Something is oddly wrong with where its uploaded. So for a makeshift fix, I put the alt ='Quote' tag into the img src code, essentially now if the button doesn't load, the text "Quote" will show up and you can click the text just like the button.
I have no clue why its not uploading since the other images are uploaded in the same exact place...
