Mere khayal se Motapa kam karne ke liye aap kisi Doctor se rujoo kijie. wohi aap ko sahi mashwara desakta hai. wese mere khayal se iss ki koi medicine waghera hoti hogi. :)

motaba kam kerne ka tareeka hai "short cut" lekin pehle yeh bataiey , apka wight hai kitna?apki age , apki height....uss se andaza kya jataa hai kai, yeh jitna motapaa hai, iskai liye medicine ki zaroorat hai yaa baghair uskai hi kam hosakta hai....ager to apka weight kafi ziada hai , to uskai lieye homoeopathydawa hai....lekin ager apkai liye kuch overweight hai...to usko kam kerne kai liye mai apko aik plan likh sakti hoon, aik aisa chart...jo apko inshallah bohat jald acha Result samne laey ga....

Motape ko door karne keliye mere paas aik ilaje hai, ji aap ne sahi parha AIK ILAJ lekin iss pe der lagti hai. mera aik dost uss ka weight 95 kg tha jub wo abhi 14 saal ka tha.phir us ne muj se pucha ke is ka hal kia hai to me usse apne sath basketball khelne lejata tha lekin wo utna hi khata sirf fark ye tha ke wo mere sath b-ball 3 ghante khelta tha 3 GHANTE sune me bohat siyada lagte hain or hain bhi lekin iss ka bohat bhara effect hai. mere kehne ka mutlab hai ke ye lazmi nahi ke khane pe ho apne aap ko siyada se siyada move karna chahiye. B)

yeh baat thik kahiey aapne....movement to bohat zarori hai, ager koi sports nahi ker sakte hain, to rozana walk kerain , taiz qadam uthaa ker takreeban 1 hr tak kerain,to zaroor farq padhta hai. :)

Motapa kamm karne ke to bahut tareeqe hain, par un baaton pe ammal karna thorra mushkil kaam hai:)
Jahan tak mere se pehle doosre members bhi bata chuke hain ke ek to Sports aur doosri cheez khauraak hai jispe ghaur karna chahye. Iske ilaawa maine kaafi baar ye bhi suna hai ke homeopathy me bhi dawai paai jaati, jis se insaan wazan kamm karsakta hai. Ye kaunsi dawa hai iske liye to apko Dr se hi poochna hoga.

By the way, maine kuch din pehle TV me ek programme dekha Japan ke baare me, jisme ek 13 saal ke bache ka 150kg weight tha. Wo khata betahaasha tha, uske liye chalna tak mushkil hogaya tha. Usne ek treatment karwaai ek specialist ke paas jidhar uski khauraak pe aur sports pe control kiya gaya. Iske ilawa uski acupuncture ki treatment hoti thi. "oooi* But he lost 75 kgs in 8 months, and thats a lot.
