It's pretty easy
Save the picture you want to use
Go to a image hosting site for example:
Photobucket <- Requires Registration
Tiny Pic
Image Shack
Once registered or on the site click the 'Browse' button and select the picture you would like once you've made your selection click 'Upload/Submit'
Copy the Img code and paste and your done :)
I've just been sorting through all my pics so I'll post some up here
