I had a good natter with Amelle when she came out for a smoke during the souncheck then met them all after the show. It was so, so good.

Amelle confirmed to me, They ARE working with Timbaland.

Like I said, I'm shattered, so I'll post everything tomorrow!

Amelle smokes! :huh: I guess you can tell, it adds to her voice I guess which is a good thing. Joni Mitchell smoked and you could hear her voice slowly changing with every record.

Glad you had a great time Ste. You have been going on about this for ages and Im glad you got too meet them as well, so that makes it double special. I had my feelings the Timbaland thing was true. It great and gives us all even more to look forward too.

Hey Guys.

I arrived at the venue around 6 and went round the side to where the tour bus was parked. After waiting around just to see if any of the girls made an appearance, One of the doors opened and Amelle was standing behind it. i almost fainted and decided to say Hi to her. She stepped out of the dorr, said Hi and then signed my album booklet cover and the picture of her inside. She was really really kind, and I ddint realise how small she is in person! She then after a brief talk went "B*llocks, I've got no make up on, enjoy the show!" and ran off to the make up room. She's so funny!

The show itself was fabulous, the support act, Van Tramp were quite good, the singer had a fab voice.

When the Babes finaly came on the audience went mad.
They did the usual setlist and every song was sang perfectly. You could tell they were putting everything into the songs.

The costumes were brilliant as expected and the changing time was very very quick! My personal favourites were the Big Red dresses they wore for Red Dress.

Vocal highlights included Freak Like Me / Virgin Sexy (It was amazing to hear VS live with Amelle & Both songs fitted together seamlesly), Back Down (One of my all time favourite sugababes tracks, it was so funky and the whole routine was marvelous, I LOVED the breakdown at the end), Too Lost In You (This sounded gorgeous with just the piano and the girls in 3 part harmony on the chorus, it was really brilliant, the best they have ever sounded in their career), 3SOS (Loved this as it sounded quite different from the album version, and I liked the way it lead into Overload), Denial (Purely because of the live feel that makes the song so special), The HITH & RD remixed versions where great to hear live & About You Now at the end was the single best concert moment of my lfie, the sheer power of the chorus was shocking! The whole crowd was jumping like crazy. Overall, it was the best concert I've seen them in, visually & vocally (Particularly Amelle who seems to have come so, so far.)

At the end of AYN Me & My 2 freinds legged it out of the venue and round to the side doors where we saw Amelle earlier. We waited for about 15 minutes and eventually Amelle came out and saw me and went "Hello again, mate, did you enjoy the show!?" She then took some pictures with me & talked to me about How she loved my hair! I was flattered! :P I then asked her about Timbaland and was glad to hear they will be doing some songs with him! She stayed out for a chat for around 5 minutes before hugging us goodbye and getting on the tourbus.

The security guards then told everyone Heidi & Keisha had left in a car, so most of the small crowd vanished, leaving me & my two friends and 1 or 2 others who refused to believe this. Thank god we didn't leave because 10 minutes later Heidi & Keisha came out and signed my album. I also got a picture with Heidi, I was over the moon!

It really was one of the best nights of my life and I'm so honoured I finally got to meet my heroes!

I have heard from the various reviews and what the babes have said this is the best tour they have done and they are really enjoying it. I have won the backstage passes for the Portsmouth gig so I will get to meet them too.

Sounds like it was an amazing night and I am sure it will stay with you for a few years to come. :)
