Huh.
Here is info on the Nintendo Revolution Controller is you havn't already heard.
Mixed emotions.
I was expecting something different, more traditional. I couldn't help but feel slightly dissapointed when I saw it.
It has awsome possibilities for first person shooters though.
Check it out!

Took them long enough. I hope fony finally does the same with the PS3 after remodeling it smaller. The design is the cheapest **** I have ever seen, ugly as Mikerowesoft.
Who hasn't played a racing game and wanted to move the controller in weird ways to maneuver the corners?
Unfortunately Nintendo have innovated nothing. If it was a two handed separate pistol-grip set of controllers for the one player
-1 to look and fire (1 large (trigger) button, 4 little ones)
-One to strafe and walk (with a touch sensitive circle d-pad (items) with 4 clickable buttons around it and at least 4 for the other fingers)
(Both with a customizable sphere of centrality and ambidextrous buttoning)
Should also be a ergonomic stand for your lap. Two prongs to rest the controlers, if you get tired of holding your arms in the air.
I shake my head, I won't be buying a new console from such a bunch of incapable followers.
Wonder if they have tested something like the old sidewinder controllers, they were stepping in the right direction but only dipped their calves in the misty swamp. Didn't scout anything.
No-one here is saying anything
WHAT DO YOU WANT!!!?
How would you like to wander ___________?

Well, here is a small update to the controller. First off Nintendo boasts it will add some much more in depth gameplay, thus the odd setup. Also you'll be able to use nintendo 64 controlers, not sure about gamecube. Basicaly they plan to have a huge array of different attachments that some games will need to get the most out of them, I believe they said the attachments might come with some games.
Edit: you can turn the controler sideways and it will be NES style :D

Yech. I hated the N64 controllers. They had three handles, buttons akwardly placed, the Z button under your left finger. (Hate shooting with that, I'm a righty) Horrible. The original Xbox controller was terrible. BUILT FOR A GIANT! I love the new ones though. Perfect size, comfortable button layout. Easy to reach. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah. :) I have never played a PS2 so, no opinion. The GameCube contollers are nice, with good button layout, nice friendly button size. Don't like the Z button, again. But OUCH! They are so small! My hands get painfully crunched together. BLECH! They were made for smaller hands.

No stfu Arma obviously all controllers in older consoles have had full 3D censors allowing you to tilt the controller to make a move. -.-'
The GC controller moulded to your hands and the PS ones are ok, but don't get me started on the fat xbox controllers.

Oh and also with the N64 controller Cartooning Monkey I would use my left hand just for the analog, with the middle finger of my right hand using the Z, also my left hand would be reaching over from the left handle, Not in the proper position >:D

The old Xbox controllers? Those suck. The new S controllers? I love those! They are the best console controllers.
(I have not played PS2 so no complaining)

That sounds uncomfortable.

Ohh, these new controllers ay. Well they'll deffinatly add a new dimention to gaming, whether it be a gd or bad thing, we'll see in time. I quite like the idea of having to swing the controller to hit a volley rather than press...'x' or..'A'. I like the idea of using it to shoot the screen jus like a light gun. There is so much oppotunity here. So many new ways of thinking for developers. But will it catch on? The small disc of the game cube sure didnt. The 'shorter' game thoery used in games like windwaker was a bad idea aswell. These mistakes havent at all gone well with nintendo's overal popularity. But they come back fighting and i find it hard not to respect that.
