I want to make some avatars for me and other users, but I don't know how to make them. If anyone knows how, can you please tell me.

You need a programme like Corel Paint Shop Pro or Adobe Photoshop, you can find free trials for 30/60 days on Google.

Like Nicole said....Paint Shop Pro(which is hella difficult to learn for some reason) and Photoshop are the way to go. If you want to make animated ones.....I suggest Ulead GIF Animator. It's pretty simple to use.
