The Ivendell stock exchange building is the largest building in all of Zelpha ave, towering at a huge fifty stories. This is the seat of the Ivendell economy. Thousands of nameless companies that own property all over sell and trade themselves, making some wealthy, and some poor. The first ten stories are rented to stores, malls, and such. There is a huge penthouse here that is in the possession of the Bush family. Thus, all companies want to have an office in the stock exchange building. The building is many shapes, like an interlocking puzzle, which many small parks and balconies. Its decorated with gargoyles and statues. It has lots of glass, huge windows looking out all over the city.
