LYRICS
She likes to dress like she's fresh out of a magazine
She struts around getting down to her record machine
It's clear that she enjoys teasing all the boys
They always say that you'll remember her name
Because she's got it, she's got it right down
(And all the guys say)
Chorus
I need three spoons of suga in a glassful of liqueur to get over you
Give me something in my coffee, give me thrills, take my money
Can't get over you
He don't get stressed 'cause he's blessed with the cut of his jeans
He's looking tight washed super fine
If you know what I mean, ooh
And he clearly gets his kicks getting messy with the chicks
They always say that you'll remember his name
Because he's got it, he's got it so so down
(And all the girls say)
Chorus
I need three spoons of suga in a glassful of liqueur to get over you
Give me something in my coffee, give me thrills, take my money
Can't get over you
I'm gonna need a whole lotta therapy to cure this suga rush
I can't get over you
Give me something in my coffee, give me thrills, take my money
Can't get over you
(And all the girls say)

Quite a fun song. I think the inclusion of this track adds a spice of fun and difference to the album as a whole. Good idea. Fun Lryics with a catchy chorus,
Top stuff.

vladi_ - October 9, 2007 09:43 PM (GMT)

"Sugababes On The Run" was a graet song! I didn't like the title as I'm not a fan of plays on names like that, but when the song was released I was young myself. (13) and really looked up to the lyrics!
This one... well, the lyrics are less personal, but we all know someone like the people described in the song, don't we?
This song is another great song, I wouldn't expect anything less from Karen Poole or Jony Rockstar. It's a shame this is a UK bonus track as that means it probably won't be a single, but I reckon it'd do quite well if it was.

I was expecting a different song judging by the title, but I like what I got anyway. So cool!
And it is glass full of liquer whatchoo talkin bout

I'm so pissed that it's not on my copy of the album! Undignified or Surprise would have been deserved UK bonuses.
No.78 - October 13, 2007 03:38 PM (GMT)
I think this is the talky bit:
Are you coming for me?
Or are you just gonna stay the same?
'Cos I'm tellin' you boy,
Either way,
You're gonna remember my name,
lola - October 14, 2007 10:26 AM (GMT)

Robert - October 14, 2007 10:50 AM (GMT)

Quick trivia:
"Can anyone think why "Six spoons of Suga would also have worked?"

'Cause that's how many 'spoons of suga' Amelle has, or used to have, in her tea?
Am I right? Do I win anything?! :P

Correct! :P
Well done James
i was sort of hoping Amelle would of sneaked that line into the track but she never did.. im sure she thought about it. ;)
Jamestm - October 14, 2007 11:45 AM (GMT)
You never know, she could sing 'six spoons...' if they ever sing it live.
Or maybe there will be a remix: 3 Spoons Of Suga (Amelle's 6 Spoons Edit)?
AmelleLover26m - October 14, 2007 11:50 AM (GMT)
I like that idea.
Be amazing if it happened :)
Jamestm - October 14, 2007 12:00 PM (GMT)
'I take six spoons of suga
In my warm, milky cuppa...'
Maybe we can re-write the whole song?!
Cor, I'm taking this a bit too far now...
Mr. Ace Reject - October 15, 2007 11:39 PM (GMT)
The song is quite good but I don't like the fact that Heidi hasn't a part in it or am I wrong ?
AmelleLover26m - October 20, 2007 02:43 PM (GMT)
Had this on repeat today and cannot stop humming it :P

Suga Aloud - April 15, 2008 11:37 AM (GMT)
Great song. If it weren't a bonus track I'd say this could be the 4th single.
HeidiLoving - April 15, 2008 08:22 PM (GMT)
The fact thta it's not included on the german relase let me kinda forget the song. but now I'm in it again and really love it! it kinda reminds me of OVERLOAD. :D

The next single will probably be a song performed on the tour. Even though they did perform this, it can't be released because it was only avaliable on the UK and Australian versions.

I actually had a dream last night that they releases 3SPOS in the U.K and Austraila and then they released 'MLIP' in Europe.

Its impossible to predict what we dream.
Some say thoughts before we sleep or feel tired contribute to them. Although the chances of two people having the same dream and remebering them fully is very rare.

I don't remember mine fully, all i remember is that i was writing on this forum what the next singles are after reading it from somewhere.
AmelleLover26m - April 19, 2008 10:28 AM (GMT)
Yeah, its like your mind knows you do somthing on a daily basis and incorperates them into dreams to make up a short story.
Joel knows a lot about these theorys, and Rob has also written an essay on them.

Good point. It is very rare for that to happen, ever.
Mylan - April 19, 2008 11:07 AM (GMT)
I really know what i've dreamed
Keisha4Ever - April 19, 2008 11:58 AM (GMT)
Maybe that can happen. Or, one of you dreamed it ages ago, and one of you dreamed it last night.

I'm pretty sure that I dreamt about it last night. I was thinking about the babes before i fell asleep so maybe that influenced it.

Probably. One night before I went to sleep I was thinking about the Sugababes. That night, I had a dream that I met all of them!
