I have been wanting to do this for a while.

I want to let everyone know, and I hope many of you feel the same, how proud I am to have Amelle as a Sugababe. And before any one says anything to that comment, Mutya was brilliant and we all love her for being the person she was and was a great pillar and still is, in the Sugababes Success.

If there was one person the Media could pick on, then it has been Amelle. We have all read the B******* about her being replaced, and all the rubbish to go with it. What I love about her, not only as a Sugababe, but as a person too, is her strength of character. She has been amazingly strong, and got on with what she loves doing. Like she has said so many times, she loves being a Sugababe. This is a dream for her, and she wants to be the best she can be in it.

I know also know not all fans like her as much as others, but I personally think she has become more and more respected as the years have gone by. She has a brilliant bond with the other babes, and Keisha and Heidi have a lot of respect for her. When Amelle first joined, I am sure we were wondering if she could take on such a big role in one of the UK;s most sucessful all-female bands. Well, I think she has answered that question. She can. Her voice, is amazing, and she can cetainly move on stage well. We all know she has had her moments of unhappiness, and it hasnt helped with the media blowing most of it out of proportion, but then again thats what they are good at.

Amelle is a wonderful Sugababe, they all are, they get on so well and have such a great chemistry on stage. When Change was initially released, I was most intrested to find out how her first full album would go down, and she did not dissapoint. It was great she started most of the tracks and her vocal fitted so well with the Keisha and Heidi. She is also very bubbly, has a lovely boyfriend and I have stated a few times I wish them a life time of happiness together.

Amelle is my favourite babe now, she's brilliant. She had the most stage presence BY FAR when I saw them at the Albert Hall which cemented her as my favourite. It must be really hard to sing someone else's songs and have everyone compare you, and she's handled it well and I'd never want Mutya back in the band now. Amelle's outdone her in a lot of ways.

Oh, and she has big FIERCE hair! Fabulous!

IMO Amelle is an inspiration to everyone.

She goes through all this doesn't complain and never lets it effect her work. Inside we don't know how she is feeling but she still gets on that stage and gives it her all for us; the fans. For me personally she is the strongest person I know and I feel she doesn't get enough credit for what she does. She could easily have dropped out.. or given off this bad vibe everytime we saw her but no, she got on with things and i really hope this is the end of it all now because her and Freddie deserve the best in life and I hope no ever stops that from happening. I don't know how she got through this, she's stronger than i'll ever be but thats why I look up to her. Sorry for the speech but hats off to her =] x

I agree, she fits in well and is a fighter! Heidi is still my favourite, and she will be until she leaves, but I think I'll move on to Amelle after that, unless Keisha's replacement is amazing :lol:

Amelle is defintely my favourite Sugababe. She's just great. She has an amazing voice and she easily fits in well.

You are a strong lady! Since the beginning of joinging the group the tabloids and papperzi were always doing negative about you. Also some (old)fans were not happy on 22 december 2005, but you said you don't care because that's the life, people are always doing that!

I've been a Sugababes fan since One Touch, but I'd never had a favourite 'babe until Amelle joined.

She's my idol, I really admire her talent and her strength and I think she's absolutely stunning. I've never felt so unattractive as I did when I had my photo taken with her lol

Without sounding like a complete idiot, I've met quite a lot of famous people and have done things like hang out on a video shoot with Tom from McFly, but I've never been so star-struck as I was when I met Amelle. I honestly don't know how I managed to speak to her. She was so completely lovely, it cemented my respect for her.

I was apprehensive when she joined the Sugababes, but she's more than proved herself as far as I'm concerned. I'm proud to be her fan. She's had so much shit in her personal life and in the press but she's stayed strong and positive. I really hope she reads this and sees what an inspiration she is to all of us.

I'm so so excited about my first time seeing her perform live next week! I can't wait to see her (and the other girls) in the flesh again.

What can you say about her really, well firstly she is a Legend.She came into the band, when people were upset about Mutya leaving and people felt abit angry and took it SO well.The Press have been hard on her at times but she has always kept going strong.When we first saw them pictures of Amelle, I thought well she looks weird, but she is STUNNING. She brought her AMAZING husky,sultry beautiful voice to the band. Her laugh is just legend and can make anyone else laugh from it, some of the stuff she says is just funny :)
I think you can agree Amelle is such an great inspiration and an all round great person.
