Hoping stars is a music and drama high school for everyone who loves music or drama, and wish to make something out of it. Wanna be a star? Wanna do what you love to do and still earn loads of money? Wanna follow your dream? Then here's your chance.
The school was built for 50 years ago, being amazingly successful from the start. Most of the stars that exist now, have gone here for at least a little while. It's always been a peaceful envoirment with mostly happy endings. It used to be a school for having fun and fulfilling your dreams.
However, for three years ago, something awful happened. Right under the spring ball, there was an accident and a fire started. Most people made it out alive, but some didn't. They burned to ashes, along with the school and the hopes of many youngsters dreams. After that, the school was known as the most sorrowful school ever excited. It made many lives wonderful, yet it also made sure there were many doomed to forever stay in a place bringing ahead their sorrows and pain.
Now, though, it's up and running again, the building taking almost three years to finish. It's the opening year and a lot can happen.
Yet, like most schools, in these few weeks that have passed, Hoping Stars High have developed the so-called groups. You know what I'm talking about. The cliques, the popularity contest destined to ruin your life, no matter who you are, or how high up you are on the ranks. Nothing matters, except for whether you survive or not.
But, there's this little twist. You see, the groups here are....well, way worse than at your average drunk-of-drama high schools. The first time you take one step into that school, you get "owned." You get pushed in a group, if anyone actually accepts you, and then it's kinda like a done deal.
The first group I'm going to introduce you to of the four main ones, is the Jewels. You can guess where they are on the ranks, right? They're pretty much on the top. Yup, they're the all-mighty ones, the popular ones who seriously rule the schools. They live the perfect lives of the rich and the famous...well, most of them are rich, but some are not. All that matters in this gang is attitude, looks and style. If you ain't gorgeous, ain't got a fashion style and isn't overly outgoing, you immediately get cast as the looser. They have style, they have fame, and they're every teachers "dream" students. Heh, don't get fooled. They don't actually do homework and that shit, but they do indeed suck-up to the teachers, amazingly so. Also counting that they get the geeks to do their homework. Yeah, most of them are bullies, jocks, sluts or total bicthes. Usually all of them, but they still do rule the school.
Speaking of the geeks, you've probably already heard of them. Straight A's, glasses and that kinda thing, right? Well, in this case, you're halfway wrong. Yeah, they only get straight A's and up, but most of them usually don't wear glasses. They're competitive as hell when it comes to school, and can get pretty much like a ninja on the run when it's about getting the high score on anything. Most of them will do anything to just get that single A and the famous plus. But, don't get me wrong, not all of them are like that. Some are the usual horrible-fashion sense, glasses, extremely geeky and that shit, while others are your sweet kinda people, who always are shy.
Moving on to the next group, is the Neutrals, or the average ones. If you're not in any kind of group, you're immediately one of these. They're not geeky, they're not popular, nor are they rebels. They're just in-between. A mixed sort of group with all kinds, namely all ones not noticed, or not known. Bummer, eh?

Now, the next group is probably the worst. They are literally the outcasts of the school, the good for nothin', and the worst enemies of the teachers, the popular ones and pretty much everyone else. Like the popular ones, they've also got a group name: The Throwback Triad, aka The Three T's. Don't get me wrong, they don't have matching jackets, tattoos or anything stupid like that. Oh no, they're just a gang, and the name kinda followed them around. People never want to give any of these teens a chance, no matter how kind they are. They're the rebels, the troubled, the mean kids, the slumrats....you get the picture.
Some of the rebels have either have a seriously bad past, while some have had a good one. Yet, that doesn't really matter. Hell, not even fashion, money or style matters. Attitude and the fuck-off personna is what'll get you in the group, if you even dare. They live life the hard way, yet they do it with a grin and a laugh, living life at the edge. They're the town's badasses, the one's who definitely knows how to pick a fight with pretty much anyone. Yet, unlike the Jewels, they don't go talking trash about people behind each others back. Oh no, they actually stick together and support each other no matter what, pretty much like a big family that seriously needs each other.
Now, this seems seriously bad, right? Like hell on heels? Well, if you use your head and really think about it, then you'll find out that it actually isn't. It's just like every other school, with their modern day drama. So what if this school is a couple of time worse? The students here seriously don't give a shit, and surprisingly, there hasn't been any suicides as of yet.
So, wanna be a star and live to tell the lie? Wanna be famous and rich and everything in between? Wanna live your life to the fullest, and experience what most never will? Well, here's your chance.
Welcome to Hoping Stars High. The games have begun, so you better raise your voice and scream your heart out, cause it's the only chance you'll have to fly away.....
