The reason why these are my two favourites are because they're proper performances, which I think the Sugababes should do more often.

There are loads of performances I really like, some of which I can't actually remember at the moment.

The performances for In The Middle promotion were really good, as it was cool to see them doing a proper dance routine. I particularly like this one here.

Actually I like all the performances!

Good choices! I would probably actually say that Red Dress and Don't Let Go were the best two songs they performed at the Tour, I think their cover of DLG is sooo much better than the original and I love the original, so that's saying something ;) And I LOVED the version of Red Dress they did at the Tour :]
