Sometimes I don't undersand why you still post things everywere and don't give credits to the real-posters so credits goes to me, sorry I'm not angry not at all but sorry it's just true Frenchie. Oh and yeah Shiv is beautiful there, must ask her who's the photographer, I think it's from the same photographer who did that pic with the green glitter dress and the christmaslightings in the back.

I guess Siofan originally scanned these pics. And normaly if you post pics that are not yours it is polite to give credit to person (write his name/nickname) who scanned or originally posted them.
Even some people donīt do it and put pics in their gallery without permission or credit of original poster and then everywhere post links to their "amazin" gallery :whistling
I think crediting is polite and without it it looks like stealing to me.

how could I know this? I found it in some gallery..

It's on the offical Siobhan forum and on Siobhan Donaghy Media and at the forums u wrote in that thread and I'm sure u saw Suzan post it and gave me credits or didn't u seen that? However it's to stupid to talk about that what happends happends....let's forget about it now.

One other way around this would be to perhaps PM the original poster for the permission to use them before they are posted.
The problem is things like AOL media and internet providers that provide open links to images are always going to be around. The best thing to do is if you are unsure if the images are owned by a particular party then don't use them untill you have full permission.

Siobhan looks beautiful in photos, but her presence in real life is so much more strong and beautiful that it just isn't picked up on camera. She's absolutely stunning!
