Consolidated a few items, expanded some others, etc. Weaponry-General Soaking, Introductions-Soaking FAQ, merged Give Away and Events forums into Special Events, created Offensive and Defensive Tactics sections.

We really need to get more discussion going in the wars department, it is one of the most silent at the moment.

I don't like it. We barely have anyone posting and we have so many forums. It's just too much. I really don't like everything so spread out. A lot of things we have are really unnecessary.

Actually, only the Wars and Tech areas were expanded, the others were consolidated. If you want, I could re-consolidate those 2 categories if it's really that bad.

I like the expansions. I don't see any reason for changing them and they do not effect overall activity.
