Title: ~Darnassus Diner~

Sakura - July 29, 2007 01:38 AM (GMT)
The Diner is about medium size, with booths, tables, and seats at the counter. It's a very nice looking place, with fancy table clothes, decerated plates, and beautiful decor. There's a set of double swinging doors behing the counter that leads to the kitchen.

Maria, a lovely young lady with shining brown hair and sparkling midnight blue eyes, was wondering around from table to table, taking peole's orders, refilling drinks, the normal.

Lenn - July 29, 2007 01:57 AM (GMT)
Collan Rosavier entered the dinner, grumbling under his breath. He quickly looked around before selecting a table in the corner to set down in. Several of the women in the dinner were staring and whispering quietly among themselves.

“Damn women,” he muttered darkly, “chasing me half way across the damn world.” He scowled as he sat down at the table and waited impatiently for a waiter.

Sakura - July 29, 2007 02:08 AM (GMT)
Maria walked over to the new man and smilled at him. "Hello, my name is Maria, and I will be you're waiter." She said as she handed him a menu. "May I get you something to drink?" She asked taking out her order pad and a pen.

Lenn - July 29, 2007 02:14 AM (GMT)
He looked up at her scowling, “Great, another damn woman. Fine I’ll take tea.” He continued to mutter softly. Finally, he also gave her his order.

Natia was moving quickly through the streets, jumping from building to building. “I will find you Collan Rosavier. You will pay for my shame,” she hissed as she continued to track the mage down.

Sakura - July 29, 2007 02:23 AM (GMT)
Maria glared at him as she wrote down his order and gave him a fake smile. "I'll get that right out." She replied as she walked away back into the kitchen. 'What is up with him?' She thought to herself as she poured him a glass of tea and brought it back out to him, setting it on the table. "The rest will come when it's done." She said as she turned to walk away.

Lenn - July 29, 2007 02:30 AM (GMT)
He smirked at her mockingly replying, “Running away from the big bad man, woman?” His questions caused several patrons of the dinner to turn and stare as he smirked at her back.

Sakura - July 29, 2007 02:34 AM (GMT)
She stoped as she turned around to face him, and gave him another fake smile. "I'm not running away from anyone. We're slightly busy, and I have others besides you that I need to wait on. So, if you'll excuse, I need to get back to my job." She replied with another fake smile.

Lenn - July 29, 2007 02:37 AM (GMT)
He smirked. “Nice smile, it really lights up your face,” he replied sarcastically. He looked around the dinner smirking. “I don’t really see anyone in here, perhaps it’s your imagination,” he suggested helpfully.

Sakura - July 29, 2007 02:42 AM (GMT)
She glared at him slightly. "And perhaps you're one of the imaginary people, as well." She replied as she sighed lightly. "If there's something you want, tell me. Otherwise, let me get back to my job." She replied as she looked around the diner.

Lenn - July 29, 2007 02:47 AM (GMT)
He smirked at her as he replied, “Very well. I want your company and I want to hear your voice.” He was standing up, walking over to her and whispered, “And perhaps I want you as well.” He was giving her serious blue eyes and he then busted up laughing.

“Oh that was fun,” he replied wiping tears from his eyes. “What I truly want is my meal and to be an ass. That is all.”

Sakura - July 29, 2007 02:52 AM (GMT)
She blushed slightly and then glared at him. "Well, since now you have half of what you want, may I go?" She asked, still glaring at him. "Otherwise you'll never get the other half." She replied smirking at him. "Then you'll never complete your want."

Lenn - July 31, 2007 09:23 PM (GMT)
Collan smirked as he shrugged and sat down, waving the woman away. He sat quietly, his eyes staring off into a far away place when the bell of the diner rang. He slowly looked up and jumped out of his seat, quickly talking the woman to the ground and covering her head with his cloak.

An explosion sounded from the entrance, a woman cloaked in black stepping though the smoke and debris of the once magnificent glass doors. The hood was thrown back to reveal Natia as she laughed loudly.

“Finally, I found you Collan Rosavier,” she snarled menacingly as she charged at him and he quickly dogged her attack, pushing the woman out of the way, drawing his sword. Her twin sabers shimmered though the air, bearing down on his weapon harshly.

She snarled, replying, “I will make you pay for my shame I experienced from the defeat by your hands.”

“What?!” he asked, parrying a blow to his head. “Who are you?” he snarled back as she continued to advance on him.

“You don’t remember?!” she shrieked at him, “How dare you, I will make you pay!”

Bojack ran through the streets after Natia, stopping just before the large hole through which she had entered the diner. He coughed sharply in the presence of the dust and smoke. "I'm gettin' too old for this shit..." he muttered, leaning up against a section of wall that hadn't been demolished. He cautiously stepped over a pile of rubble as he entered, watching the two go at it.

"Hey, we weren't finished!" he growled, point at Natia.

Sakura - July 31, 2007 10:01 PM (GMT)
Maria's eyes grew slightly wider as she she was being tackled to the ground. "Hey, what are you do-" She was asking when then wall exploded. Maria managed to catch herself as she was being pushed away. She stepped back and made sure that she was out of the way of the fight.

Lenn - July 31, 2007 10:49 PM (GMT)
Natia turned and snarled at Bojack, “Go and fall back into your bottle, M’Lord Bojack.”

Collan quickly rushed back, grabbing the woman’s hand as he rushed out of the diner. “You useless woman,” he shouted, “don’t just stand there looking stupid, run!”

Natia turned quickly as well, shrieking in rage, “Come back here coward!” Natia rushed after him, chanting quietly under her breath. “Burn!” she finally shouted, throwing her hand in the air, and a stream of fire shot out of her hand at Collan and the woman.

Collan scowled, throwing his hand up and chanting, turning quickly, as a wall of blue flame spiraled into the air, Natia’s fire crashing into his. He sent her a smirk before he started to drag the woman down the streets again, quickly. He lifted a hand up in the air and a gleaming ball of white light formed in his hand, waves of light rippling in it as he threw it behind him. It went spiraling at Natia and Bojack, slamming into a nearby wall, exploding and destroying half the building in blinding white light and fire.

Natia hissed, diving to the ground, covering her head from falling debris. Her cloak caught on fire as she shouted, ripping it off and throwing it to the ground.

gokussj5okazu - July 31, 2007 11:22 PM (GMT)
"Bottle?!"Bojack exclaimed. "That's no way to talk to your lord!" he sneared, glaring at Natia.

Bojack spun around and braced for Collan's attack. "You fool!" he screamed as everything exploded.

Sakura - August 2, 2007 05:43 PM (GMT)
Maria was being dragged through the streets as she yelled, "Hey, what are you doing?" She ducked slightly as the building exploded. "And why are you blowing up half the town?" She snarled.

Lenn - August 3, 2007 03:07 PM (GMT)
Collan smirked, “Not half the town, just that building.” He continued to drag her through the streets. “Hope you weren’t particularly attached to this town,” he was smirking as incantations fell from his lips and his hand was tracing symbols through the air. They disappeared in a shimmer of light as the last words of the spell left his lips.

Natia hissed in fury. “We lost them again, thanks to you!” she shouted. She continued to scowl as she started down the street angrily. “Fine, I’ll just have to find him again. It shouldn’t be that hard, I think I have a connection or two that recently moved into this town.”

gokussj5okazu - August 3, 2007 06:19 PM (GMT)
"My fault?" Bojack snarled. "Hey, I'm not the one who started blowing crap up." He quickly paced down the street after her, trying to ignore the people who had gathered around in curiosity. "I was an innocent bystander and you know it." he smirked "Besides, I don't think you really want to kill him, do you?"

Lenn - August 22, 2007 03:47 PM (GMT)
“Oh no,” she replied, malice dripping from every word, “I will make him pay. I will torture him slowly and skillfully. All I have to do is get my hands on him first.” She hissed as she quickly made her way out of Darnassus.

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 06:55 PM (GMT)
The man entered the town. In truth he had only been in the Dust Bowel once, as a child, touring with his mother. He remembered very little of it. His only striking recollection was of a large city, and that was not Darnassus.

His travels here had been quick, but also tiring and he decided not to review them. He wore a cloak which hid his face knowing that strangers may or may not be welcome. This sensation was made even more apparent when he walked into the dinner. He had chosen it because it looked nondescript which is something that he desperately wanted. However, upon admitting himself, he found the restaurant is disarray, partly scorched.

“Uh...” he said, under his breath, as he stood just inside the door, staring dumbly around the eatery. Several things leapt to his mind. Should he announce himself? Leave? Say something? Everything he thought up suddenly seemed inappropriate.

He cleared his throat loudly, in an attempt to notify someone, anyone, that he was present.

Lenn - August 23, 2007 07:55 PM (GMT)
[ooc: MR, I was wondering if you'd mind me rping with you? Any problem let me know and I'll delete my post.]

“Um,” replied a small woman laughing, “I’m afraid we won’t be able to serve you here. A mage and bounty hunter just got into a little spat, you see. The caused quite a bit of damage,” she laughed, looking and the scorched walls and the hole in the front wall of the diner.

“We have carpenters on the way, but they haven’t gotten here as of yet. Is there anything else you may need, or are you waiting for someone?”

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 08:28 PM (GMT)
[occ: Of course not! ^_^]

The man smiled slightly. “Yes... I can see that...”

“not waiting for someone, exactly... I’m seeking information, in fact. Perhaps you could help me?”

The gentleman walked over to the half destroyed counter and sat down on one of the few seats that hadn’t been cremated.

“If there is any ale left, I would like some of that... if, considering the circumstances, it isn’t too much.”

By this time he had pulled back his hood. His voice was light, and his countenance was similar. He was fair of face, but dark of hair. His chin was well formed and strong, and his nose was aristocratic. He may have been upwards of eighteen years old, but not much older. He trusted (and hoped) that no one would recognize him this far away from his home land.

“You’ll have to forgive my ignorance, but I’m not from around here, and..... my curiosity was peaked by reports of the events that have transpired recently in this area. And I thought I would come here and see for myself what’s been happening.”

Lenn - August 23, 2007 08:39 PM (GMT)
The woman smiled politely, bowing her head. “Of course,” she replied smiling, “We can’t cook anything, but I think we have plenty of that laying around. Be back in a moment.”

The woman quickly walked into the back, her skirts making a small rustling noise over the debris, as she came back out with a large mug of ale. She sat it down in front of him, smiling, as she wiped her hands on her apron. She sat the pitcher down beside him, taking a seat as she smiled replying, “Well, I don’t know how much help I will be, but I will try.”

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 08:42 PM (GMT)
The man grinned. “Thank you.” He said, and took a sip.

Setting his glass down, he licked his lips. “Well, I have a couple of questions. Many, actually. But the first question I have is this-”

He paused slightly, as if embarrassed at his ignorance. “Does the Highlands have a king?”

Lenn - August 23, 2007 08:46 PM (GMT)
The woman blinked at him, surprised as she replied, “Do we have a king? I’m not quite sure.” She looked panicked as she stuttered. “N-no. I don’t think we do.”

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 08:47 PM (GMT)
The man raised an eyebrow. “Is there any sort of government present? What about the city? Has it a ruler?”

Lenn - August 23, 2007 09:02 PM (GMT)
[ooc: Sorry, didn’t know, goku corrected me lol.]

She thought for a moment before replying, “Come to think of it, we did have a king a little while back. I don’t know what happened to him, don’t know his name either. He no longer exists though. I guess you can say a small counsel is ruling us currently. Some legal stuff or another happened, so technically the Bali council kind of rules us.”

She continued to think as she replied, “No, this city, in general, does not have a ruler. We pretty much govern ourselves. We haven’t had any problems with it before. It has worked out fairly well.”

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 09:10 PM (GMT)
The man smiled kindly. Though the bar maid was pretty and friendly, he should have known better than to expect her to be an expert on international politics. He sipped his ale for a few moments, thinking about whether or not he should pursue his questioning. Suddenly, he laughed.

Though he had never met the chap himself, he had heard several stories about him. Though no one back home seemed to know his whereabouts exactly, there were whispers that he was somewhere in the Highlands now. And as this city was the "capital" of said country, it wasn't too farfetched to assume that he was somewhere here.

The dark haired youth bit his lower lip. “Have you ever heard of someone called Bojack Tonasha?”

Lenn - August 23, 2007 09:13 PM (GMT)
She thought a moment before replying, “Yes, I have heard of a Mr. Bojack. I’m pretty sure the woman who blew the hole in that wall there had shouted his name.”

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 09:16 PM (GMT)
the youth raised his eyebrow, obviously excited. “Goodness! You wouldn’t happen to know where I could find him, would you?”

Lenn - August 23, 2007 09:23 PM (GMT)
She smiled nodding, “Black market,” was all she said, standing up hurridly.

“What?! Maria is gone, Alice, get in here,” yelled a cook.

“Coming,” she shouted rushing into the back.

MasterRuler - August 23, 2007 09:32 PM (GMT)
The man finished his ale. He had no idea how much it cost, nor did he want to admit his ignorance in asking the price. So, after much internal debate, he simply poured out several of his largest gold coins and left the dinner. Perhaps, he thought as he turned towards Zeal (he was ignorant in some matters, but he knew where to find the most extensive black markets), it would help them rebuild the diner.
