Unregistered	I'll keep you my dirty little secret don't tell anyone... Tree Hill is the town of betrayal and secrets, and boy, does it have alot at the moment. While Peyton is dating Lucas, she becomes unfaithful when Jake comes back to town and sweeps her off her feet again. She turns out to be pregnant, but whose is it? Lucas' baby or Jake's? Peyton isn't sure. Another secret that's going on is that Brooke has cancer and confesses to Haley that that was the reason she broke up with Lucas. Brooke gets treatment and Nathan gets a DNA test for a child that might not be his. When it turns out it really isn't his, the girl he's with, brings a gun to school and threatens to shoot Haley. It is Brooke that saves Nathan's life by pushing him aside and taking a bullet for a good friend. Welcome to Tree Hill where people always leave or lie... He was thinking of breaking up with Peyton, but decides to stay with her when he hears she's pregnant because he wants to be a good father. While Peyton deals with her issues that Lucas doesn't know about, he rebuilds his friendship with Brooke since they hadn't really spent any time together. After a few months Peyton confesses to him about the cheating and pregnancy. Lucas decides to cut both Peyton and Jake out of his life, which leaves him to spend even more time with Brooke. His friendship with Haley will be a little edgy too when he finds out she knew about it the whole time, but being best friends, they make up and decide, no more lies. Brooke Davis had to learn to accept that her former best friend Peyton Sawyer is dating her ex boyfriend Lucas Scott, and so she did. When Brooke is failing a class, Lucas helps her pass it, and so does Haley. Being girls, Brooke confesses to Haley that she misses Lucas very much and that there was a reason she broke up with him. She tells Haley she discovered she has cancer right before Haley's wedding. Haley helps her through it, and convinces Brooke to get treatment. As Brooke is healing, she hears that Peyton is pregnant, but she gets to hear the version where Lucas is the father. Brooke thinks her chances with the love of her life are now 0%, but she tries to stay Cheery. After months, the chemo is succesfull and Brooke tells Lucas her secret. However, he also tells her a secret about Peyton and Jake... She recently gave birth to a babyboy, a child Nathan never got to have with Haley. Of course, she told him it was his, but after a while, Nathan gets suspicious and asks for a DNA test. The baby turns out to be someone else's and the girl in question goes beserk. She claims to be so in love with Nathan that she brings a gun to school and shoots anyone who stands in her way. She holds Haley hostage and swears to shoot her. Haley manages to get away when the girl wasn't looking. Eventually, Brooke saves Nathan's life when the gun is pointed at him. Haley James lost her husband Nathan Scott, but is still alive and kicking. Sure, she's sad sometimes, but she wants to move on with her life. When Haley sees that Nathan has married someone else, she tries to make him jealous by dating someone else. Apparently, she's not over him at all. What happens when Haley has to deal with the Nathan stuff while she also knows both Peyton and Brooke's secret? She's the one caught in the middle. And if that wasn't enough, Haley gets into a fight with Lucas about Peyton and Jake. Now Jake feels guilty everytime he sees Lucas, but he also feels that Peyton belongs with him, not Lucas. He is glad when he hears about Peyton's pregnancy, but he wants to know if it's his. Jake wants Peyton to tell Lucas the truth and he wants her to make a decision about who she wants to be with. Jake, of course, hopes she'll pick him. Peyton Sawyer is pregnant with Lucas Scott's child... Or is it Jake Jagielski's? Peyton's not sure. While she was dating Lucas, she snook around with Jake behind his back. Who will Peyton turn to? She tells Lucas the baby is his, but she also tells Jake it's Lucas' child. Jake wants Peyton to make sure who the father is. Peyton decides to turn to her friend Haley James, since she can't tell her former best friend Brooke Davis. After being pregnant for 3 months, Peyton takes Jake's advice and decides to tell Lucas the truth, that she was unfaithful after all this time, and that the baby might be Jake's.
