How do you view the administration and where Soaker Media is heading? Just wondering, as the member opinions are very important here.

Short term goals include new hosting on a new domain name and an import of forum data into a new, paid, no-ads version, hosted on the future SM server.

Long term goals include SEO, ranking in major search engines, unique/new members from search engines, and completion of the giant v2 update.

If you do have concerns about how things are run, do bring them up, as we would not like to do something without the will of the people. B)

Sounds great to me. You're off to a great start, and if you follow your plan, I don't see how you could go wrong.

Get the domain name as soon as possible though. At least buy it. You'll need at least 6 months to get out of the Google sandbox, likely up to one year. I don't think that the Google sandbox enhances search results at all simply because to it you are guilty until you are proven innocent.

It seems fine to me. Virtually every problem that I have seen has been solved in some way that works. If we accomplish those goals it would be great.

Well, we will stay the course since nobody voted no. It is of course all right to vote "no" if you actually don't agree with something, the Administration here can tolerate any amount of dissent and we will try to work out the concerns. The goal is to always retain the support of the people, since there were no "no" votes, I guess we are doing the job well. B)
