Bloom: Spring
Propagation: Seeds, division
Italian arum has showy red berries after blooming which persist until entering dormancy.
Italian arum goes dormant in summer, re-emerging from the soil in the autumn until frozen back down to the ground.
propagation: seed, division
Here in middle GA the Italian arum makes a very well behaved deer-proof, shade garden plant.... but in other parts of the country, notably Oregon, it shouldn't be planted.
