Title: Sugababes On The Run
Description: Lyrics Question

OK, so this is going back a bit, but I've always had an unanswered question to do with the lyrics of this song.
In the chorus, according to all the lyrics websites I've looked at, it says:
"Never too old can you work and live with that"
But when I listen to it, that doesn't fit at all and I'm sure I hear the word "argue" somewhere.
I just wondered what you all thought...?
Thank you :D

Same problem ... all the websites post the wrong lyrics - why ? I know that Sugababes albums contain the correct official lyrics of their songs - so why anyone can't just scan them or just post them somewhere??? Don't you agree?

I completely agree, although sometimes the album booklets have said different things, for example, in the booklet for AWDF for the song Round Round, in the chorus it says "still fired", whereas in the greatest hits it says "stir fried (still fired)"... Personally, I really don't see how "stir fried" would make sense.
And the problem with Sugababes On The Run is that it's a b-side and therefore there are no official lyrics written anywhere...

Chorus:
Bounce up and down with my older
friends (older friends)
The over 18s where the party never ends
It's not like the ladies have got the problems
So at least 19 they pushing their benz
Never too old can you work and live with that
Young and free and I want it like that
And I ain't giving it up
It's hard growing up so fast
Trying hard to make my childhood last forever
All the fellas trying to make a pass
I'm still trying to make it last forever

I think
"Never too old can you work and live with that"
is wrong
but im not sure what the correct lyrics are. i agree its something about "argue"
