popjustice.com ran a competition to win a black Kickers jacket like the one Keisha has been wearing recently, and I entered, and I've just had an email saying I've won and that my jacket should arrive tomorrow morning. I never win anything!

This topic is almost exactly a year old, I thought it looked familar!

A lot of old topics have been "brought back" lately. But this a good thing as its good to have a fresh prospective on the subject.

Some forums have a cut off point. If a topic is over a year old it is wiped from the board by the board admin or the supporters of the forum ( invisionfree ).

A few of the boards I used to belong to had a 6 month cut off point, anytime after that it was locked and you could not post to it again, through age the board deleted them all one by one to generate space for new topics.

Nowdays, message boards have much more memory space so can hold tripple what they used to, as the memory is used much more sparingly and not clogged up in the backup.

I think that if people havne't replied to a post for this long they should be cut off.... people much search through the forums to bring back old topics..

Thats a fair point but its down to Rob to make the final call on this. Im not sure if he has control over when a forum removes its old topics.

The jacket is still going strong though lol. The leather's so soft and lovely now it's been worn a lot.

Make sure you keep hold of it! I can see it being worth quite a bit in a few years. But that is not to say you ever have to sell it. It is sort a once in a life time item after all, and I would almost certainly keep hold of it :)

No actually, I never did. I think there was a picture on popjustice.com when they ran the competition but it wasn't very good. She wore it to some sort of outdoor event in about November 2006 I think.

I think finding a picture of it nowdays could be possible. Maybe there are some old images laying around on the internet.

If you find one, you should print it off as proof! haha

Your talking over a year ago here so the only way to find a image is to find out what event she wore it at then go from there. Even then it could be almost impossible to track as the site that held the image may of been closed down.

Here is a picture of Keisha Sugababe wearing what we believe to be a quite nice jacket if you are a girl.

It is a Kickers coat and we have two of them to give away to Popjustice viewers. If you are not a girl then perhaps you could still enter the competition and give the coat to a friend or 'partner' for Christmas.

If Kickers are good enough for (it says here) Mike Skinner, Jarvis, Noel Gallagher and Lady Sovereign then frankly they are good enough for you.

It was the a jacket the SAME as hers (the one in the picture)

Oh, and it wasn't two years ago, it was December 06 so it's less than a year and a half ago.
