it was on the disney channel advertisment. They show her singing a few seconds of it. You can check on google....search iCarly About You Now. I've been looking for a real clip of it or the actual song itself.

a behind the scenes of her recording it is on now. yes it is nick. i only saw it cos i was watching spongebob, my guilty pleasure.

ok it was like a cheesy montage of her recording it. every thing i have found only mentions Dr. Luke in any info I find, no mention of the Sugababes. It kinda pisses me off that she uses this song when the babes could have broke it out with this in america. Im in oklahoma and all my friends loved AYN and the customers at my work always asked who it was when i played it.

That really annoys me! She's covering a song that could have been huge in America! And all the american people who listen to it wont know its a cover!

AHHHHHHH!!!!! I love it lol :( It reminds me of the version they did on the Nancy program.

Dont like it at all. Her voice is far too squeaky on the chorus. Also without Amelle on the chorus, I feel like the song loses a lot of its edge since its pretty poppy to begin with.

I have to say, I love the backing track, sounds a bit more rocky in the chorus. The vocals are very odd, but it's not THAT bad, I've heard much worse.

Wow, that was...painful. It shows you how much the Sugababes truly add to that song though.

I hope the babes/management get royalties for people who sing their songs. Ok it wasnt written by them but they were the ones who put it out there.

Both covers are pretty bad IMHO, you just cannot beat the original.

They only get royalties if they write it, right? So I doubt they get anything. I bet Keisha gives this girl a black eye if they ever run into each other. :lol:

It seems covering songs of the babes is a growing trend. I also heard About You Now perfromed on that Nancy show on bbc1 with Andrew Loyd Webber.

Also although its more Amelle, I think i heard HeadBash being covered too. Its stll a connection I guess.

It isnt a bad thing, its still exposure for them in a way.

From all the advertisement on tv, they are playing up the other songs on her cd, and not putting much attention into AYN. Thankfully. I do love the musical arrangement in the back, gives it a little edge.

I think Stay My Baby or Headphones On will be the single.
