I'm from Ljubljana, sLOVEnia (EU member state) and I grow cacti and other succulents. I also have more tha 500 different sempervivums and jovibarbas.

thanks for writing. Do you live in the desert, or garden under glass?
Here in the southeastern US, I haven't had much luck growing sempervians even though I love them. There's 1 cactus that grows here easily, but I don't even have much luck with it.

Here where I live is a central Europe climate, more alpine I would say. I keep my non hardy succulents in the house during winter (upt to minus 18 degrees celsius is not unusual here for few days during winter!), but semps are doing just well outside.

Sempervivum swappers and sellers list vol. 2 (June 2006) was emailed to more than 500 addresses. There are 30 adds inthere, houndreds of cultivars and species listed. Is it possible that thare are semp lovers who don't have this list? Just ask for it ...

No, there's no link to the list. It is only distributed by email.
