Title: For vector images...

I'm creating some t-shirt designs. I was wondering if it matters how big or small I make the original image as long as it's in vector format? I mean since it will be vectored it can be stretched to whatever size is necessary. So, can I make it really small to make the file size smaller so it's easier to send and manage, or should I made it big?

I think it's better to start off with a big vector, therefore you can get smaller details in there more clearly, then when you shrink it if necessary it will more than likely look even better. And you will then have the option of scaling it upwards and making it still look good.
