Title: War Today

DX - April 9, 2006 04:21 PM (GMT)
We step off promptly at 3 PM today, and this time against a Waterbridge team rather than a division of our own. Today's battle will be at the Ridgewood Militia's Goffle park, what I consider the more challenging battlefield out of the two primary ones. Nibordude is in the Jersey Shore, and hopes to be able to get here somehow. Our ranks will be depleted due to it being April Break, so we won't be fielding 15 people like the first battle.

We step off promptly at 2 PM today for a 3 hour war. Great weather, a bit on the warm side, but better than last week's pouring rain in the middle of the war. So far we have a 6vX, I have no idea how many people Waterbridge has of yet. We may use the Douchenator, but probably not. Due to the 45 degree rule, water balloon launchers are only effective against forts, hills, and at night. However, at the Goffle Park, we do a lot of moving, so there will be few fixed positions to attack or defend. The APWL is not finished yet, so its debut will have to wait. Even if it were finished, I wouldn't use it at this park. I'm not even bringing a backpack today, since I plan on running a lot.
