You should set aside a time and date when a chat will be held, which would be better for turnout.

Also, some advice for the site:

If you're using Include, it is best to indicate where that starts and stops in the code using <!-- Comments -->

You can use <center> instead of <p align="center"> or use a line of CSS to make a block of text centrally aligned with the class selector.

If you use CSS and <div>, <strong>, etc. instead of <font>, you can specify any size of font, not just the 7 sizes used by the <font> tag.

You can give a color to a <hr> and &copy will give you a copyright symbol.
