would be dead by now....."

"I don't understand..... Sure he's arrogant, blunt, dismissive..... But these could all be placed as Sith traits..... I thought Sith did not stick to so many rules..... Alright, he is not curtious, but does he have to be?..... has he done so many bad deeds and been so rude that it has become a necessity to get rid of him?...... At the moment, I don't like him cause of his attitude..... But alot of Sith are like him too... Just he thinks he's so different....." She said leaning back a little.

"Remember Ayanna, this is all a bit of deception..... Yes this is called The Sith Academy... But we do not train to become Sith..... There are only two Sith, a Master and an Apprentice..... And even as Darth Vader's Apprentice, I do not know if I hold the right to call myself a Sith..... No.... Here we train Dark Jedi and they serve one master..... The one they know as Palpatine, Darth Sidious...... So whatever their arrogance is, they have to put it aside.... We learn to serve..... It doesn't matter how powerful we become..... That is the purpose of this Academy and if Chris doesn't understand that then he has no purpose here..... Now.... I know it's very harsh to send him off to die but it was all because of his own actions..... His own attitude against others and instructors.... I hoped that because it was I who got him into this Academy, he would be more open to my teachings...... But still he refuses, so we're running out of options....."
