Btw I dunno what font you used for your logo (the one on top of the post) but it could do with some anti-aliasing to make it look better.

Try creating a much larger file with the same writing, rasterize the font layer in Photoshop and resize it to fit the size you want - that way the font gets smoother. :)

I use Arial Rounded. How can I rasterize the font layer?

Right click the layer & select Rasterize Type. Here's an example of the shrunken logo: :D
