I think that the Submissions forum should be broken down back into the other categories. That way, the other sections will once again have good articles rather than having all articles in one section.

In short, any well-written article in any section would be eligible for addition to the site. Most of the good articles have not been placed in their categories because of the Submissions forum. Ye/Ne?

So far 4-1 for returning articles. I'll do the consolidation in a day or two, once I'm done with all this work. Essays, projects, regular work, translations, reading, huge test as well.
