1. Create a new 500 x 500 canvas, transparent.

2. Hit d to reset your colors and fill(Edit-Fill) your layer with black.

3. Change your foreground color to #0F820C.

4. Draw a huge oval with a paintbrush(I used oval 35px). This is the base. Mine didn't turn out so good.

5. Change the foreground to 124EBD.

6. Go to Assorted Brushes and click on Texture 6. We are adding little rain droplets.

7. Now Just scramble it up.

8. Create a new layer.

9. Change your foreground to 25C514.

10. Make sure your brush is at square brushes, 3 pixels.

11. Place the lines like my horrible picture:

12. To use a filter: Hide the bottom layer and use the Filter-Distort-Twirl filter.

13. Use the Twirl options:

-50 Twirl(and I mean the negative)

14. Use the same for the leave, hide the layer with the twirls and open the eye for the layer with the leaf. This effect is to give us a bendy leaf shape.

15. Use the Filer-Atristic-Plastic Wrap. Put all settings at 8.

This is what it looks like at the end of the tutorial:
