Seems like my host has suffered a major problem in that construction at a nearby site has cut some fibre optic cables. Based on reports, it'll be a little longer before they can repair it.

Well, iSoaker.com appears to be up and running again. Hopefully this sort of long, unexpected outage won't happen again. Rather annoying, but it's a good thing that there are other places that still work (i.e. here and SSCentral). Soakerdom MUST go on!
