The large thirty five story building, its done in the art deco style. Its built in a large square, for the first twenty stories, then steps up in a pyramid of verandahs to the top (each story having a slightly smaller verandah then the floor below) where a large statue of a faceless humanoid stands. The verandahs are decorated in ornate statues of gargoyles and stone maidens and warriors and kings of old. Little strips of grass, and benches make each verandah into a little park. The first five stories of the Imperial Diet building are rented to various shops, The Rose Restaurant, Terra's Tailors, and Imperial Diamonds being the most well known. The next ten stories are leased out to various firms and small companies to use as offices, the next ten stories of the building is used as offices to the Diet Ministers, who (although also having offices in Imperial Square, need something more modern) use suits to conduct business. Since the Diet building is used as the seat of power, the Courts of Ivendell are here too, in the rest of the buildings.
