I got bored this afternoon and made this. I made it for myself but I thought I'd post it here and share it with you guys. Feel free to use it yourselves, just don't put it on your sites or anything without asking me first.
It's 800x600 size so it might not look as sharp if you've got a bigger screen. Your desktop icons go in the shaded box bit.

If you have photoshop/bucket you can resize it. But find out the dimensions coordinates of your monitor before hand.
If you are using windows:
Desktop->Right Click->Properties->Desktop->Position->"Fit to Screen" ( stretch image/tile/centre

Might attempt Heidi and Keisha ones too. Perhaps a 'Change' one for one of them and an 'About You Now' one for the other.
