Title: The '06 soakers are out!
Hunter - April 19, 2006 08:55 PM (GMT)
I just saw them at the local target today. It appear as though they all have a modular cap thingy, so it can operate by itself or use a seperate backpack reservoir for added capacity. The new guns unfortunately don't seem to include CPS< or at least it wasn't mentioned on the box. My mom decided not to let me buy any or I would have some pictures.

There are like... 8 threads on this... I saw them in stores over a month ago. Thanks for updating us anyway. :P

Hunter... which Target did you go to? The Cupertino one? I keep calling and they say they don't have any. Which one did you go to? I'm still looking for a Super Soaker FF and Aquapak at Target. They aren't that great, but I need to spend my giftcard on something. I was going to go today, bu they said they still didn't have them.

I think the Target across from Rasputin Music in Oakland might have soakers. I went right by it on my way to Century theatres to see Scary Movie 4, and forgot to go in, but last time I was there they had all of that years soakers. Stupid me, back then they had lots of CPS 4100s, and I just picked up two Liquidators.

Oh, I know now. I really went to the Sunnyvale Target. After using the Target online store locater, now I know where I went. You probably went to the Westgate Target, in Cuperino, though I don't know for sure. I'll have to beg my mom to take me there now... :P It's too far away that they would let me bike to it; like 5 miles away.
Crashdummy, you live in the area too? Good to know!
EDIT: Whoops! You probably didn't go to the Westgate one. You went to the Stevens Creek one, whoch is in Cupertino, and actually real closeby. What soakers did you see there?

They had wierd orange FF's, the had the new version of the aquapak, they have a couple of other new ones which I don't know the names of, the had vaporizers, they have some form of md2000, and a bunch of other misc stuff.

So what Target did you go to? I just called the Cuperino Target on Stevens Creek Boulevard and they said they don't have any, or do they? The person was being kind of vague, you know the type, the person who sounds like they just want to get off the phone. I asked, "Do you have any Super Soakers in stock?" and the person was like, "what's a Super soaker?" I said, "uhhhhh, a type of water gun?" :D So which Target did you go to? I'll go to that one.

Mostly the idiots on the phone don't know what they stock, so just go there and check it out.

Got a Flash Flood and Aquapack today. The Flash Flood is fairly good, but the stream is too small to be that much use, and if you miss with the FF nozzle you've wasted a lot of water; about 1/3 of your tank. I had a few problems with the Aquapack, so I haven't been using it. While I was pumping with it connected, the tank caved in! The tank is still a little bent, so I have slightly smaller capacity. I can't figue how to get something all the way in and fix it by pushing the tank out again. The backpack also doesn't seem to work real well. I'll have to figure this out, so more later. But it isn't bad for a pistol, and is very light and small.
